Sport, turismo, natura, passione per la promozione ecosostenibile del territorio, in un percorso in mountain bike che unisce, nell’amore per la Sardegna, le zone interne con quelle costiere. Si parte dal paesino Capitale della Barbagia Belvì, passando per i territori Mandrolisai, Sarcidano, Marmilla, Trexenta, Gerrei, Sarrabus, Campidano e Poetto prima del rientro e arrivo a Belvì.
In sella alle e-bike noleggiate dalla Nostra associazione o alle proprie mountain bike su tre distanze da 100, 200 e 300 chilometri, che i partecipanti potranno percorrere in modo agonistico oppure turistico.
La formula è sempre quella che tra avventura e sport, montagna e mare, ha sancito il successo nelle quattro edizioni precedenti: il percorso scelto non sarà segnalato e si dovrà scoprire inoltrandosi tra strade sterrate, mulattiere, sentieri, boschi di castagno, pascoli, leccete e praterie in quota, esclusivamente seguendo la traccia GPS che l'organizzazione consegnerà alla partenza oppure qualche giorno prima per potersi pianificare l'avventura.
L'idea è sempre stata quella di un percorso che dalla montagna andasse a collegarsi con il mare. Il messaggio, sia in chiave sportiva che turistica e naturalistica è quello di valorizzare e far scoprire ai partecipanti tutte le zone della nostra isola in modo sostenibile. La scelta di Cagliari non è stata casuale. Questo ponte sportivo tra centro Sardegna e mare rappresenta un tassello importante delle iniziative a carattere sportivo sia in campo professionistico che dilettantistico ed amatoriale.
Si parte dal punto di noleggio BikeSquare di Casaleggio Boiro per compiere un percorso facile che si può tranquillamente concludere in mezza giornata, con una sosta golosa. La zona è ricca di prodotti tipici locali tra cui spicca il vino Dolcetto doc, un'eccellenza storica del teritorio. Il percorso, in parte sterrato attraversa una zona dove il paesaggio è caratterizzato dall'alternaza di vitigni e boschi fino a raggiungere il borgo di Lerma, dove si può ammirare lo splendido Castello. Si rientra a Casaleggio dove è possibile vedere, prima di arrivare all'abitato, il Castello denominato “dell'Innominato” in quanto protagonista del Film “I Promessi Sposi”di S. Bolchi.

It starts from Trescore Cremasco where you can rent electric bikes from the Fratelli Bossi rental point.
The route takes you towards Casaletto Vaprio to continue north and allows you to see, before reaching Capralba, the area of the Quarantine fountain (fontanile di Quarantina).
Continuing to ride on the roads that cross the countryside you will reach Sergnano and then Ricengo. From here you can take a short detour to reach the Lake of Reflections, another unforgettable location of the film of Guadagnino.

Continue south to get to Crema. The gardens of Crema, the historic center, Piazza Duomo: all places where the director's eye has stopped. Pedaling you can arrive in Piazza San Giovanni XXIII to get out of the town along via Macallè. You are about to reach Moscazzano and in particular, the Villa Albergoni where the scenes were shot in the summer house of the protagonist of 'Call me with your name'. While you are here, you can not go any further to admire the Madonna dei Prati Sanctuary.
You are ready to go back along the same road and then turn left towards San Carlo.
Here you continue on the cycle path of the Gronda Nord up to the industrial area of Cremosano and to the santella along the Vaccheli canal you can turn left to continue until Nosadello. After cycling on the long and beautiful track on the dirt road, turn right towards Pandino. In Pandino, in the center of the village, it will be possible to visit the Castle. It dates back to the fourteenth century and was a hunting lodge of the Bernabò family. If you can not visit it, do not miss a souvenir photo in front of the Vittorio Emanuele III monument.
The return road continues among old farmhouses and country villages: pedaling in peace it will be easy to imagine the life of these places even just 50 years ago. You will meet the Cascine Gandini (Casine Gandine in the dialect of Cremasco): it is a fraction of the municipality of Palazzo Pignano. Cascine Gandini is a small agricultural village of ancient origin, belonging to the Cremasco territory and is 1.54 kilometers from the capital city.
Passing from Torlino Vimenrcati you will go along the last stretch of white road immersed in the Cremasca plains passing next to a Cascina and to a Dairy very known in the Territory (Erdi Carioni) with attached products store.
Finally you reach Santo Stefano to return to Trescore Cremasco.

