Tipi Percorsi
Partendo dall'abitato di La Magdeleine (frazione Brengon dove noleggiate le bici) salire in direzione frazione Artaz, lasciata la frazione la strada diventa sterrata e con una leggera pendenza inizia la bella scalata per raggiungere i 2200m. Dopo alcuni km si raggiunge il lago di Crous, un piccolo lago di montagna dal grande fascino, superato quest'ultimo sulla destra si deve affrontare una complessa salita di circa 300m quindi marcia facile motore a turbo.
Finita la salita il sentiero ritorna pianeggiande e si raggiungono i laghetti del Col Pilaz. Giunti nei pressi della vasca recintata in cemento inizia, sulla destra, la vera e propria salita per andare alla conquista dei laghi di Champlong. Dopo alcuni km la strana diventa pianeggiante e sulla destra potete scorgere il lago di Charey ma dovete ancora proseguire ed affrontare nuovamente una salita importante. Prestate attenzione al fondo sdrucciolevole e se è il caso scendete dalla bicicletta e spingete, il tratto è breve. Una volta superato l'alpeggio di Charey e la difficile salita si continua per l'ultimo tratto di salita. Si arriva su di un tornantino e si sale decisi per raggiungere il "pianoro" dei laghi di Champlong.
Ecco che dopo un paio di km si scorge l'alpeggio di Champlong con il suo laghetto. Complimeti siete arrivati a 2200m in un'oasi dove la vista delle montagne e la natura vi lasceranno a bocca aperta. Dopo una pausa il percorso continua ancora una leggera salitina per raggiungere il colle che vi porta a Chamois, una splendida vista sul monte Cervino vi accoglierà. Infilatevi nella sella di gesso bianco ed iniziate la discesa verso Chamois. Fate attenzione alle pendenze perche la strada è sempre una poderale e con tutta calma godetevi la discesa. Sulla sinistra potete scorgere l'alpeggio dei Corts ma la strada va a destra e si inoltra nel bosco. Una volta affrontata la discesa nel boschetto giungerete ad un altro alpeggio, quello di Foresus. Da qui prestate attenzione perche la strada da prendere per andare al lago di Lod di Chamois è la seconda sulla destra appena dopo la discesina e procede in piano verso una piccola casetta. Una volta presa la strada dovrete percorrerla in piano per circa 1 km per giungere al fantastico laghetto di Lod. Da qui tutto facile procedete verso l'arrivo della seggiovia e sulla sinistra affrontate la divertente discesa verso l'abitato di Chamois. Una volta giunti in paese riprendete sulla destra dello stabile del comune la strada per La Magdeleine. In pochi minuti raggiungerete la postazione dei gelati arigianali. Ci siamo ancora 400m e ritroverete la strada asfaltata, girate a destra e raggiungete il centro del paese di La Magdeleine. Complimenti!

This ebike tour in South Sardinia will allow you to discover the secrets of the ancient mining routes of the Arburese and the Costa Verde. The path starts from Montevecchio, crosses the ancient mining village of Ingurtosu and reaches the beach of Piscinas. From here, the route continues along the coast and crosses the touristic villages of Portu Maga and Gutturu e' Flumini to then trace back to the mountains.
What to see in Ingurtosu
Ingurtosu is an ancient abandoned mining settlement that was inhabitated by the miners during the last century. Today it presents itself as a ghost village immersed in a suggestive and out of time atmosphere. Following the Provincial Road 66 in the direction of the village Pitzinurri, carrying out a small detour from the original path, you could admire the Palazzo della Direzione della Miniera di Ingurtosu (Palace of the Directorate of the Mine of Ingurtosu) and its iconic arch that embraces the road; the Church of Santa Barbara, from which you could take amazing panoramic photos to the sea; the Ex Ospedale (Former Hospital) of Ingurtosu. Going back, you can admire the ancient houses of the miners. Once you are out of the town you will find the ancient Pozzo Gal (Shaft Gal, within which a multimedia museum is present) and, at the base of the valley, the majestic Laveria Brassey of Naracauli (Brassery Washery of Naracauli).
What to see in Piscinas
Piscinas is probably the most famous and iconic beach of the Southwest of Sardinia and the Costa Verde. Here you will find one of the most impressive dunal complexes in Europe that reaches 100m in height : the Dune of Piscinas. The landscape will leave you breathless and you will seem to have been catapulted into the Sahara desert. We recommend you a walk on the dunes but we remind you that it is absolutely forbidden to transit on the same with means of transport. On the dunes you can also admire the typical Mediterranean vegetation and the characteristic ginepro coccolone (cuddly juniper), which will show you bent because of the strong of the wind of the Maestrale that frequently spins the area. With luck, you could also encounter some exemplary of Sardinian deer. At the centre of the beach you will finally find an ancient mining structure converted into a hotel and some seaside establishments where you could cool down and admire the sea.
