La Cròta 'd Calòs is both the Municipal Wine Cellar of Calosso and a typical Piedmontese restaurant. A special feature of the restaurant is the amazing view of the beautiful hills of the Alto Monferrato that glide over the historic region of Piedmont, the Langhe. One of the hubs of Piedmontese enology, a happy combination of production quality and environmental beauty, is located right here. In this niche of local wine production, born in 1998, the producers gathered in the spontaneous Association and the Municipal Administration have created a place where they can present and promote their wines, together with Piedmontese culinary specialties, made of tradition and the good taste of Patrizia and Sebastiano.
