Il Parco della Maremma si estende per 25 km, tra colline, spiagge e alte scogliere circondate da paludi, pinete, campi coltivati e pascoli. Il Parco è aperto tutto l’anno e sono stati predisposti 8 itinerari di varie difficoltà che si possono percorrere sia singolarmente sia in gruppo, accompagnati o meno da una guida in base al periodo dell’anno.
PARCO DELLA MAREMMA – MARINA DI ALBERESE
Partendo da Alberese Paese e percorrendo la ciclabile che porta fino al mare, avremo la possibilità di vedere cavalli e Vacche Maremmane al pascolo, come la possibilità di incontrare volpi e specie di uccelli che nidificano dentro il Parco.
Prima di Arrivare alla spiaggia avrete la possibilità di fare una sosta nell’area ristoro, uno street food per una breve pausa.
Arrivati alla spiaggia di Marina di Alberese potrete parcheggiare le e-bike lungo i porta bici messi a disposizione e godervi un bel bagno nelle acque cristalline.

The Oropa Trail can be traveled on foot, by bicycle, or by e-bike. It can be divided into stages or, in the case of e-bikes, it can also be completed (if you are fit) in one day. Traveling along the Oropa Cycle Path means immersing yourself in history and the landscape, slowly crossing through places and listening to the people who live there.
From Santhià by e-bike
The journey begins with the bike from Santhià in the province of Vercelli. The city is easily accessible by train or car, making it a convenient starting point for those wishing to embark on the route by bike or on foot. The first kilometers traveled by bike are mostly flat, and the e-bike route passes through green fields and rural landscapes. This stretch is ideal for warming up before tackling the more challenging sections of the route. Along the way, while cycling, you can admire typical Piedmontese farmhouses and the rows of trees lining the roads, as well as the characteristic rice paddies of Vercelli.
The Serra
Continuing to pedal, you enter the area of the Serra Morenica, a hilly region that offers stunning views. The Serra, being a hilly area, characterizes the e-bike route with gentle climbs, allowing cyclists to enjoy panoramic views of the underlying plain and the distant Alps. The Serra is a place rich in biodiversity and offers numerous rest points where you can observe local wildlife and appreciate the characteristic flora of the region. Along the route, there are various picnic areas where you can stop for a refreshing break and enjoy the surrounding nature; if you're lucky, the chirping of birds and sounds of the forest will accompany this moment of rest. A picnic is a perfect opportunity to savor some typical Piedmontese products, such as Vercelli rice or local cured meats, making the experience not only athletic but also gastronomic.
Oropa by e-bike
After crossing the hills of the Serra, the bike route continues towards the Sanctuary of Oropa, one of the most important pilgrimage sites in Italy. The sanctuary is located at an altitude of about 1,200 meters and is surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery. Arriving in Oropa will bring great satisfaction after considering the kilometers traveled on the e-bike or traditional bike; the view of the majestic and wonderful sanctuary brings peace and joy due to its beauty and the approach to the finish line. The Sanctuary of Oropa is famous not only for its architectural beauty but also for its history and spiritual significance. The Ancient Basilica, dating back to the 9th century, houses the statue of the Black Madonna, venerated by pilgrims for centuries. The Oropa Cycle Path of the Serra by e-bike
The Oropa Cycle Path of the Serra is not just a route for experienced cyclists; it is also accessible to families and beginners due to the presence of flat sections and easier areas to navigate. Additionally, along the route there are several points of tourist interest that enrich the experience. For example, you can visit small picturesque villages and stop at local producers offering excellent gastronomic experiences. A picnic stop at the areas of the Serra is highly recommended to savor excellent local products while enjoying the sounds of the forest; for those who know how to listen and observe, nature will offer numerous surprises. The activities don't end here; during summer and autumn, the Oropa Cycle Path hosts events and initiatives dedicated to cycling and promoting sustainable tourism. These events attract enthusiasts from all over Italy and provide opportunities for sharing among passionate cyclists
Percorso ad anello preferito dai biker e dagli escursionisti in genere che vogliono immergersi nella Riserva Regionale dei Calanchi. Si alternano paesaggi calanchivi, pinete ombreggiate come macchia mediterranea serviti da una strada sterrata brecciata. Giro di boa la onnipresente Tempa Petrolla. Sperone di marna silicea che si eleva con i suoi oltre trenta metri dal manto argilloso tanto da essere scelta come punto di vedetta sia dagli spagnoli di un tempo che per ultimo dal brigante Crocco. A conferma di questo sul suo apice si erge una costruzione in pietra raggiungibile da una scalinata scolpita nella roccia. Presenti nelle vicinanze alcuni punti d'acqua come quello di Malabocca ma munirsi di zaino idrico o doppia borraccia nei periodi caldi.