What to see in Portu Maga and Gutturu e ' Flumini
The path continues along the Costa Verde and crosses the two villages of Portu Maga and Gutturu e' Flumini. Along the road you can admire numerous beaches and calettes with crystal clear water such as Su Pistoccu (rock seabed), Campu e ' Sali (thick sand grains and rock seabed) and the beach of Gutturu e' Flumini (finest and sandy seabed). The last one is also bounded by a very ancient limestone wall (Punta Calada Bianca) which prides itself on spectacular panoramic photos.
During the last part of your path, on the way to Montevecchio, you will see the Monte Arcuentu (Mount Arcuentu, it is said that its shape reminisces the profile of Napoleon Bonaparte). This is actually an ancient volcano whose top which is reachable in about one hour and a half of walk. For the most willing, we recommend its climb (of medium-low difficulty in the first trait, challenging in the final part. It is about 500m of altitude difference) that will be repaid from a breathtaking panorama: from its top you will see the area from the Costa Verde, the bay of Oristano and part of the centre of Sardinia.

Si parte dalla Ciclostazione in direzione Villa San Nicola dove affronterete il primo km in pianura, percorso urbano, fino ai giardini Biagio Venezia dove comincia un leggero dislivello che vi porta fino a Villa San Nicola.
Dopo questi 3 km di salita troverete, a pochi metri di distanza, due punti di ristoro Masseria Piano e Agriturismo da Baffone dove potrete sostare e fare le attività più svariate, dal PicNic al giro nelle fattorie didattiche, degustare prodotti tipici e rilassarvi, insomma a voi la scelta.
Da qui si parte per Sorbo Serpico, sempre con un leggero dislivello, che durerà per 4 km e vi perderete per il resto del percorso nella natura assoluta. Ma prima vi consigliamo di allungarvi a Santo Stefano del Sole dove potrete visitare il Belvedere della Giovinezza e sostare per godere di un panorama mozzafiato che affaccia su tutto il partenio e rinfrescarvi nella piazzetta, dove potete riempire le vostre borracce.
Usciti da Santo Stefano del Sole si prosegue verso Sorbo Serpico, dove godrete di panorami incantevoli, costeggerete la montagna di Volturara, immensi boschi e potrete ammirare i vigneti autoctoni dei Feudi di San Gregorio.
Qui ai Feudi, storica cantina Irpina, potete perdervi tra degustazioni di vini, percorsi esperienziali e visite nella struttura, dalla bottaia agli immensi giardini. Per descrivere i Feudi, le parole non bastano, una sosta è d’obbligo per scoprire i veri valori dell’Irpinia. Sarete seguiti e accompagnati da uno staff preparato che saprà soddisfare tutte le vostre esigenze e le vostre richieste.
Qui siete sul punto più alto del vostro giro, da qui in poi saranno 5 km di discesa. Proseguite costeggiando sulla vostra destra l’immensa e incantevole struttura dei Feudi e scendete verso contrada San Gregorio, dove costeggerete una fantastica pineta fino ad arrivare all’ingresso del Parco San Gregorio. Si estende per circa 20 ettari il verde lussureggiante del Parco di S. Gregorio-Pietramara e domina tutta la valle del Sabato. Lassù, secondo un´ antica tradizione, c’era un tempio romano, il leggendario Atrio di Pallade, da cui sarebbe derivato il nome di Atripalda.
Entrate, pedalate e immergetevi nella natura. Qui c’è la possibilità di sostare, fare un picnic o semplicemente e godersi il silenzio o in alternativa fare un giro all’interno seguendo i vari sentieri che ci sono. All’interno è possibile anche visitare il Parco Avventura Pettirosso, ideale per i più piccoli.
Si prosegue, dopo aver attraversato il parco, per una lunga discesa che vi porterà ad Atripalda, dove potete fare una visita al centro storico e visitare gli scavi dell’antica Abellinum. Testimonianza ancora viva e tangibile dell'influenza della civiltà romana in Irpinia, i reperti dell'antica Abellinum costituiscono uno dei principali siti storico-archeologici dell'intera provincia.
Da qui, pochi km e si rientra alla Ciclostazione, attraversando la piazza di Atripalda.

