What to see, historical to the San Giacomo Pass
Built from 1929 by the Enel to be able to carry out the dams of Lake Castel and Toggia. As soon as abandoned the evocative conca of Riale the road becomes dirt and becomes a masterpiece of engineering, with reduced slopes, to be confronted by trucks during construction work and back from the harmonious lines complemented by dry arch mulls from which it is possible to immortalize excavations on the tops of the high Formazza and the underlying lake of the Morasco.
What to see, Lake Toggia
We are at quota 2191 mslm, this dam was built in the years 1929-1932 on the Rio Roni, has a length of 199 meters and is 44 meters high.
Focus, Piero Portaluppi-Architect
was one of the most important architects and urbanists of the first half of the ' 900 Italian. Although he has operated predominantly in northern Italy, and in particular for the high bourgeoisie meneghine, he has a real revolution in the way of thinking about the architecture of public and private spaces. Over the course of his career he has carried out projects in a number of areas : not only palaces and residential villas, but also hydroelectric power stations-in which he applied architectural styles more related to historical construction than to industrial-funerary edicts, exhibition pavilions, hotels and much more.

The path to Mount Fraiteve is an exciting adventure of about 30 km, ideal for mountain biking lovers in search of a challenging challenge. Starting from Pragelato, the path begins with a moderate climb, immersing yourself in the alpine woods and crossing green meadows.
As you go up, the sights become more and more spectacular, with views that open up on the underlying valleys and surrounding peaks. The climb continues until it reaches the tip of the Mount Fraiteve cabinoway, the highest point of the route, at over 2,700 meters altitude. From here, the view is breathtaking
After admired the panorama and replenished the energies, the descent begins. This trait is technical and requires attention, with steep slopes and narrow curves that test the skills of the cyclists. The descent also offers adrenalinic emotions, with fast traits and rock sections that require precision.
The path concludes by returning to Pragelato, completing a ring that combines the natural beauty of the Alps with an intense cycling challenge.

🗺️ Descrizione del percorso
Dal cuore del borgo, il percorso si snoda lungo piccole strade secondarie che conducono lentamente fuori dal centro abitato. Durante il tragitto si incontrano fontanili, ruderi rurali e diversi scorci panoramici sulla valle e sul borgo di Casperia.
Lungo il tragitto si raggiunge la frazione di Santa Maria, dove è possibile fare una sosta presso un piccolo bar, punto di ritrovo della comunità locale.
Da qui, si prosegue su una strada che risale dolcemente verso le pendici montane, entrando gradualmente in un'area boschiva. Il percorso sterrato, che alterna tratti pianeggianti e leggere salite, costeggia i rilievi e si immerge completamente nel verde.
🌳 Ambiente e paesaggio
La porzione montana del percorso si sviluppa all’interno di un’area boscata gestita a taglio, ricca di faggete, carpini e aceri. L’ombra degli alberi rende gradevole la pedalata anche nei mesi più caldi.
In diversi punti, il panorama costituisce uno degli elementi di maggior pregio dell’itinerario, con ampie vedute sui borghi circostanti e sulla valle sottostante.

Il percorso
L'itinerario può essere svolto da Alberese fino alla loc. di Collelungo (percorrendo la Strada degli Ulivi da Vergheria fino a Collelungo), oppure percorrendo la ciclabile fino a Marina di Alberese e successivamente, attraverso la strada della Pinastrellaia, si raggiunge la spiaggia di Collelungo.
Prima di raggiungere la spiaggia è presente una zona di sosta con rastrelliere dove è possibile lasciare le biciclette.
Nel percorre gli itinerari in bici si raccomanda la cautela, in quanto si sta visitando un'area protetta ed è presente la possibilità di incontrare fruitori di altre modalità di visita (a cavallo, a piedi).
È possibile noleggiare le biciclette nei pressi del punto di partenza tramite il nostro punto di Noleggio.