From Petriolo to They Piceno to the discovery of the cooked wine and traditions to be rediscovered
Partence from the rental point in Petriolo Castle, which surely deserves a walk between the alleys, churches and afflicts on the hills (on all of that from St. Martin's Square).
It is part of leaving the castle, passing under the Torrione (Porta Rondella or Lu Torriò as it is said from these parts) dating back to the early 1500, to continue along a downhill road and get to the scenic and untransitioned Via delle Grazie, where you can stop to admire the view of the hills.
You then continue along the paved road for a couple of km, to then make an intimate and panoramic detour along a stretch of gravel road and a short dirt stretch.
At this point you go down, again in the paved and untransitioned road, towards the Urbisaglia Archaeological Park, to date back to the borough of Their Piceno along a shallow asphalt road.
Here to They Piceno cannot miss the visit at least to a cellar to discover the cooked wine, whose production here is a centurial tradition.
We advise you to visit the numerous museums in the borough.
We are now embarking on the return to the borgo of Petriolo, following the scenic route.

A tour that will allow you to discover the beauties of the astigial Monferrato by crossing the most important municipalities of the Unesco landscapes.
The departure of the tour is planned in front of the beautiful tasting room of Tenuta Olim Bauda.
The descent along the avenue of access to the estate will lead you on the way below where you could take the bike lane after a few meters.
The first stretch of tour will be on the bike lane following the directions of Calamandrana and Canelli.
You will cross the Viale degli Innamorati in the village of Nizza Monferrato that, with its majestic trees, will give you shade and relief in the first part of the tour.
The path, later, will come out of the inhabited Nizza and will lead you on the gorgeous Hill of the Brich.
From here, the road in crest will allow you to enjoy the beautiful surrounding scenery.
You reach, later, the abate of Noche and then of Vinchio. From here, a secondary road will lead you to the Big Bench #94, immersed in the Natural Reserve of the Val Sarmassa.
Take the time for a photo and a bit of relaxation : let yourself immerse yourself in the noises of the surrounding nature.
Retaking the path, you will arrive at Cortiglione and later, a long descent will lead you to the village of Incisa Scapaccino.
Take the time to visit the Ancient Village of Incisa, located on the hillside to Castelnuovo Belbo.
A dedali of narrow streets and ways will lead you to the main square, from which you enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape.
The path will end later with a short final ride up to the Tenuta Olim Bauda.

The departure and ' the Bike Square rental point of Cabella Ligure. From here by continuing along the provincial 140, it comes in the vicinity of the inhabited Albera Ligure from which the Albirola Valley begins. After the iron bridge begins a small asphalted secondary road leading to the fraction of Santa Maria-Venaint. Percorrupting it comes in a suggestive borgo, with the stone houses and the seicentesco water mill in Santamaria, reachable via a steep path that continues to the pond feeding the Mulino where a pleasant area is located. Continuing on the 'ring, after a few returning, you reach Santa Maria where to make an 'interesting walk between the evocative stone houses, an ancient washroom and see the dedicated chiesette to the Madonna della Neve. Resuming the path comes to Venus, a small borough well valued by its inhabitants with floral addobbons. Here it is possible to see the Church of the Saints Matthew and Fortunato, dating back to the 9th century, built on the ruins of the ' Abbey of Venish, among the oldest monastic foundations in the area. From here you enjoy a breathtaking view on the Borbera Valley. After a few kilometres, Pallavicino and finally the castle of Borgo Adorno built in 1100 by the Spinola, now Casa Museum of the painter Clemen Parrocchetti, has been reached. From here the path is particularly panoramic. It reaches localities ' Campana and returns to the provincial road to Cantalupo Ligure, passing through the location of Pertuso, known as the starting point of the suggestive trial called the stone doors. From here you can admire a suggestive canyon, long a few kilometres and marked by a very bitter nature dominated by spectacular rock formations, unfortunately also known for sad episodes related to World War II. Before returning to Cabella Ligure it is worth climbing over the evocative iron bridge and crossing the river from which the beautiful territory of this valley between Piedmont and Liguria takes its name.