Il tour è un facile anello che parte dal centro storico della città natale di Leonardo Da Vinci. I percorsi che vi condurremo attraverso le colline sono fondamentalmente fatti di salite e discese. Vi mostreremo i piccoli e affascinanti tesori del mio villaggio e vi condurrò sulle colline che circondano il nostro piccolo gioiello toscano, passando tra ulivi e vigneti. Esploreremo i luoghi dove il Genio ha trascorso i primi anni della sua vita, che custodiscono antichi mulini, limpidi torrenti d'acqua dolce e gole segrete. Per godere al meglio del nostro tour, percorreremo strade secondarie. Potremo fermarci a fare uno spuntino "al fresco" o, se preferite, fermarvi per una degustazione di vino in un'antica villa e vedere la cantina, che possiamo anche organizzare per voi. Once you reach the sea, the doors of the Regional Natural Park of the Island of Sant’Andrea and Punta Pizzo coastline open up, a strip of white sand overlooking the spectacular bay and enclosing the treasures of Salento's nature.
The route starts from Gallipoli and the municipalities crossed are: Alezio, Taviano, Racale, Torre Suda, Marina di Mancaversa, Baia Verde.
The route mainly develops on asphalt roads (about 80%) with low traffic almost throughout. In the summer months of July and August, traffic on the coastal road is more intense.

Seral guided Tour with aperitif, crossing the Eternal City. A relaxing and delightful journey, visiting the Aventine with its uniqueness, then crossing the Tiber to reach the heart of the neighborhood, with its churches, squares, inn and locals. This panoramic and engaging route will take you to discover some of the most hidden wonders of the Ciociaria area.
The first stop you will encounter along the way includes the Natural Monument of the Caves of Falvaterra and Rio Obaco, an oasis surrounded by nature where you can visit the speleological complex or simply cool off in the waters of the small river that flows from inside.
After the first stop you will leave for Falvaterra, a small medieval village where time seems to have stopped: here you can leave your e-bike and stroll through the alleys and squares of the historic center, photograph the panoramic views of the Latin Valley and taste local products from Luca and Serena in their Bottega Coquinaria.
It's time to get back on the saddle: once you have passed the village you will take a flat and panoramic road that surrounds the whole mountain on your left until you descend directly into the heart of the second village crossed by this itinerary, San Giovanni Incarico. With your e-bike you will be able to comfortably explore both the lower part and its most perched historic center.
As soon as you pass the village you will find yourself in front of a crossroads: here, based on the degree of confidence taken with the e-bike and your physical condition, you can choose whether to make a small detour from the path traced on top of the mountain on your left, where the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Guardia stands out, offering an exceptional panoramic view over the Ciociaria area. In case you decide to reach it, just retrace the road in reverse to return to the route, otherwise you can directly continue the mapped itinerary.
From the village and above all from the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Guardia, you will have happened to throw your eye on the waterways that intertwine with each other: they are the Liri River and the Sacco River that meet and flow into the characteristic Lake of San Giovanni for its shape reminiscent of an octopus. The route continues along the entire lake until it joins the Via Francigena, in a stretch of road that is partly unpaved but easily accessible through the woods, along the crescent-shaped Lake of San Giacomo (it is no coincidence that you are in Via Guardaluna) and reaches the center of Ceprano.
Here you will cross its historic alley where the signs of ancient shops are still present, you will cross the square and reach the market area: if you are lucky enough to undertake this path on market day (Saturday morning) we advise you to stop by our friend Giò where you can taste its fantastic products at km0 (it is the first stand you will meet as soon as you pass the square).
Finally, you will travel the last 2 kilometers until you return to the rental point in Ceprano, where you will have showers and shaded areas to cool off and rest.

How to visit Nizza Monferrato:
Nizza is the most important agricultural and commercial center located in the heart of Monferrato area, one of the most famous Italian places of wine production in the world, especially as regards red wines. UNESCO World Heritage Site for its landscape assets and for the Barbera and Nizza DOCG wines, it is the most important center of the province and of the Belbo Valley.
In Nizza it is worth taking a stroll through the streets of the center and stopping to admire the Campanon tower, in the town square, the oldest civic tower in the city, incorporated into the Town Hall.
The historic center is beautiful, full of typical bars and restaurants where you can taste the specialties of Nicese and Piedmontese cuisine based on Cardo Gobbo, a renowned local product.
There will certainly be the possibility of some amazing tasting of red wine at the Regional Winery of Nizza, located near the splendid Palazzo Crova, an admirable example of an 18th century noble town residence.
