Roddi
Roddi, perched on a hill and dominated by its castle, is a small gem to explore. It is a dive into the sea colored in green and blue, the itinerary that starts from Torre Lapillo to reach Nardò through the flourishing Salento countryside.
The endless pine forest surrounding the bay of Porto Selvaggio indicates that you are in the heart of the Porto Selvaggio and Palude del Capitano Park. From tower to tower, you pedal just a few meters from the long white beaches protected by imposing dunes, projecting onto the magical sea of the Porto Cesareo Marine Protected Area.
This route starts and ends in Porto Cesareo.
You pass through these municipalities: Torre Lapillo, Villaggio Boncore, Nardò, Cenate, Torre Inserraglio, Sant'Isidoro, Torre Squillace, La Strea.
You mainly cycle on asphalt roads, about 75%, but also on dirt roads.
Traffic is light along almost the entire route. In the months of July and August, the stretch on the coastal road is instead characterized by heavy traffic.
Porto Cesareo Marine Protected Area
The Porto Cesareo Marine Protected Area is a natural jewel located along the Ionian coast of Puglia, in the province of Lecce. This precious marine ecosystem, established in 1997, extends for about 17 kilometers along the coast, protecting a vast area of crystal-clear sea and rich seabeds full of biodiversity.
The waters of the Porto Cesareo Marine Protected Area are characterized by extraordinary transparency and a varied marine fauna, including species of colorful fish, mollusks, crustaceans, and algae. The ring route by ebike starts from the MOU Contadini Birrai rental point in Genazzano, near the Colonna Castle. Crossing the historic center you can admire the wonderful alleys and architectural monuments, in particular along the road of the olive groves you can admire the famous Nymphaeum of Bramante (https://www.genazzano.org/comune/ninfeo-bramante/128 to be inserted as connection). Continue along the sloping road, surrounded by nature and olive groves, until you reach the panoramic observation point from which you can admire the entire historic center of Genazzano. Continuing along the path, always on a gentle slope, you will find the valley on the left and the mountain on the right, located on the top you can see the village of Capranica Prenestina. Arrived in the village of San Vito Romano you will cross the charming historic center, the grove, and then take the road that will lead you to the olive groves of the La Rosciola farm. Here you can take a welcome break and learn about the art of olive milling in the La Rosciola company oil mill. The ring excursion will end, still following roads immersed in the hills planted with olive groves, returning to the historic center of Genazzano, where you can taste the craft beers of MOU Contadini Birrai, buy the products, and on Sundays you can also visit the Colonna Castle.

Partendo in e-bike da Parma dal punto di noleggio di ParmaBike Experience si arriverà, percorrendo ciclabili e strade di campagna a basso traffico, all’affascinante Castello di Torrechiara regno dell'amore tra il Conte Pier Maria Rossi e Bianca Pellegrini.
Utilizzato in passato come set del celebre film Lady Hawke, il Castello di Torrechiara sorge sulle prime colline e domina tutta la pianura sottostante, nelle giornate limpide potrete ammirare le Prealpi e la pianura sino al Po. Potrete visitare il castello e passeggiare lungo gli stretti vicoli del borgo protetto dalle alte mura e tornare con la mente a epiche battaglie e travolgenti storie d’amore. Nel borgo potrete sostare in una gastronomia e degustare i salumi tipici di questa zona tra cui il sublime Prosciutto di Parma DOP
Langhirano
Dal castello, in sella alla vostra ebike con un facile sterrato tra le vigne arriverete al Paese di Langhirano famoso nel mondo per la produzione del Prosciutto di Parma. Parte del tragitto si sviluppa lungo il Sentiero dell’Arte dove potrete ammirare opere di arte moderna disseminate lungo la strada che costeggia il Canal San Michele. A Langhirano vedrete gli imponenti edifici di stagionatura del Prosciutto di Parma con le loro gigantesche finestre che nelle giornate soleggiate vengono aperte per permettere al vento Marino di accarezzare i prosciutti e renderli unici e inimitabili. A Langhirano potrete visitare uno dei Musei del Cibo dedicato al Prosciutto di Parma DOP. Nei primi due week-end di Settembre da non perdere il Festival del Prosciutto.
Gastronomia
Il percorso si sviluppa su un’area geografica ti notevole importanza per le eccellenze gastronomiche. Sulle colline circostanti il Castello di Torrechiara si trova l’area più vocata per la coltivazione della vite e sorgono numerose cantine dove potrete degustare i vini dei Colli di Parma Doc, non dovrete mancare di assaggiare l'inimitabile Malvasia di Candia Frizzante unica nel suo genere per le fragranze e per la sua leggera aromaticità. Lungo il percorso potrete degustare in gastronomie o piccole trattorie il Prosciutto di Parma e altri salumi unici prodotti in queste terre. Nelle vicinanze di Langhirano è possibile anche visitare un caseificio di produzione del Re dei Formaggi il Parmigiano-Reggiano DOP
Questo percorso ha come titolo "non solo off-Road" perché si snoda per la stragrande maggioranza su sentieri, mulattiere e single track.
E' sicuramente adatto ad un pubblico che ha già una certa dimestichezza nella guida su terreni sconnessi e fondi abbastanza sdrucciolevoli.
Per quanto riguarda la parte su strada abbiamo scelto per la stragrande maggioranza strade secondarie e alcuni tratti di piste ciclabili, così da poter pedalare in sicurezza.