Unique ad unrepeatable tour along the the regina viarum, the ancient appia. It starts from Cestius Pyramid near Porta San Paolo, you can reach the Circus Maximus pedaling comfortably along the cycle path of viale Aventino.
From there you will skirt the Baths of Caracalla reaching Porta San Sebastiano. Here we are along the Appian Way pedaling on cobblestones admiring catacombs, tombs, tombs, churches, villas, milestones: an authentic open-air museum that can be visited by e-bike. The great beauty of Rome takes shape in its most hidden places, along the Caffarella valley with its Egeria spring and its sacred wood and then in the large Aqueduct Park along the ancient Via Latina with its numerous aqueducts, partly still working. ATTENTION SAYS FOR EXPERT BIKERS !!! The path part of the 'inhabited of the Brengon fraction and descends following the directions in front of the 'Hotel Tantané for the Messelod fraction. Past the parking lot of the Clou fraction take the trail to the left, overlooking the playground helped by going down in front of you along the paved road fairly steep, coming down the road to continue on the trail in a fraction direction Herin. Once they arrive at the fraction (to visit) brings along the asphalt road to Antey St. André. A quick spin in the sports area and then away to the Cerian fraction. From this fraction begins the climb to arrive to Torgnon by going through a series of fractions, Villettaz, Navillod, Gombaz, Nozon, Mazod, Ronc and Septumian meals you to discover the special urban mountain structure with fantastic houses and farts. Once they have arrived in the area of Torgnon rediscovery facilities, says Chantorné, take the dirt road to the left before the parking lot, reach the artifical pond of the 'Alpe Gorza and on the right after the lake continue in the direction Lago of Cignana. Go down by paying a lot of ATTENTION because the path is tight and steep. After about 15. that is about 800m you will find a dirt road, turn left on the bike and prepare for a long descent until you reach the Crepin fraction at Valtournenche. Follow well the map of the 'application. Once you have arrived at Crepin continue on the paved road to reach the centre of Valournenche, cross the fractions and descend until the departure of the Chamois funiway. Scrupulously follow the map on your phone. Take the funeral by reminding you that it works until at 22.00. Once you have arrived in Chamois you can stop to drink something by now. Continue in the direction La Magdeleine to reach, by going through a beautiful pineta, the point of arrival. Congrats you are extreme bikers! !!!

Guided tour of the Ancient Appian Way with tasting. You'll traverse the entire Park of the Ancient Appian Way. After passing through Porta San Sebastiano and walking along the Regina Viarum, you can admire the Catacombs of San Callisto, and within a few meters, you'll reach the tomb of Cecilia Metella, the Circus of Maxentius, and the tomb of Romulus. The Park of the Ancient Appian Way includes the Caffarella Valley and the Park of the Aqueducts.
Continuing the walk along the Ancient Appian Way, by turning left you'll reach the Park of the Aqueducts, where you can enjoy wine tasting with some local products. Following the path of the aqueducts, you proceed towards the Caffarella Park, admiring the Tomb of Annia Regilla, the Sacred Spring of Egeria, and its Sacred Grove. It doesn't even seem like you're just 1 kilometer away from the center of Rome. Everything remains untouched and authentic. Returning along the Via Latina, you arrive at the bike rental point.

il tour della ville tuscolane è uno dei più suggestivi dei castelli romani .Si parte dalla stazione di frascti si sale attraversando villa torlonia e il suo giardino, da li si comincia asalire ammirnado villa aldobradini e le sue spendide scuderie. Sempre salendo si intravede Villa Lancellotti, se salando ancora la piu regale Vialla Falconieri .scendendo invece verso destra si ammira villa parisi .superato l'ombrellino si intravede dopo aver raggiunto la roornd anche villa Mergè. Cintinunado poi lungo la via di frascati si rimane stupefatti dalla maestosa Villa Mondragone sede dell'università di Tor vergata.Salendo sulla vetta del monte tuscolo si erge la città di tusculum con i suoi reperti archelogici.a seguire si passa a Villa Cavalletti e Villa grazioli. Finito il tour si attraversa il paese di Frascati con le sue fraschette e il suo centro storico.
Questo anello nel Parco della Vena del Gesso Romagnola ci porta a visitare un ambiente molto vario e scenografico, ricco di testimonianze storiche e naturalistiche. Salendo da Brisighella subito ci si porta nel paesaggio brullo e denudato dei calanchi pliocenici che caratterizzano le prima colline della Vena del Gesso. Scendendo nella valle del Senio il paesaggio si fa piu' morbido e caratterizzato dai vigneti e vegetazione piu' lussureggiante. Presto si arriva a Riolo Terme dove spicca la rocca del XIV secolo che si puo' visitare, orario permettendo. Continuiamo verso Zattaglia e saliamo il crinale di Rontana da dove la vista spazia fino al Parco del Casentino e la Romagna toscana. Scendendo verso Brisighella ci si puo' fermare alla Rocca di Brisighella per una piacevole visita e per un punto panoramico privilegiato su tutta la valle.