Casperia: Un Tuffo nel Medioevo
Casperia, insignita della Bandiera Arancione, ti accoglie con il suo intatto centro storico medievale. Perditi tra i suoi vicoli lastricati, ammira le antiche case in pietra e le caratteristiche porte di accesso, Porta Romana e Porta Reatina (o Santa Maria) dove si può ammirare anche un orologio che segna l'ora canonica medievale. In cima al paese la Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Giovanni Battista, con il suo campanile romanico e il presepe monumentale. Fuori le mura, ti aspetta la seicentesca Chiesa della Santissima Annunziata, punto di partenza della tua avventura, che custodisce una pregevole tela dell'Annunciazione. Non dimenticare di affacciarti dai punti panoramici per godere di una vista spettacolare sulla Valle del Tevere e sul Monte Soratte.
Montasola: Panorama e Spiritualità
Proseguendo il tuo itinerario, raggiungerai Montasola, un altro gioiello medievale arroccato sui Monti Sabini. Il suo centro storico, completamente pedonale, ti incanterà con le sue stradine, gli archi e la torre d'ingresso ben conservata. Visita la Chiesa dei Santi Pietro e Tommaso, risalente al Trecento. Una sosta imperdibile è il Parco il Monte, un'area verde suggestiva per la sua bellezza e la vista mozzafiato. All'interno del parco, scoprirai una piccola e affascinante chiesa rupestre, un luogo di pace e spiritualità, ideale per un ristoro.
Pedala in quota con panorami mozzafiato
L'avventura continua salendo di quota lungo una strada montana che, con alcuni tornanti, ti porterà fino a 1000 metri. Attraverserai prati da pascolo, faggete e boschi monumentali, con la possibilità di scorgere bivacchi e rifugi, tra cui il caratteristico Rifugio Cognolo, perfetto per un'immersione totale nella natura. Lungo il percorso, numerosi affacci panoramici si apriranno sulla Valle del Tevere, il Soratte e il paesaggio della Sabina Tiberina. Variant from the main route to the Selvino plateau at an altitude of 900 metres. Here one can find an oasis of tranquillity full of initiatives especially for families, with an adventure park and a minimarcia, which is attended by thousands of people every year.
The Sanctuary of the Madonna del Perello is worth a visit. It stands on the site where the Madonna is said to have appeared in 1413 to a farmer who found himself in the middle of a storm while making hay for his cattle on the slopes of Mount Perello.

The fourteenth track of the GTL is still immersed in the Etruscan lands, and the hills of Tuscia are the masters in this inexorable descent towards the sea. This inexorable descent, however, hides many small ups and downs that make this stage a little more lively, until it reaches an accumulated difference in altitude of about 600 meters. From Vetralla we exit avoiding the busiest roads, to take the provincial road towards Tuscania: the trend is slightly downhill, the panorama that of the typical countryside of central Italy. Farms, rustic villas and rows of trees frame this first stretch of road without any particular crossings, except for a few herds of grazing cows.The somewhat monotonous wait, however, is rewarded halfway along the route, when we enter the beautiful village of Tuscania: with its medieval walls and churches in Romanesque and Gothic style, closed between the Marta and Capecchio rivers, it is leaning against a tuffaceous block like many villages in the area, and while flaunting a timeless dimension it has known various historical eras: from the Etruscan settlements from which it takes its name (Tuscum) to the Roman ones, up to the Middle Ages of the Aldobrandeschi fiefdoms and the era of the Communes.After Tuscania, the trend becomes a bit fluctuating, although it retains a negative difference in height towards sea level: a nice stop along the way is also the Abbey of San Giusto However, we have to reach Tarquinia, which is leaning against gentle hills that partially block the Tyrrhenian wind: to do so we avoid the most direct road, which is a two-lane provincial road, deviating onto secondary roads in the direction of San Giuliano and then falling back before Montalto di Castro. Si parte dal punto di noleggio Bike Square di Mongiardino e si seguono le indicazioni per Roccaforte e Grondona. Il percorso è interamente su strada asfaltata di basso traffico. Raggiunto il punto panoramico di Roccaforte e S. Martino si inizia una lunga discesa fino al caratteristico borgo di Grondona, attraverso un territorio verdeggiante e profumato ricco di numerose essenze arboree. Il borgo ricorda quelli medievali dell'entroterra Genovese, con edifici costruiti in pietra locale.Tra le numerose atrattive storiche vi sono la Chiesa dell'Annunziata e la Chiesa di S. Maria dell'Assunta, entrambe romaniche, la torre cinquecentesca superstite del Castello Doria e l'antico ponte in pietra.Ci si può fermare per assaporare i prodotti tipici locali della valle Spinti tra cui spicca l'aromatico miele.

