The Path Pasolini is a cycle-pedestrian path that from Rome leads to Ostia along the left bank of the Tiber River.
This path has been created, and is unraveled and maintained, by volunteers. Our tour starts at the Casal Bernocchi station just 15 with the trench from Pyramid.
You can choose to move with both the traditional bike and the ebike. The route takes place predominantly on the embankments of the Tiber and therefore in plain plain, with the exception of two small packages to be overcome midway.
This round must be considered easy. It takes place on stilled roads and trails of clay courts that do not present particular difficulties. The sights are idyllic with the river Tevere slowly flowing to the right, fields and pasture blossoms to the left and a regoglish vegetation full of life along the Tevere's embankments. Particularly evocative of the views from the two packages on the whole of the Tiber Valley and towards the Eternal City with the tops of the Apennines in the background in the clear days.
During the 17 Km from Casal Bernocchi to Ostia Antica we will be completely immersed in the countryside green without practically cross-checking motorized vehicles. Arriving after about 2 and a half hours of quiet pedalds at the picturesque medieval village of Ostia Antica with the Renaissance castle of Julius II and behind the enormous excavations of the ancient port city.
After the brief visit to the archaeological park we will continue through the beautiful Ostia pineta in the direction of the waterfront to finally approve the modern Porto di Ostia at the mouth of the Tiber. Here you can have lunch in one of the many restaurantines. Return to Rome in the early afternoon with the trench from the Lido Centre station that takes about half an hour.

A special path for Jubilee in the capital of Christendom. This 16-mile religious character path is attributed to the priest San filippo Neri and was a two-day pedestrian path linked to the pilgrimage of the 7 churches that during the jubilee had to visit in order to have a pardon.
It is part of the port San.Paolo percurring the cycling of viale aventine costing the Colesseo and its beautiful archaeological park is thus coming to the beautiful Church of S. Maria Maggiore, the church dedicated to the Madonna, is then going through the Esquilino neighbourhood, is proceeding on a tiburtina by arriving at S. Lorenzo outside the Mura near the monumental cemetery of the Verano. It then proceeds around the mural belt of the aurelian walls and comes to the Church of S. Croce in Jerusalem where it is preserved part of the Cross on the crucifix Jesus, to follow comes to S. Giovanni in Laterano with his splendid laternanese palace his baptistery and the famous Holy Scale.
Following by proceeding on often busy roads you come to Metronia port and costing the walls and its park, its Catacombs comes on the Appia Antica where the church of San Sebastian is situated on the ancient Via delle Seven churches equip Tor Marancia and the Garbatella and arrive in São Paulo outside the Mura.So equipped with the city with its trastevere Testaccio neighbourhoods comes to the Basilica of Rome San pietro, the center of Christendom. A religious tour but filled with spiritual meanings.

The bicycle route between Balze and Calanchi passes through places where nature and history intertwine in a circular path accessible to everyone thanks to e-bikes. This itinerary takes us to discover a unique scenario, characterized by spectacular geological formations, medieval monasteries suspended between heaven and earth, and gastronomic delicacies that tell the essence of this territory.
The e-bike itinerary develops in a loop, making the experience accessible even to those who are less trained. The electric bicycle represents the ideal means to fully immerse yourself in the surrounding landscape, allowing you to appreciate every detail of these lands shaped by time and the elements. The route winds through a succession of breathtaking panoramas, alternating white roads with more adventurous paths, always accompanied by the majesty of the Balze and calanchi that dominate the horizon.
The Balze: Witnesses of an Ancient Geological History
Along the bike path, you observe the Balze which reveal themselves in all their grandeur. These steep slopes with their characteristic golden color represent a natural spectacle of rare beauty and a geological phenomenon of considerable scientific interest. Composed of sand and calcareous sandstone rocks, the Balze are the result of a grand erosive process still in progress, which continues to shape the sediments left by an ancient sea dating back 2.5 million years.