E-bike loop Cortemilia – Serole – Roccaverano – Valle Bormida: hazelnut groves, historic villages and authentic Alta Langa flavors
This circular cycling route starts from Cortemilia, the capital of the IGP Piedmont Hazelnut, and winds through the rolling hills that embody the spirit of the Alta Langa. It’s a perfect itinerary for lovers of e-biking, slow tourism, and authentic experiences that blend nature, history, and local food culture.
Leaving Cortemilia, the trail climbs towards Serole, a small village surrounded by woods and hazelnut groves, where the peaceful landscape invites you to slow down and enjoy the silence. From Serole, the route continues to Roccaverano, the highest village in the Province of Asti, famous for its medieval panoramic tower and the renowned Robiola di Roccaverano DOP cheese. A stop here is a must, to taste local specialties and take in breathtaking views of the surrounding hills.
The path then descends into the Bormida Valley, arriving in Monastero Bormida, a village with monastic origins, dominated by a majestic Benedictine castle and a medieval stone bridge, one of the most striking in the area. The historical atmosphere and riverside landscape make this stretch especially charming.
From Monastero, the route continues to Bubbio, known for its well-preserved historic center, stone alleys, and artisan workshops, and then on to Cessole, nestled among vineyards and hazelnut groves, in a landscape that captures the true essence of the Alta Langa.
The loop concludes by returning to Cortemilia, completing a bike tour that brings together nature, heritage, and local gastronomy. Perfect for a day trip on an e-bike or as part of a sustainable weekend in Piedmont, this route offers unforgettable moments in a unique and still-undiscovered territory.

This route starts from the Bike Square rental point in Cabella Ligure. From here you continue along the 140 state road to Albera Ligure and on to San Nazzaro wheve you locality turn left towards Rocchetta Ligure where Valley Sisola begins. The seventeenth-century Palazzo Spinola, home to the Museum of Resistance and social life, is worth a visit. Continuing on the S.P. 145 you can see several water mills. The first, on the side of the road in the lower Pagliaro area, is well underway and functioning. Continuing on you arrive at the hamlet of Sisola where the landscape is characterized by the presence of vineyards of Timorasso, a white native grape grown only in these valleys weighing to the particularity of the soil and its sunny climate. Continuing on the S.P. 145 you can see, on the right the Pravaglione mill, after which the road begins to climb more steeply until you reach Costa Salata which clearly evokes its past as a commercial route between Liguria and Piedmont. From here a long descent begins where the Valley Sisola ends and the Valley Vobbia begins and from Piedmont it passes into Liguria. Following the S.P. 8 you became at the village of Vobbia. From here continue to the right where to narrow gorge begins, along a road map by the lush woods of the Antola park, until you reach the entrance of the Castello della Pietra, carved between two spurs of rock. The castle, dating back to the 1100s, is a cultural center of safeguarding landscape value, showing a perfect fit between nature and history. You can park the bikes and walk along the path that in about 20 leads to the castle where you can take a guided tour on the days and at the set times. Finally we return to Cabella L. following the same road used in the first leg.

In case of bad weather or if you want to avoid crossing the Punta Pizzo Park on a sandy trait path, immediately after Marina di Mancaversa you can opt for a variant of 4 km on the littoral.

THE UPPER SABINA
The eleventh stage of the GTL changes the landscape once again: we move away from the Apennines for the lower Sabine Mountains, heading west. But the lower altitudes should not deceive, since the slopes of these hills often prove to be more challenging and hard than the mountains proper, with their sudden and violent ups and downs. From Rieti we leave for the beautiful village of Contigliano, on little-frequented and lonely roads among olive trees and vineyards. We are a few steps from Greccio, a medieval town famous for its nativity scenes, certainly worthy of a detour. Hairpin bends, climbs and descents follow one another, giving villages resting on the "hillocks", the heights chosen for settlements since ancient times: Cottanello, Casperia, Cantalupo in Sabina. Only the end of the stage and the arrival in the Tiber valley offers a bit of descent and respite, up to the railway station of Stimigliano, the end of the stage – and a public velodrome, that of Forano.

A ring loop between the beauties of a nature that passes from the 'still be wild all 'being almost drawn.
The path alternates between off-road traits (about 3/4 of the route) and traits on tarmac.
You can pedal down by costing the beach. Do you know that the Lake of Bolsena is one of the few seaside Italian lakes? for this you can also decide to park your ebikes and dive into the 'fresh water to have fun even more.
The route crosses the boroughs of Capodimonte and Marta as well as the beautiful one of Bolsena with its belvedere on the lake and its Castle.
Pedalando clockwise can enjoy a breathtaking scenario by climbing on the Via Francigena. Dall'more you can discover the wonder of the caldera of an ancient lake of volcanic origin, discover its islands like the Martana and the Bisentina.
L 'isle Bisentina is generally visited in summer until early autumn and is characterized by 7 churches that arise along its perimeter.
You can't miss a stop in Bolsena where-to satisfy l 'appetite that vien pedalling-you can stop to eat the Coregone, the typical fish in the area.

