Tour of the ancient appian way with a small detour in the Caffarella park. The Appia Antica park includes the Caffarella valley and the Aqueduct Park. Walking along the ancient appian way, you turn right entering a branch of dirt paths and admiring the Tomb of Annia Regilla, the sacred source of Egeria water and its sacred wood in front of the ancient Church of San Urbano (not open to visitors). It does not seem to be 1 km from the center of Rome. Everything is intact and authentic. From there you take the ancient appian way, on the right the Tomb of Cecilia Metella, the circus of Maxentius, and the tomb of Romulus. Returning to Rome you can admire the church of San Sebastiano and its catacombs. After an immersive tour in the Roman countryside, we return to the Eternal City by retracing the Via Latina reaching the Circus Massimo.

Pedalata in e-bike dalle sorgenti termali di acqua sulfurea al rifugio di Malboschetto in connessione spirituale con la natura.
Latronico fu feudo dei Sanseverino, dei Corcione e dei Gesuiti. Poi passò alla Corona e al demanio.
La popolazione dal ‘700 è profondamente devota a S. Egidio, figura presente nell’arte, nella storia e nel costume del paese.
Tra i luoghi di principale interesse: la Cappella di San Cataldo del XIII sec., la Chiesa di S. Maria delle Grazie, la Chiesa di S. Egidio e quella di S. Nicola, Palazzo Arcieri e Palazzo Gioia. Tra le risorse naturalistiche le sorgenti di acque minerali La Calda e l’enorme sagoma di un pesce fossile di 30 milioni di anni fa in località Solarino di Iannazzo.
Questo percorso è un giro ad anello che prevede la partenza e l’arrivo presso il punto di noleggio e-Bike di Atripalda CICLOSTAZIONE in contrada San Lorenzo 18.

Si parte dalla Ciclostazione in direzione Villa San Nicola dove affronterete il primo km in pianura, percorso urbano, fino ai giardini Biagio Venezia dove comincia un leggero dislivello che vi porta fino a Villa San Nicola.
Dopo questi 3 km di salita troverete, a pochi metri di distanza, due punti di ristoro Masseria Piano e Agriturismo da Baffone dove potrete sostare e fare le attività più svariate, dal PicNic al giro nelle fattorie didattiche, degustare prodotti tipici e rilassarvi, insomma a voi la scelta.
Da qui si parte per Sorbo Serpico, sempre con un leggero dislivello, che durerà per 4 km e vi perderete per il resto del percorso nella natura assoluta. Ma prima vi consigliamo di allungarvi a Santo Stefano del Sole dove potrete visitare il Belvedere della Giovinezza e sostare per godere di un panorama mozzafiato che affaccia su tutto il partenio e rinfrescarvi nella piazzetta, dove potete riempire le vostre borracce.
Usciti da Santo Stefano del Sole si prosegue verso Sorbo Serpico, dove godrete di panorami incantevoli, costeggerete la montagna di Volturara, immensi boschi e potrete ammirare i vigneti autoctoni dei Feudi di San Gregorio.
Qui ai Feudi, storica cantina Irpina, potete perdervi tra degustazioni di vini, percorsi esperienziali e visite nella struttura, dalla bottaia agli immensi giardini. Per descrivere i Feudi, le parole non bastano, una sosta è d’obbligo per scoprire i veri valori dell’Irpinia. Sarete seguiti e accompagnati da uno staff preparato che saprà soddisfare tutte le vostre esigenze e le vostre richieste.
Qui siete sul punto più alto del vostro giro, da qui in poi saranno 5 km di discesa. Proseguite costeggiando sulla vostra destra l’immensa e incantevole struttura dei Feudi e scendete verso contrada San Gregorio, dove costeggerete una fantastica pineta fino ad arrivare all’ingresso del Parco San Gregorio. Si estende per circa 20 ettari il verde lussureggiante del Parco di S. Gregorio-Pietramara e domina tutta la valle del Sabato. Lassù, secondo un´ antica tradizione, c’era un tempio romano, il leggendario Atrio di Pallade, da cui sarebbe derivato il nome di Atripalda.
Entrate, pedalate e immergetevi nella natura. Qui c’è la possibilità di sostare, fare un picnic o semplicemente e godersi il silenzio o in alternativa fare un giro all’interno seguendo i vari sentieri che ci sono. All’interno è possibile anche visitare il Parco Avventura Pettirosso, ideale per i più piccoli.
Si prosegue, dopo aver attraversato il parco, per una lunga discesa che vi porterà ad Atripalda, dove potete fare una visita al centro storico e visitare gli scavi dell’antica Abellinum. Testimonianza ancora viva e tangibile dell'influenza della civiltà romana in Irpinia, i reperti dell'antica Abellinum costituiscono uno dei principali siti storico-archeologici dell'intera provincia.
Da qui, pochi km e si rientra alla Ciclostazione, attraversando la piazza di Atripalda.