From this strategic position, you can admire in all its extension the characteristic calanchi landscape of Volterra, distinguished by formations of considerable size, both in length and height.
This natural belvedere offers the opportunity to take memorable photographs and enjoy a moment of contemplation in front of a scenario that seems to have come out of a painting. The small church, with its architectural simplicity, integrates perfectly into the surrounding landscape, adding a further element of cultural interest to the experience.
The Pecorino delle Balze Volterrane DOP: A Gastronomic Treasure
The e-bike tour crosses a hilly territory rich not only in natural and historical beauties, but also in gastronomic excellences. In these hills, the prestigious Pecorino delle Balze Volterrane DOP is produced, a typical cheese that encapsulates the essence of this unique land.

Castelli Romani: Ariccia
The route is immersed in nature and is undeniably charming riding e-bikes. Starting from the Castelli Romani, from the town of Ariccia famous for its Ariccia porchetta and its characteristic bridge, along the historic Via Appia Antica, you can admire ancient ruins, mausoleums, and breathtaking landscapes.
During the e-bike tour, the archaeological sites that can be visited are the Villa dei Quintili and the Tomb of Cecilia Metella, where the millennia-old history of Rome has left tangible traces. Along the way, there are numerous local restaurants that are excellent for tasting the delicacies of Roman cuisine, such as pasta all'amatriciana or porchetta di Ariccia.
Colli Albani: Lanuvio
Starting from Lanuvio, a charming village located on the Colli Albani, you will pedal along panoramic roads surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and breathtaking landscapes.

The e-bike ride continues to Agro Pontino area to Cisterna di Latina, a picturesque medieval village rich in history and charm. The cobblestone streets, the Caetani Castle, and the traditional architecture of the tuff houses take us back in time.
With the e-bike, it is possible to fully enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature and have an eco-sustainable outdoor experience.

Agro Pontino: Borgo Faiti
Today's e-bike tour concludes in Borgo Faiti, a charming medieval village immersed in the tranquility of the Roman countryside.
The Forum Appii of Borgo Faiti was one of the various rest stops along the Appia Antica, described by Horace in his satires as Tres Tabernae (near Cisterna di Latina), Tripontium (now Tor Tre Ponti).
The final stretch of the Appia Antica corresponds to that of the New Appia and is all paved.