This tour doesn't require using a car to reach the starting point; in fact, arriving by train at Santa Vittoria D'Alba railway station is the best way to visit the wild nature of Roero in a day. If you wish to pick up the e-bike directly at the station, you need to request the bike pickup when booking your rental, indicating the train arrival time. The tour is circular; if you're staying in the area, you can also start directly from the bike rental point in Corneliano D'Alba.
Santa Vittoria d'Alba

On the e-bike, you climb effortlessly to the historic center of Santa Vittoria D'Alba. The imposing castle of the Roero family, an ancient and noble family, dominates the historic center of the village perched on the hill. From the top of the Upper Village, you can enjoy a wonderful panorama of the surrounding hills; the view is dominated by the villages of Verduno and Roddi, and looking down, you can admire the flow of the Tanaro River.
Monticello d'Alba
Leaving Santa Vittoria d'Alba, the bike route winds through secondary roads immersed in vineyards. The route is characterized by ups and downs, sometimes gentle, sometimes more challenging, but with e-bikes, it's possible to tackle even the more demanding sections with ease. The second village you encounter during the ride is Monticello D'Alba, dominated by its imposing castle dating back to the 13th century. The Roero Castle of Monticello is one of the best-preserved fortifications in the area and absolutely deserves a guided tour. In the ancient village, you can discover artisan shops that produce typical products like "tajarin," thin hand-cut egg pasta, and chestnut honey with an intense and slightly bitter flavor. For a gastronomic stop, local trattorias offer traditional dishes such as agnolotti del plin, small ravioli filled with meat, and rabbit with Roero Arneis wine.
Corneliano d'Alba
The surprises of Roero are not over; on the bike, you pedal on secondary roads through Nebbiolo and Arneis vineyards. This first section is characterized by gentle ups and downs that allow you to admire the panorama alternating between vineyards, hazelnut groves, and the first orchards start to appear. The ride arrives in one of the heart villages of Roero, Corneliano d'Alba, a village that preserves important testimonies of its medieval past. Of particular interest is the 12th-century Tower, 22 meters high, which dominates the town and represents one of the symbols of the village. The 15th-century Church of San Bernardino with its Renaissance frescoes is also worth a stop. Corneliano d'Alba is also famous for the production of fine wines, strawberries, peaches, and Madernassa pears. Corneliano D'Alba is the ideal place for a delicious break, perhaps tasting the "stuffed peach," a typical dessert prepared with peaches filled with amaretti and cocoa, or the "hazelnut cake," prepared with the famous Piedmont IGP hazelnuts. In autumn, don't miss the opportunity to buy white truffles from local "trifolau" (truffle hunters). Corneliano d'Alba also hosts several wineries where you can taste Roero Arneis DOCG and Roero DOCG. Slightly outside the town center, in a super panoramic position, we find the Big Bench #348 blue and red, belonging to the Big Bench Community Project.
Monteu Roero
After the stop at the Big Bench of Corneliano D'Alba, you get back on the bike, following the route on the app, pedaling towards Monteu Roero. This section presents some more challenging ups and downs, with a significant climb towards the village of Monteu Roero. Don't worry, the e-bike will make this section easier, and where needed, you can increase the assistance! Observing the landscape, you notice a progressive change; vineyards give way to chestnut woods and the characteristic "Rocche," unique geological formations created by erosion that characterize the Roero territory. Along the way, you cross small hamlets and can admire numerous country chapels, testimony to popular religiosity. About halfway, a detour is recommended to visit the Sanctuary of Piloni, a devotional complex consisting of fifteen votive pillars representing the mysteries of the rosary. Arriving in Monteu Roero, one of the most picturesque villages in the area, you are welcomed by the majestic medieval castle that dominates from above. The historic center, with its narrow alleys and stone houses, preserves the charm of the past. Don't miss the Church of San Nicolao with its Romanesque bell tower and the walk to the Belvedere, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Rocche del Roero and, on clearer days, the Alpine chain. Monteu Roero is famous for the production of strawberries and small fruits, used to prepare artisanal jams and liqueurs. In local restaurants, you can taste the "brasato al Roero," beef marinated and slowly cooked in local red wine, accompanied by "otto file" corn polenta, an ancient variety grown in the area.
Sommariva Perno
The last stretch of the e-bike route connects Monteu Roero to Sommariva Perno. This part of the itinerary is particularly evocative as it runs alongside the Rocche del Roero for a good stretch, canyons and gorges formed over thousands of years. The landscape is an alternation of woods, orchards, and small cultivated plots, with the strawberry being the queen among all fruits, finding its capital in Sommariva Perno. During the route, you cross the hamlet of Valle Rossi, where you can take a break at one of the numerous agritourism farms in the area to taste typical local products such as cheeses, cured meats, fresh pasta, local wines, and strawberries, excellent for a healthy and sweet break. Continuing the journey, you finally reach the village of Sommariva Perno, which stands on a hill, the last village of the circular e-bike tour. The historic center is dominated by the Castle of Bela Rosin (a FAI heart place), a nineteenth-century residence that belonged to Rosa Vercellana, subject of countless gossip at the court of Victor Emmanuel II. Around the castle extends a large forest park, ideal for a relaxing break at the end of the route. Also worth a visit are the Church of Santo Spirito, with its neoclassical facade, and the Hermitage of Tavoletto, an ancient religious complex immersed in greenery. The route concludes with the last stretch and arrival at Santa Vittoria D'Alba station.