Per godere al meglio del nostro tour, percorreremo strade secondarie. Potremo fermarci a fare uno spuntino "al fresco" o, se preferite, fermarvi per una degustazione di vino in un'antica villa e vedere la cantina, che possiamo anche organizzare per voi. Concluderemo la visita e torneremo a Empoli.
Un suggestivo anello panoramico tra le colline che guardano la Valle Orba e la Valle Bormida, tra i vigneti del rinomato Dolcetto docg, il vino rosso con il quale accompagnare i piatti tipici di questo angolo di Piemonte che in cucina da sempre propone piatti d'impronta ligure. Si parte dal centro di Ovada e si compie un anello panoramico tra i borghi di Cremolino, Trisobbio, Montaldo Bormida, Carpeneto con rientro nel Centro storico di Ovada dove è possibile visitare musei, antiche Chiese, i "caruggi" (strade molto strette come quelle genovesi) e degustare prodotti locali negli ottimi caffè, pasticcerie e ristoranti fuori e dentro la città.

Si parte dal punto di noleggio Bike Square di Faenza e si attraversa il centro abitato caratterizzato dalla bella piazza e dai molti edifici neoclassici. Adagiata ai piedi dell'Appennino, Faenza si presta benissimo come base per escursioni sulle prime colline. Una bella strada subito fuori l'abitiato di Faenza porta nella valle del Senio con le sue viste sui vigneti e i coltivi. Iniziamo a salire lungo le pendici di Monte Rontana godendo appieno delle vedute spettacolari sui calanchi pliocenici del Parco della Vena del Gesso Romagnola. Il percorso continua in quota fino alle vecchie cave di gesso di Brisighella, ora parco attrezzato, e alla Rocca dei Veneziani, fortificazione del 1310 voluta dai Manfredi signori di Faenza. Una breve discesa ci porta a Brisighella, uno dei borghi piu' belli d'Italia, ideale per una sosta e una visita alla rinomata strada degli asini. Una breve deviazione porta alla Pieve del Tho, spendido esempio di architettura romanica. Una facile pedalata tra i vigneti della valle del Lamone ci riporta in vista di Faenza dove, tempo permettendo, si puo' visitare il Museo Internazionale della Ceramica.

He pedals to the seashore on the delightful cyclopedontal trail along the low cliff of Capilungo, to arrive later in the heart of the Punta Pizzo Regional Park, touch the Church of St. Peter of the Samarians and return to pedal ashore on the seashore along the cyclopedonal of the Green Bay to Gallipoli.
Guided evening tour with artisanal gelato tasting at Rome's finest gelaterias (Giolitti, Fassi, Fatamorgana, La Fonte delle Salute, etc.). The route traverses Rome's city center, following the Aventino's cycle path, passing by the Circus Maximus, and reaching the Colosseum. From there, the journey continues along Via dei Fori Imperiali, arriving at the Capitoline Hill while admiring the Roman Forums. It starts in Frascati and so you will go through Rocca di Papa's wood. Going up you can see the Castel Gandolfo lake from the Villa Palazzola's terrace. After the wood you will reach the little and joyful city of Nemi. Continuing the tour along the Francigena road you will arrive to the bank of the Nemi's lake, where you can visit the Nemus farm with its pic-nic area and its theatre of straw. Later you will reach Genzano, running along the old volcano you will arrive at Castel Gandolfo and its fantastic lake. After that passing through the lakefront you will come back to Grottaferrata travelling Via dei Laghi.