We propose a beautiful route aimed to discover all the landmarks of Barcelona’s art, with special attention on the world famous Catalan Modernism. The tour is designed to be an “art lesson” on wheels.
We start in front of Port Vell, the double face of Barcelona, old and romantic on one side, new and shiny on the other. The ride will go through the beautiful green lung of Barcelona, the Ciutadella Park, and from there to Gaudí’s grand masterpiece, the Temple of Sagrada Família. After that, thanks to the powerful ebike, it will be as easy as pie to climb up to Park Güell, an unforgettable spot that lies on top of the city, and a perfect place for a nice rest to refresh and admire the genius of Gaudí’s decorative talent. As Extra for this tour, we can purchase the tickets for the Monumental Area of the Park.
Following, we will glide downhill through the charming Gràcia neighborhood and we’ll discover the magnificent façades that ornate the elegant Passeig de Gràcia one by one. We will then quickly slide down Las Ramblas to conclude our tour in Plaça Reial, the city center’s beating heart with its bustling terraced cafes and restaurants.

Beautiful climb from Caprie to the base of Rocca Sella, passing through Peroldrado, Campambiardo, Camparnaldo, and Celle. Ideal route for a 2-3 hour ride through nature on a pleasant asphalt road that climbs for almost 700 m in altitude to reach the alpine village Comba where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Sacra di San Michele and the whole the lower Val Susa. Before Comba there is the cozy Rifugio Rocca Sella, a must - visit because of a good glass of wine and a hot meal.

Dalla frazione di Brengon (dove noleggiate le bici) seguire la strada asfaltata sino ad incontrare il bivio per Chamois: trascurarlo e proseguire lungo la stradina fino a raggiungere un parcheggio che si trova dopo un ampio tornante a sinistra. Risalire la strada che porta al Col Pilaz nell’abetaia che ogni tanto regala interessanti scorci sul Monte Zerbion e sul Mont Tantané. Superato un tratto di strada leggermente più ripido il tracciato prosegue in un tratto quasi rettilineo, siamo sullo spartiacque con il comune di Chamois ed ogni tanto, tra i rami degli abeti, si intravede l’inconfondibile sagoma del di sua Maestà il CERVINO.
Proseguire sulla poderale che propone una breve discesa sino ad incontrare un bivio: si trascura la strada che prosegue diritta davanti a noi e si svolta a destra continuando la discesa sino al Col Pilaz (1975m).
Riprendere la strada a ritroso e al bivio (che abbiamo incontrato prima) seguire a destra le indicazioni per Chamois. La discesa è bella e pedalabile e si ricongiunge con la pista poderale che porta al caratteristico paese di Chamois (circa un venti minuti).
Il rientro si sviluppa tutto sulla famosa passeggiata La Magdeleine - Chamois e non presenta particolari difficoltà.

We will go on to Pedregalejo, the fishing borough, where we will enjoy tapas at the famous and historic Baños del Carmen.

We left Muelle Uno towards the historic centre of Malaga, through the most interesting points of the city to the sea in the area of La Malagueta.
Then, we continue to Palm Grove of the Surprises, until we reach the historical centre of Malaga. We will visit Larios Street, the Cathedral of Malaga, the central Constitution Square, the Alcazaba Roman Theatre ,La Merced Square with Picasso Birth Home.
Following, we will climb with our e-bikes up the Gibralfaro Castle View Point, where we will enjoy an amazing view of Malaga: Bull Square, the Maritim Boulevarde, Malaga Commercial Port.
From there we will go down to the coastal road, cycling towards Pedregalejo, the Malaga historical fishing borough, where we will relax, enjoying a few tapas and the impressive coastal view. Then, we will come back to the port and the Muelle Uno Shopping Centre.