Questo tour porta alla scoperta delle colline del Roero, Patrimonio Mondiale dell'Unesco insieme agli altri paesaggi vitivinicoli del Piemonte, e delle sue residenze reali (anch'esse Patrimonio dell'Umanità).
Paesaggi bellissimi dove approfondire la conoscenza dei tanti prodotti eccellenti del territorio, tra cantine, produttori di vino e specialità artigianali.
Il punto di partenza (e di arrivo) è l'Enoteca Regionale del Roero, cuore pulsante dell'enogastronomia locale e punto di riferimento per conoscere i migliori prodotti del territorio.
Da qui si pedala in direzione Govone, dove è possibile ammirare il Castello Reale, collocato sulla cima di una collinetta e storica sede, durante l'inverno, di una delle più belle manifestazioni natalizie d'Italia, il Magico Paese di Natale.
Si procede poi verso Priocca, dove gli appassionati non potranno perdersi una visita al Museo Mondodelvino, con l'esperienza interattiva della “Wine Experience” che racconta il mondo dell'enologia. A Priocca, inoltre, ha sede anche uno storico ristorante stellato della zona: è Il Centro, patria indiscussa del celebre fritto misto alla piemontese.
La tappa successiva è Magliano Alfieri, il cui castello è sede del Museo delle Arti e Tradizioni Popolari e della Cultura del Gesso.
Da lì si procede in direzione Castagnito Alto, con la possibilità di fermarsi ad ammirare il panorama da un bellissimo Belvedere. In questo tratto si passa attraverso la “Strada del Barbera”, che celebra il vino anche attraverso il progetto “Arte e Paesaggio”, che vede la posa di alcuni steli d'autore, ideati sulla base di disegni dello scultore Riccardo Cordero per rappresentare in maniera astratta l’impegno del lavoro nel vigneto e in cantina.
Il tour procede erso Guarene, con un altro bellissimo castello riportato agli antichi splendori e sede di un hotel di lusso (su prenotazione si possono richiedere visite guidate).
Il passaggio da Vezza d'Alba merita poi una piccola deviazione sul suo belvedere, là dove si trova il Santuario della Madonna dei Boschi, luogo di grande spiritualità collocato in cima alle valli sottostanti, come a volerle proteggere. A Vezza d'Alba si trova anche un antico Torrione, il “Torion” come si dice da queste parti, che è stato acquistato tempo fa dalla famiglia dei viticoltori locali Ceretto, con l'idea di farne un progetto artistico e turistico in grado di replicare la Cappella del Barolo di La Morra.
Il percorso si conclude a Canale, tornando presso l'Enoteca Regionale del Roero dove – su prenotazione – si può concordare un aperitivo con vini e prodotti tipici. Al piano superiore dell'Enoteca Regionale del Roero, infine, si trova anche il ristorante una stella Michelin di Davide Palluda, uno dei più celebri interpreti dei sapori di queste terre.

From Spello, head in the direction of Assisi via the magnificent Via degli Ulivi, past enchanting views and small jewels of local history and culture such as the Maestà del Mascione (or Mascicone). This scenic mid-coast route, known for the numerous olive groves that line it, offers an evocative journey immersed in nature.
Arriving at San Vitale, we then follow the road in the direction of first Rivotorto and, along pretty little roads with little traffic, then Cannara, a place well known in Umbria for its delicious and typical onion, the subject of one of the most famous festivals in the region.
Then, following an evocative stretch of the Assisi-Spoleto cycle route, we first arrive in the splendid Bevagna, the city of the Gaite, or rather the ancient subdivision of the medieval city that still fills the eyes with beauty, and then near the legendary Lake Aiso, where a relaxing stop is a must to learn about the ancient story and legend of Chiarò, which, according to popular legend, lies at the bottom of the lake, in the shade of luxuriant trees in the green park that surrounds it.
The route then continues in the direction of Spello, filling the eyes with the typical Umbrian valley landscape of towers, cultivated fields and pretty inhabited hamlets.