E-bike cycling tour to discover the UNESCO landscapes of Langhe-Roero
This tour doesn't require using a car to reach the starting point; in fact, arriving by train at Santa Vittoria D'Alba railway station is the best way to visit the wild nature of Roero in a day. If you wish to pick up the e-bike directly at the station, you need to request the bike pickup when booking your rental, indicating the train arrival time. The tour is circular; if you're staying in the area, you can also start directly from the bike rental point in Corneliano D'Alba.
Santa Vittoria d'Alba
The self-guided e-bike tour starts from Santa Vittoria D'Alba railway station; arriving by train combined with e-bike allows for an easy visit of Langhe-Roero in a day. Let's go!
On the e-bike, you climb effortlessly to the historic center of Santa Vittoria D'Alba. The imposing castle of the Roero family, an ancient and noble family, dominates the historic center of the village perched on the hill. From the top of the Upper Village, you can enjoy a wonderful panorama of the surrounding hills; the view is dominated by the villages of Verduno and Roddi, and looking down, you can admire the flow of the Tanaro River.
Monticello d'Alba
Leaving Santa Vittoria d'Alba, the bike route winds through secondary roads immersed in vineyards. The route is characterized by ups and downs, sometimes gentle, sometimes more challenging, but with e-bikes, it's possible to tackle even the more demanding sections with ease. The second village you encounter during the ride is Monticello D'Alba, dominated by its imposing castle dating back to the 13th century. The Roero Castle of Monticello is one of the best-preserved fortifications in the area and absolutely deserves a guided tour. In the ancient village, you can discover artisan shops that produce typical products like "tajarin," thin hand-cut egg pasta, and chestnut honey with an intense and slightly bitter flavor. For a gastronomic stop, local trattorias offer traditional dishes such as agnolotti del plin, small ravioli filled with meat, and rabbit with Roero Arneis wine.
Corneliano d'Alba
The surprises of Roero are not over; on the bike, you pedal on secondary roads through Nebbiolo and Arneis vineyards. This first section is characterized by gentle ups and downs that allow you to admire the panorama alternating between vineyards, hazelnut groves, and the first orchards start to appear. The ride arrives in one of the heart villages of Roero, Corneliano d'Alba, a village that preserves important testimonies of its medieval past. Of particular interest is the 12th-century Tower, 22 meters high, which dominates the town and represents one of the symbols of the village. The 15th-century Church of San Bernardino with its Renaissance frescoes is also worth a stop. Corneliano d'Alba is also famous for the production of fine wines, strawberries, peaches, and Madernassa pears. Corneliano D'Alba is the ideal place for a delicious break, perhaps tasting the "stuffed peach," a typical dessert prepared with peaches filled with amaretti and cocoa, or the "hazelnut cake," prepared with the famous Piedmont IGP hazelnuts. In autumn, don't miss the opportunity to buy white truffles from local "trifolau" (truffle hunters). Corneliano d'Alba also hosts several wineries where you can taste Roero Arneis DOCG and Roero DOCG. Slightly outside the town center, in a super panoramic position, we find the Big Bench #348 blue and red, belonging to the Big Bench Community Project.
Monteu Roero
After the stop at the Big Bench of Corneliano D'Alba, you get back on the bike, following the route on the app, pedaling towards Monteu Roero. This section presents some more challenging ups and downs, with a significant climb towards the village of Monteu Roero. Don't worry, the e-bike will make this section easier, and where needed, you can increase the assistance! Observing the landscape, you notice a progressive change; vineyards give way to chestnut woods and the characteristic "Rocche," unique geological formations created by erosion that characterize the Roero territory. Along the way, you cross small hamlets and can admire numerous country chapels, testimony to popular religiosity. About halfway, a detour is recommended to visit the Sanctuary of Piloni, a devotional complex consisting of fifteen votive pillars representing the mysteries of the rosary. Arriving in Monteu Roero, one of the most picturesque villages in the area, you are welcomed by the majestic medieval castle that dominates from above. The historic center, with its narrow alleys and stone houses, preserves the charm of the past. Don't miss the Church of San Nicolao with its Romanesque bell tower and the walk to the Belvedere, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Rocche del Roero and, on clearer days, the Alpine chain. Monteu Roero is famous for the production of strawberries and small fruits, used to prepare artisanal jams and liqueurs. In local restaurants, you can taste the "brasato al Roero," beef marinated and slowly cooked in local red wine, accompanied by "otto file" corn polenta, an ancient variety grown in the area.
Sommariva Perno
The last stretch of the e-bike route connects Monteu Roero to Sommariva Perno. This part of the itinerary is particularly evocative as it runs alongside the Rocche del Roero for a good stretch, canyons and gorges formed over thousands of years. The landscape is an alternation of woods, orchards, and small cultivated plots, with the strawberry being the queen among all fruits, finding its capital in Sommariva Perno. During the route, you cross the hamlet of Valle Rossi, where you can take a break at one of the numerous agritourism farms in the area to taste typical local products such as cheeses, cured meats, fresh pasta, local wines, and strawberries, excellent for a healthy and sweet break. Continuing the journey, you finally reach the village of Sommariva Perno, which stands on a hill, the last village of the circular e-bike tour. The historic center is dominated by the Castle of Bela Rosin (a FAI heart place), a nineteenth-century residence that belonged to Rosa Vercellana, subject of countless gossip at the court of Victor Emmanuel II. Around the castle extends a large forest park, ideal for a relaxing break at the end of the route. Also worth a visit are the Church of Santo Spirito, with its neoclassical facade, and the Hermitage of Tavoletto, an ancient religious complex immersed in greenery. The route concludes with the last stretch and arrival at Santa Vittoria D'Alba station.