We will skirt the whole Po grande on both sides arriving in Pila. Its lighthouse acts as a watershed between the sea and the lagoon and the fish auction in its market is a daily tradition from Monday to Thursday. Destination Boccasette to take a dip in the beach worth a visit and a stop. Returning we will skirt the Po di Maistra, a branch of the river rich in flora and fauna as a less contaminated branch of man.

It is part of the rental point Bike Square of Arquata Scrivia and crosses the centre inhabited in the direction of the archaeological site of the 'ancient city of Libarna, one of the main in Piedmont for wealth of exhibits such as l 'amphitheatre, theatre, living quarters with some urban streets and the three-dimensional reconstruction of the terms, urban doors and the public forum. Finished the visit returns to Arquata and you reach out to Don Minzoni and follow the communal road to Partolungo, a fraction of Gavi. And ' a beautiful road that through a wooded and quiet area, location Pratolungo, arrives at the Provincial Road 161. It goes through, it goes up in the Lungarola direction and takes place by taking the curve to the left. It is continued curving to the left and delaying on S.P. 161 to reach the evocative Historical Center of Gavi, d 'tourist interest for the numerous historical testimonies between which the Romanesque Church of S. Giacomo, the Palazzo Municipalee l 'ancient port of the city date back to the XVI sec. In Arquata it cannot miss a visit to the old 'Ancient Storm Centre, including the Via Interiore, where numerous alleys are arriched with stone portals dating from the thirteenth century and fifth-century arcs and arcs with sixth-acute arches. Among the buildings you note the Gotica house marked by an ' original wooden structure with murary tamponade. After a gymnastic standoff in one of the many local citizens, it is part of the rental point of Bike Square.

If we advise you to rent an e-bike to explore Monte Tuoro, it is because it is one of the most beautiful mountains in the province of Avellino. Its special position will give you unforgettable breathtaking views and the variety of fauna and flora that populate it will make your ebike excursion unforgettable.
Monte Tuoro is a Site of Community Interest (SCI) and part of the Monti Picentini Regional Park.
It is an out-and-back route that includes the same itinerary. In addition to asphalt, the wheels of your ebike will pass over dusty or muddy (depending on the season) trails and wonderful gravel sections. Therefore, also due to some challenging uphill sections (in some places you will touch 15% gradient), this route is not suitable for pedal-assisted city bikes.
Please note: in many of the areas you will pass through, your mobile phone will not have coverage!
We therefore advise you to rent a Trekking ebike or, even better, to opt for the rental of a Focus Full Suspension e-MTB.
The starting point of the GPS track we are proposing is the e-bike hire point in Chiusano San Domenico, which is located in the centre of the village and is therefore a very easy reference point to locate.
However, if you prefer to start from the ebike rental point located at the Ciclostazione Avellino (Contrada San Lorenzo 18, Atripalda). add the AB/BA route (16.5 km) to this track to reach the bike rental point in Chiusano San Domenico.
This trail can be lengthened or shortened as desired. Therefore, feel free to contact us to let us know your time and/or fitness needs: we will be happy to customise this path so that it perfectly suits your requirements.
Let's start!
Mount your bike and head for the upper part of the town. In the midst of the houses you will catch a glimpse of the ancient castle of Chiusano di San Domenico and, as you tackle the first few ramps, you will immediately understand what kind of day awaits you. The effort, however, will always be repaid by incredible views and unforgettable emotions.
The first 5 km will all be uphill, but since the entire GPS track is about 25 km, if you don't want to struggle, increase the power of your ebike: there's no danger of running out of battery! In any case, you will have plenty to distract you: the views and lush greenery will fill your eyes and mind.
When you come close to a hamlet (an accommodation facility not in operation at the time of writing), it means that the climb is coming to an end. Look for the best spot to take a souvenir photo of this day, choosing between a nature-themed background or a shot from above of Chiusano, Avellino, Montevergine and the Parthenio Park.
From here on, 3.5 km of flat land await you to be enjoyed. Listen to the silence and appreciate the solitude. The only people you might bump into are the Chiusanesi who go up the mountain for their farming activities or a few other cyclists.
At a certain point, when the navigator tells you to turn slightly right, say goodbye to the asphalt. A gravel section begins, which is a prelude to the most beautiful and exciting stretch of the day. Centuries-old beech trees, chestnut trees, luxuriant ferns, gravel, turkey oaks, mountain maples: all the way to the summit you will literally be immersed in nature. Thanks to the dense vegetation, the temperature is cool in summer and cold in winter, so make sure you are dressed appropriately.
Gather all possible details and glimpses with your eyes, but if you see something that interests you, better make a stop. In some sections the dirt road is challenging and deserves to be tackled carefully.
At a certain point the wheels of your ebike will return to asphalt and the climb will become challenging again.
When you get about 10 km from the start, you may find the road closed by a gate: don't worry! Open it and continue on your way, but don't forget to close it again after your passage! This is a boundary used by farmers to delimit the pastures of the cows that live in this montangna.
From here on, another couple of kilometres of steep ascent await you on a not particularly well maintained asphalt road with some notable bends. These are the last efforts. A few hairpin bends in quick succession welcome you to the summit of Monte Tuoro.
By the time you reach the radio antennas, you will be exactly 1,432 metres above sea level. Not bad, especially when you think that you started from only 700 metres: congratulations!
Take all the time you want to enjoy the landscape and take photos: you have deservedly earned it!
The road back to Chiusano San Domenico is exactly the same. Be careful going downhill and remember to close the gate as you pass. Take the opportunity to look at the landscapes from a different point of view than on the way out.
You will surely notice glimpses that you missed or that you could not see from the perspective of the outward journey. Stop to take selfies and souvenir photos: we are waiting for you in Chiusano San Domenico at our e-bike rental point to return the bike and to get your impressions of the day.