Starting from the fountain of Placa Reial (city center), where you will meet your guide, our electric bike tour will bring you through the narrow streets of the old city, in the Medieval Districts of Gothic and Born.
Then you will head towards the modern area of Barcelona, where you will immerse yourself in the Catalan Modernism, exploring the amazing buildings designed by Gaudí, Casa Batlló, Casa Milá, and the impressive Basilica of the Sagrada Familia.
At the Temple, you will get a SKIP-THE-LINE access to the Sagrada for the inside tour of the Cathedral. Inside, you can take a tour by yourself or be guided by the audioguide in your own language.
The visite inside takes about one hour. At the end your bike guide will be outside waiting for you to bring you back to the departure point safely and happy!

How to Visit Nizza Monferrato….
Nizza is the most important agricultural and commercial center located in the heart of Monferrato, one of the most famous Italian places of wine production in the world, especially as regards red wines. UNESCO World Heritage Site for its landscape assets and for the Barbera and Nizza DOCG wines, it is the most important center of the province and of the Belbo Valley.
In Nizza it is worth taking a stroll through the streets of the center and stopping to admire the Campanon tower, in the town square, the oldest civic tower in the city, incorporated into the Town Hall.
The historic center is beautiful, full of typical bars and restaurants where you can taste the specialties of Nicese and Piedmontese cuisine based on Cardo Gobbo, a renowned local product.
There will certainly be the possibility of some amazing tasting of red wine at the Regional Enoteca of Nizza, located near the splendid Palazzo Crova, an admirable example of an 18th century noble town residence.
At the end of the tour, the more "daring" will be able to reach the Church of Madonna della Neve, better known as "the Bricco di Nizza Church", one of the highest points in the town.
It can be reached via a very steep climb but the view over the city and the surrounding municipalities is certainly worth the effort.
Vaglio Serra
Vaglio Serra is a splendid town in the Monferrato area surrounded by the luxuriant natural park of Val Sarmassa.
In this reserve there are many trails for trekking and mountain biking and these woods are certainly worth a careful visit.
The route will take you to the historic center of this village where you can admire the splendid church of San Pancrazio, set in a splendid square that dominates the surrounding landscape.
Continuing the tour you will arrive near the Cantina di Vinchio e Vaglio, a prestigious company that produces high quality wines famous all over the world.
Here it is possible to organize a tasting of excellent red wines and more.
Continuing along the track, the road will become a dirt road and, once again on the asphalt, you will continue in the direction of the town of Castelnuovo Calcea.
How to visit Castelnuovo Calcea
The track will take you to Michele Chiarlo's Art Park "La Court", which you will access by passing in front of one of the many giant benches that are present in Monferrato.
This splendid art park surrounded by vineyards features a huge statue representing Mother Nature and four sites representing the four main elements of nature: water, air, earth and fire.
From here, with a small detour from the original route, you can reach the center of the municipality of Castelnuovo Calcea, the birthplace of the poet Angelo Brofferio.
Of great importance, in Castelnuovo, is certainly the ancient castle, now owned by the municipality.
This construction had a troubled life and today only the entrance portal, an ancient tower and some walls remain.
You have reached the halfway point of your tour.
From here, secondary roads immersed in characteristic agricultural landscapes will take you back to Nizza Monferrato, the city from which you started.

It starts from the rental point Bike Square of Arquata Scrivia and using the bike lane is reached via Moriassi, a road in part dirt that through a wooded and quiet area that arrives at the Provincial Road 161. It goes through and goes up in the direction of the Monterotondo location. At the end of the climb, turning to the right is the church of Monterotondo and is continued by making a ring of about 8 km in the midst of the vineyards of the renowned pyemontese white : the Gavi doc. Completed l 'ring begins the descent leading to the evocative Historical Centre of Gavi, d 'Tourism interest in the many historical testimonies between which the Romanesque Church of S. Giacomo, the Palazzo Municipalee l 'ancient port of the city date back to the XVI sec. There is no shortage of Gavi the numerous typical local products among which the Gavi doc and the almond amarets from the exclusive recipe stand out. A strapiombo on the ancient borgo of Gavi stands out l 'omonima Fortress cinquecentesca, on a natural rock, today a visitor to the museum structure. Finished the visit to Gavi you return to Arquata percurring the same path as the 'gone. In Arquata it cannot miss a visit to the old 'Ancient Storm Centre, including the Via Interiore, where numerous alleys are arriched with stone portals dating from the thirteenth century and fifth-century arcs and arcs with sixth-acute arches.