L'itinerario si snoda lungo tre diversi rûs, le antiche "vie dell'acqua” che ancora numerose solcano l'intera Valle d'Aosta. Fondamentali – soprattutto un tempo – per il trasporto dell'acqua dalle zone più ricche a quelle più aride, costituiscono ora una rete di percorsi ideale per scoprire gli angoli più suggestivi e particolari delle nostre montagne.
L'escursione tocca il Lago di Villa, importante Riserva naturale e Sito di Importanza Comunitaria, che con la sua ricca biodiversità costituisce una perla ambientale e paesaggistica di assoluto pregio.

The first part of this route envisages a first stretch of climb on asphalt on the 'ring of the Alassio Ciclovia that leads to diving into a veritable Mediterranean jungle that gives the exotic name to this trail. Very sweet, easy and sliding path to travel quickly with a soak to the water source in the vicinity of the picnic area. It falls on the Ciclovia in the vicinity of the Pisana tower.

This tour runs through the countryside between Quintano, Capralba, Casaletto Vaprio and Trescore Cremasco and allows you to discover some of the most important fountains of the Cremas.
The phenomenon of water resurgence occurs in that band of variable width where there is the passage between the high plain, formed by coarse pebbles, and the low plain formed by sands and clays. The rainwater or fluvial waters penetrating under the ground do not find more space to flow and emerge limpid and at a constant temperature.
The phenomenon was used in the past for the practice of rotting: the water was running in the winter on the lawns keeping them free, then, from frost and snow and allowing further mowing even in the bad season.

in Cordoba
Valpolicella: the name comes from the ancient latin "Val Polis Cellae", valley with many wineries. Even if the origin of the name is not sure, the region is still nowadays a paradise for wine lovers.
This easy ride crosses the wine region of Valpolicella. The itinerary goes out the city following a safe bike path that leads us to the immense vineyards of Valpolicella. Then, after a easy climb, we reach the top of a hill from where we can enjoy a great view over mountains and hills. On the road we can also see many Venetian Villas, elegant building built since the XV century.
We suggest to have a break in a winery, in order to experience the best of Valpolicella, the wine: there are many of them on our route.
Finally, the itinerary follow the river Adige and goes back to the city passing in front of the Arena and crossing the main squares.

Simpatico intinerario che si sviluppa partendo dall'abitato del comune di La Magdeleine per giungere, dopo circa 5 km al fantastico Col Pilaz. Giunti ai 2000 mt, boschi, laghetti di montagna e una splendida vista sul monte Cervino fanno da padroni. Procedendo verso una divertente discesa si attraversa un simpatico ruscello e lasciandosi alle spalle un piccolo alpeggio si raggiunge dopo circa 4 km il fantastico comune di Chamois dove la circolazione delle auto è vietata. Giunti nella piazzetta principale una piccola visita alla chiesetta del paesino ed una sbirciatina alla funivia sono d'obbligo.
Fatto tutto si abbandona il villaggio principale e salendo sulla destra della chiesetta, si attraversano piccole frazioni ed alpeggi per giungere con una stradina panoramica lo splendido lago di Lod. Un area pic nic e il laghetto permettono di rilassarsi e passare un po di tempo immersi nella natura. Pronti per scendere sulla sinistra dell'arrivo della seggiovia una simpatica discesa vi riporta nella piazzetta di Chamois. A sto punto il rientro verso La Magdeleine è molto piu semplice, si lascia sulla destra un simpatico altiporto dove chi è fortunato vede decollare qualche ultra leggero, e attraversando un bosco ricco di giochi per bambini e altre curiosità si sopraggiunge sul comune di La Magdeleine.

Andiamo alla scoperta di un angolo unico della Valle d’Aosta, dove ambienti naturali e panorami mozzafiato si svelano ad ogni colpo di pedale, sotto la sagoma maestosa del Cervino, o "la Gran Becca” come la chiamano i valligiani.
Pedalerai tra bellissimi boschi di castagni, prati e suggestivi villaggi di montagna dove vicino ai mulini ad acqua e ai forni per il pane potrai immaginare la vita che un tempo caratterizzava questi luoghi.
Un tratto del percorso sarà sulla funivia che ti farà raggiungere in pochi minuti il villaggio di Chamois, Perla delle Alpi e unico comune italiano non raggiungibile in automobile.
Di qui si prosegue lungo la splendida poderale che, tra uno scorcio panoramico e l'altro, porta sino a La Magdeleine e i suoi 7 mulini perfettamente ristrutturati e recuperati a scopo etnografico.
