Splendida escursione che permette di andare alla scoperta del vallone che unisce il monte Tantané al Monte Zerbion. Partenza dal centro paese, uscendo da quest'ultimo prendere la prima strada sulla sinistra che sale verso i cimiteri, direzione Promiod. Prendere la strada sterrata in direzione Promiod, dopo circa 3 km si raggiunge l'alpeggio di Parafromiaz, superato quest'ultimo una piccola salita seguita da un impegnativa discesa permette di incrociare una strada sterrata. Un volta raggiunta quest'ultima svoltare a sinistra e continuare sullo sterrato per circa 2 km, la salita inizia qui. Proseguire in direzione Monte Zerbion fino al raggiungimento di un bivio dove dovete svoltare a sinistra per continuare la vostra salita. Una volta usciti da bosco tenete sempre la sinistra per salire e dopo alcuni tornanti proseguite in direzione Monte Zerbion. La strada sterrata continua sulla destra, dovete percorrerla tutta fino in cima, una bella faticata che vi permettera di raggiungere la cima del colle a 2430 m.s.l.m. Purtroppo non ci sono alternative e per tornare indietro dovete ripercorrere la stessa strada. Dove la sterrata ripiana e riinizia qualche pianta, sulla vostra destra, prendete l'unica strada che incontrate scendendo. Giungerete ad uno splendido alpeggio, Chancellier. Da qui la discesa si complica, oltrepassate l'alpeggio alla destra e scendete lungo il sentiero piuttosto tecnico, CONSIGLIAMO DI SPINGERE LA BICICLETTA SE NON SIETE PRATICI. Dopo circa 500 m troverete un segna via e dovete prendere il sentiero sulla destra che ripiana. Il sentiero è molto stretto e tutto in contropendenza, CONSIGLIAMO DI SPINGERE LA BICICLETTA. Dopo circa 1 km il sentiero si allarga e diventa una strada poderale, potete risalire in sella e scendere, ATTENZIONE molto ripido. Arrivati alla fine della discesa che dura circa 20 minuti , dovete risalire leggermente a destra e contiunare a scendere. La strada sterrata prosegue e vi porta ad un tornante. Prendete la destra e salite al lago dei Crous. Oltreppassate il lago e sulla destra prendete la rampa che sale. Un sentiero in contropendenza vi portera al col Pilaz. Giunti alla vasca di irrigazione girate a sinistra verso l'area con i tavoli e la fontana, proseguendo la strada riprende a salire, tenete la sinitra e salite fino al colle dove la strada inizia a scendere. Percorrete circa 2 km su strada sterrata in discesa fino a raggiungere il piazzale sterrato, da li la strada diventa asfaltata e dovete scendere ancora 2 km per raggiungere il centro abitato di La Magdeleine. Giunti al tornante tenete la destra e scendete fino alla chiesa. Ben tornati all'Hotel Tantané.

We propose a beautiful route aimed to discover all the landmarks of Barcelona’s art, with special attention on the world famous Catalan Modernism. The tour is designed to be an “art lesson” on wheels.
We start in front of Port Vell, the double face of Barcelona, old and romantic on one side, new and shiny on the other. The ride will go through the beautiful green lung of Barcelona, the Ciutadella Park, and from there to Gaudí’s grand masterpiece, the Temple of Sagrada Família. Si parte dal punto di noleggio BikeSquare di Gavi e attraverso la via centrale si raggiunge la S.P.176 e il paese di S. Cristoforo, situato su un' importante via di comunicazione che portava all'antica città di Libarna. Il borgo sorge intorno ad un torrione di avvistamento che serviva durante gli sbarchi dei Saraceni, insieme alle torri di Parodi, Albarola e Monte Colma. Dall'antico Borgo spicca la mole del Castello di origine medievale. Dal centro di S. Cristoforo si prende Strada del Rondanino che in seguito diventa Strada Parodine in direzione Capriata D'orba, fino alla S.P.178. La strada è molto panoramica, tutta sul crinale in mezzo ai vigneti di Cortese e Dolcetto. Dopo qualche centinaio di metri di Provinciale si gira a sinistra nella S.P. 177, in direzione S. Cristoforo. Al bivio per la Fraz. Passaronda (o Castelletto) si svolta a destra. Si scende lungo la strada in lieve pendenza fino a raggiungere la caratteristica frazione di Passaronda. Arrivati al bivio, prima di svoltare in direzione di S. Cristoforo e rientrare a Gavi dallo stesso percorso di andata, si può svoltare a destra per recarsi a visitare Villa Carolina Golf Club.

Population 155, it's one of the peaks of this mountain area coloured by lavender fields. What to see: the medieval fortress now is just a square tower. The Assunta church contains a painting ascribed to Pietro Ivaldi called "il Muto" (the Mute"). Visit Sant'Onorato, a small chapel 1 km far from the village.
Montechiaro d'Acqui
The village is 15 km from Acqui Terme. The highest part is on the crest between Bormida and Erro Valleys: the landscape is astonishing. Its main features are the cobblestones streets, the vaults, the staircases made of sandstone. All of the houses are made of stones with plaques, gates and emblems with signs of the past centuries. You can visit the parish curch of Saint George (16th Century) and the Saint Catherine oratory, the latter is now the Peasants' Museum.
Ponti
During the Roman Age via Aemilia Scauri passed here. An original mileston was found here and is now protected under the City Hall arcades. Visit the ruins of the Marquis of Carretto castle and the parish church of the Assunta. Every year, on the last Sunday of April, there is the Sagra del Polentone, which is the Festival of the Big Polenta (local cornmeal mush).

The endless pine forest surrounding the bay of Porto Selvaggio indicates that you are in the heart of the Porto Selvaggio and Palude del Capitano Park. From tower to tower, you pedal just a few meters from the long white beaches protected by imposing dunes, projecting onto the magical sea of the Porto Cesareo Marine Protected Area.

You mainly cycle on asphalt roads, about 75%, but also on dirt roads.
Traffic is light along almost the entire route. In the months of July and August, the stretch on the coastal road is instead characterized by heavy traffic.