Alba, the starting and ending point of your tour, deserves in-depth exploration. The tour of the Testic develops with departure from Alassio, percurring a stretch of Aurelia to Andora you begin the path on asphalt in the 'inland in the street in untrafficked plain, to reach the municipality of Stellanello.
From Stellanello begins a beautiful climb in the middle of the olive trees to reach the municipality of Testico where you can enjoy a typical ground ligure lunch on a panoramic terrace.
From here it begins the indentation on sweet salts and goes down to reach the top of the hill of Alassio, to get down to the train station in central country in front of the Municipality.

Si parte dal punto di noleggio BikeSquare di Casaleggio Boiro e attraverso la S.P. 170 si raggiunge l'abitato di Mornese, situato su di una collina circondata da boschi e vigneti e sul tracciato di un' antica via del sale che univa Piemonte e Liguria. Si attraversa il borgo antico in direzione Montaldeo, sulla S.P. 175 e si arriva nel centro del paese di Montaldeo, un piccolo borgo a vocazione agricola. Si prosegue sempre sulla S.P.175 fino ad arrivare al borgo di Castelletto d'Orba borgo medioevale che risale la collina con stradine tortuose e case in pietra. Al centro del paese si trova il Castello. Il paese deve la sua notorietà principalmente alle numerose sorgenti di acque medicamentose (minerali, alcune sulfuree), Il territorio è legato alla coltivazione dell'uva e alla produzione di rinomate tipologie di vini a DOC. Si esce dal paese in direzione Ovada e in corrispondenza della Chiesetta di colore bianco, si svolta a sinistra in Via Gallaretta seguendo le curve di questa strada che porta a Silvano d'Orba. Si attraversa il caratteristico borgo connotato dal suo imponente castello e noto per le sue distillerie di grappa. In corrispondenza di Via S. Giovanni si svolta a sinistra e poi si prende Via Merli, una salita panoramica che arriva alla chiesetta di S. Pancrazio da cui inizia una strada bianca panoramica seguendo la quale si ritorna a Casaleggio Boiro.

This is a route that will allow you to cycle both on paved roads and partly on dirt paths. It is a medium-difficulty route that mostly develops over flat terrain, except for a climb of about 3 kilometers that leads to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Boden.
The oasis of Borgo Tenso, Madonna del Boden, and Lake Mergozzo
Starting from the BikeSquare rental in Premosello-Chiovenda, you will cycle towards the Natural Oasis of Bosco Tenso, the ideal place to seek shade from the sun and enjoy the coolness of the forest composed of oaks and chestnut trees, as well as observe birds and the variety of wildlife that inhabits the area. You will continue cycling towards Ornavasso to reach the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Boden. Thirsty? You can quench your thirst by filling your water bottle at the fountain from which healing water flows. You can then continue cycling along the Toce cycle path until you reach Mergozzo.
Here, you can ride along the shores of Lake Mergozzo and stop at one of the local establishments in the area.
You will return to Premosello-Chiovenda by retracing the Toce cycle path.