It is part of the Bike Square rental point of Arquata Scrivia and percurring the central route that crosses the historic center is reached by the bridge over the creek Scrivia in the direction of Grondona. At the fraction of Varinella turn left and crossing the historic center unfolds on a secondary path rich in saliscens in a verdeous rural context that comes to the all 'inhabited of Vignole and its historical centre. From here you enter on a road that is immersed in bulky fields that cost the creek Borbera until arriving at the resort of Torre Ratti and passing the bridge over the creek comes to Borghetto B. Tra Buronzo e Rovasenda
Si giunge quindi all'incastrone della Mapetta, che prende il nome dalla vicina cascina e che rappresenta un punto suggestivo dove ben si comprende la gestione delle acque e l'opera di ingegneria idraulica che fa capo al Consorzio di Bonifica della Baraggia Vercellese e Biellese. Qui dopo aver pedalato accanto ai laghetti di pesca sportiva e di popolamento di anatre e uccelli tipici degli ambienti umidi e dopo l'attraversamento della ferrovia Biella-Novara, si potrebbe far rientro lungo la Buronzina, ma proseguiamo sulla strada che collega Rovasenda a San Giacomo, attraversando le risaie del riso solidale biologico della famiglia nobile Di Rovasenda Biandrate e giungendo a Rovasenda.
Escursione al ponte canale
Qui, proseguendo lungo il cavo Piantalino, una traversa d'imbocco e una presa d'acqua, oltrepassando un pioppeto suggestivo si può fare un'escursione fino al torrente Rovasenda, in un punto con un bel salto d'acqua della Roggia Marchionale, che passa sopra al torrente in un ponte canale e salta nel sottocanale Fasoli (lo chiamano il "trovone", questo angolo).
Rientrando dall'escursione si continua tra le risaie attraversando la ferrovia Novara-Biella, incontrando il naviletto di Villarboit e, attraversando la strada che collega Ghislarengo a Rovasenda, ci si dirige verso San Giacomo Vercellese per rientrare a Buronzo.