Pronti....via....salite verso la chiesa in direzione frazione di Artaz, senza prendere nessuna deviazione. Una volta oltrepassato l'Hotel Miravidi continuate sulla strada principale che ad un certo punto diventa sterrata per raggiungere il piccolo lago di Crous. Lasciatevi il lago alla destra ed oltrepassato quest'ultimo prendete la salita impegnativa sulla destra. Dopo aver affrontato un sentiero in contropendenza raggiungerete il Col Pilaz. Raggiunta la vasca di irrigazione prendete la destra e iniziate la lunga salita in direzione Champlong. La salita è impegnativa. Dopo circa 2 km raggiungerete i laghetti di Champlong a quota 2200 m.s.l.m. Ok la salita piu impegnativa è finita. Procedete lungo lo sterrato che, dopo una panoramica sul Cervino, attraversando una splendida finestrella di gesso bianco, vi fara scendere a tutta velocità negli alpeggi di Chamois. Dovete raggiungere l'alpeggio di Foresus che si trova in fondo alla discesa ripida appena fuori dal bosco. A questo punto prestate attenzione, l'alpeggio rimarrà alla vostra sinistra e voi dovete prendere la prima strada a destra per poter salire nuovamente e raggiungere prima l'alpeggio di Glavin e poi l'avvivo della seggiovia. Continuate sul sentiero a destra e dopo circa 200m di salita prendete la deviazione a sinistra sul tornante, una strada sterrata meno battuta che scende leggermente vi porterà al colle di Cheneil. Il sentiero in questo punto diventa davvero tecnico quindi proseguendo lungo l'Alta Via n. 1 dovete raggiungere l'abitato di Cheneil, si consiglia di scendere e spingere la bicicletta nei tratti piu ripidi. Dopo circa 2 km raggiungerete Cheneil. Complimenti siete stati bravissimi godetevi questa rara oasi di bellezza. Il percorso non finisce qui dovete ancora scendere quindi con le spalle rivolte a monte prendete la strada sterrata che scende a sinistra e raggiungete il parcheggio della funicolare che sale a Cheneil. Il percorso torna nuovamente asfaltato, dovete continuare la discesa fino al bivio che sulla sinistra che vi conduce alla splendida frazione di Promindoz. Da qui la strada ritorna sentiero e sulla destra della frazione prendete le indicazioni che vi conducono a Cretaz di Valtournenche. Il sentiero dopo circa 10 min incrocia una strada poderale, prende la strada sterrata a sinistra e raggiungete in circa 10 min le case di Valtournenche, splendide cascate e ponti vi incanteranno. Raggiunto l'abitato continuate sulla strada asfaltata e una volta raggiunta la strada principale scendete a sinistra fino a raggiungere la statale per Breuil Cervinia. Da qui svoltate a sinistra e scendete attraversando il centro abitato di Valtournenche, ATTENZIONE STRADA TRAFFICATA. Continuate a scendere fino alle ultime case del centro di Valtournenche e poco dopo l' Hotel Millefiori prendete il sentiero a destra tra le case che vi conduce, con una discesa abbastanza tecnica, nella piana di Maen. Una volta raggiunta la chiesa troverete nuovamente la statale per Cervinia che dovete attraversare per riprendere una strada di fronte a voi che va verso il lago di Maen. Proseguite fino al primo bivio che trovate, svoltate a destra e poi prendete il ponte a sinistra vi troverete nuovamente lungo la statale. Scendete lungo la statale fino all'altezza della carrozzeria oltrepassate il parcheggio ed infilatevi nel sentiero lungo lago. Una volta oltrepassato lo sbarramento raggiungerete una strada, svoltate a sinistra e continuate a scendere fino a raggiungere l'ecocentro, superatelo e RALLENTATE dovete prendere il sentiero a sinistra. Proseguito lungo il torrente per raggiungere una casa dove il sentiero si immette su una strada asfaltata. Svoltate a sinistra e raggiungete la frazione di Buisson. Da qui prendete il biglietto per la funivia ( 2,00 € andata + 2,00 € di bicicletta per un totale di 4,00 € potrebbero esserci dei rincari nei mesi di punta luglio ed agosto) benvenuti nella Perla delle Alpi di Chamois. Uscendo dalla stazione della funivia potete fermarvi a sorseggiare qualcosa nei bar presenti nella piazza. Per rientrare a La Magdeleine dovete ora prendere la stradina a destra dell'edificio comunale e percorrerlo fino alla fine per circa 4 km. Quando arriverete sulla strada asfaltata svoltate a destra e raggiungete nuovamente l'Hotel Tantané. Complimenti avete appena concluso un percorso di 40 km!!!!!

Beautiful climb from Caprie to the base of Rocca Sella, passing through Peroldrado, Campambiardo, Camparnaldo, and Celle. Ideal route for a 2-3 hour ride through nature on a pleasant asphalt road that climbs for almost 700 m in altitude to reach the alpine village Comba where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Sacra di San Michele and the whole the lower Val Susa. Before Comba there is the cozy Rifugio Rocca Sella, a must - visit because of a good glass of wine and a hot meal.

Mongiana was established during the Bourbon period as an ironworks center where smelting activities and the production of artifacts and weapons took place.

Continuing the ride, you will encounter monumental trees until you reach Villa Vittoria, the Biodiversity Park. Continuing on foot within the park, you will visit an enchanting and picturesque garden where you may have the chance to see deer, fallow deer, and mouflon.
The bike ride will then proceed towards Lake Sambuco along a gravel road suitable for both adults and children, offering a full immersion in the natural beauty of the Regional Park of the Serre, within the Cropani-Micone reserve. You will visit the small lakes, pass by enclosures where hundreds of semi-wild fallow deer live, until you reach the Mongianella area.
This journey will allow you to rediscover and enjoy nature in all its tranquility, beauty, and essence.

