Leave from the eBike Rental Shop in Novello towards Barolo where you can visit the first castle: WiMu - Wine Museum, the visit lasts 1 hour, you have a small discount as BikeSquare tourist and it's worth a visit to learn how and where the wine is produced. Ride your ebike on a steep uphill road to Castiglione Falletto, a nice village with a private castle. The next stage is Serralunga d'Alba, where you can visit the second castle of the day. Go further to Sinio and reach agriturismo Cascina Sant'Eufemia, take a break for winetasting and then back to pedal up to Roddino, Monforte and Novello. There is a private castle too, but you can visit the Bottega del Vino and the observation platform.
