Villa settecentesca.
It was built by Francesco Bonanno in 1736.
As of the 1830-year-year in which the Bonanno family loses ownership of the villa-the structure becomes first laden and then barracks.
The villa is then purchased in late 1800 by Gioacchino Expired that uses it as a dwelling and food conserve factory.
The villa has been owned by the Municipality of Bagheria since 1988. All'The interior of the Villa has been created a museum dedicated to the painter. Since 1990 the villa also houses the painter's remains and since then it has officially become the Renato Guttuso museum.