Si parte dal punto di noleggio BikeSquare di Casaleggio Boiro per compiere un percorso, in parte sterrato, che attraversa una zona dove il paesaggio è caratterizzato dall'alternaza di vitigni e boschi fino a raggiungere il borgo di Lerma, dove si può ammirare lo splendido Castello. Si prosegue per Tagliolo Monferrato. Anche senza raggiungere il borgo è possibile ammirarne da lontano lo spledido Castello. Si riprende la strada per raggiungere i laghi della Lavagnina e costeggiarne le rive attraverso una comoda sterrata che consente di apprezzarne il paesaggio dolce e boscoso. Si rientra a Casaleggio attraverso il bosco: siamo già dentro il Parco delle Capanne di Marcarolo ed è possibile avvistare specie arboree ed animali protetti che popolano questo splendido abitat naturale. Prima di arrivare all'abitato si può deviare per vedere il Castello di Tagliolo, denominato “dell'Innominato” in quanto protagonista del Film “I Promessi Sposi” di S. Bolchi.

Verona and the Torricelle hills
The itinerary is slightly challenging as it goes up to the Torricelle, the hills in the North section of Verona.
We start climbing the hills right after the shop, cycling on the Via dei Colli, the panoramic road that was on the route of the UCI Road World Championship in 1999 and 2004. The road is flanked by beautiful lines of cypresses and features some beautiful spots where you can enjoy great views: not-to-be-missed are the one from the Santuario della Madonna di Lourdes and from San Mattia fortress.
Once we reach the top, we enjoy the panorama over Valpantena. Then, the itinerary goes all the way downhill, at the bottom of the valley. There, we cycle on a road surrounded by vineyards and orchards, with nice views over the hills and a few venetian villas.
We climb the Torricelle hills again on a small panoramic road, then we reach Castel San Pietro, the most romantic spot in Verona, where you can enjoy a great panorama over the city: that's the best way how to finish the bike ride!

A thorough e-bike tour focused on the greatest and most frequented lake of the Castelli Romani: the lake of Albano. Strarting from our e-bike rental point in Frascati you will reach the lake step by step passing through Rocca di Papa, Nemi( famous for the strawberry festival at the end of Spring time) and Genzano. Finally you will reach Ariccia and its "fraschette" where you can have a pleasant meal. You will reach the lake from the little town of Castel Gandolfo by a panoramic street. The first stage of the GTL heads south, leaving the Eternal City in the most spectacular way. The Via Appia Antica is in fact a green corridor that connects the Colosseum to the first rural areas under Rome, the Alban Hills, offering the cyclist a unique opportunity in the world, that of cycling on an ancient Roman road paved between the rows of pines, in a landscape very similar to those of the nineteenth-century Grand Tour of the German and English romantics. After about twenty kilometers of plain among ruins, noble tombs and imperial aqueducts, the first slopes begin: the GTL takes us to the Castelli Romani area, a destination for Sunday outings, volcanic lakes and vineyards, known for the traditional "fraschette", the typical taverns, and for cities of art such as Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo and Frascati. The hilly route winds between the two lakes of Albano, famous for its papal residence, and Nemi, where the remains of the Temple of Diana still stand today, and ends in Velletri. For this first stage, three existing cycle paths are used: the Appia Antica Regional Park, with small sections of the future Grab, the Eurovelo 7 route and the Via Francigena of the south, which takes us on short stretches of dirt road that it is recommended to tackle by gravel or MTB.

It is part of the Bike Square rental point of Arquata Scrivia and percurring the central route that crosses the historic center is reached by the bridge over the creek Scrivia in the direction of Grondona. The route is entirely on paved road of low traffic. The verdeggiante Valle del torrente Spinti is crossed and the characteristic centre of Grondona, rich in historical testimonies, is reached. The borough recalls the medieval ones of the 'Interior Genovese, with buildings constructed in local stone. Among the atraters to be seen, the Church of the 'Annunziata and the Church of S.