At the end of the tour, the more "daring" will be able to reach the Church of Madonna della Neve, one of the highest points in the town.
It can be reached via a very steep climb but the view over the city and the surrounding municipalities is certainly worth the effort.
The track starts from the e-bike collection point in Nizza Monferrato and winds through a maze of secondary streets until it reaches the splendid hamlet of Sant’Antonio di Canelli.
Canelli and Torre dei Contini:
The track will continue after turning near the Church of Sant’Antonio Abate and will make you proceed in the direction of the tower, along a secondary road. During the ride you will always see, in one of the highest points around you, the top of the tower, which will be your reference throughout this part of the route.
Near a purple building you can take the dirt road which, on foot, will take you to this particular monument.
The Tower, dating back to 1617, delimited the boundaries of the municipality and served as a military lookout.
From here, it is possible to have a 360-degree view of the surrounding landscape, glimpsing the perfect meeting between the hills of Monferrato and those of the Langhe
Continuing the planned route you will arrive in the center of Canelli.
The town of Canelli is a small town of about ten thousand inhabitants that rises near the southernmost border of the Monferrato, a few steps from the province of Cuneo.
Canelli is historically divided into two parts: “Il Borgo” and “Villanuova”. The first, further down the valley, is the one that has continued to expand with the passing of time while the second, the oldest Canelli, lies on the slopes of the hill and is still dominated by its castle, today Castello Gancia. The Borgo and Villanuova are connected by one of the historical elements of Canelli: La Sternia.
In the lower part of the city, down in the Borgo, from Piazza Amedeo D’Aosta you can take Via Giovanni Battista Giuliani. Continuing on this road and then turning onto Via Gioacchino Rossini, you will find yourself in Piazza San Tommaso. Here you will meet the Church of San Tommaso on the left, from which the square takes its name, and further to the right the Church of the Annunziata. Between the two religious buildings begins the Sternia, a paved pedestrian street whose current name is via Villanuova.
The Sternia climbs up the hill, crosses the medieval part of the town, reaches Piazza San Leonardo, home to the church of the same name and that of San Rocco (recognizable because it is completely brick). From here the road continues uphill until it reaches the top, at the foot of what is now Castello Gancia.
The Castle of Canelli was the protagonist of a rather troubled history. Presumably born at the beginning of the eleventh century, the Canelli Castle originally had the purpose of defending the roads that led from Asti to Savona, essential for merchant traffic.
Subsequently the fortress has witnessed many struggles and battles that have caused repeated destruction and reconstruction, until 1929 when the Castle was purchased by the Gancia family and transformed into a large noble residence. Even today, the castle dominates the town from above and shows the Canellese and visitors its beautiful appearance of an eighteenth-century villa.
Unfortunately, as the private home of the Gancia family, the castle cannot be visited, however, at least one passage is required to admire it from the outside.
Asti Spumante is the symbol of Canelli and with it are also the places where the wine takes shape. The Underground Cathedrals are located in the Borgo and represent, in a certain sense, the buried counterpart of the town. These were recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 2014.
We are talking about ancient and incredibly large cellars, where the fine wines of the area are brought to rest and where they develop their peculiarities. The Underground Cathedrals of Canelli belong to four great historic wineries: Bosca, Contratto, Gancia and Coppo. Although in different ways, all 4 companies make their treasures open to the public.
Always starting from Piazza Amedeo D’Aosta, take Via Giovanni Battista Giuliani: here you will meet the Contract and Bosca companies. Continuing in the direction of Corso Libertà you reach the door of the Gancia winery. The Coppo winery, on the other hand, can be found in another area of ​​the Borgo, in via Alba.
After crossing the industrial area of ​​the city, famous for its large companies of wine making machinery and bottling, secondary streets will take you back to the starting point of the tour in Nizza Monferrato.

The following text and the linked "hikes" routes are part of the Gallo Nero Bike Day event on last 20th September 2020. Together with the organising body we decided to let the routes be available all year round, hoping that more and more people decide to cycle on our roads. If you want to visit wineries, restaurants and businesses who joined the event, please call in advance because special menus and prices and opening times may vary without notification.
The 8th edition of the Gallo Nero Granfondo race has been postponed to 2021. This year, bicycle enthusiasts will not take part in the usual Gallo Nero race on September 20th, rather they will have the opportunity to embark on a special ‘food and wine’ cycling tour for the day. Bike aficionados will be able to test their skills on either of the two Granfondo courses starting from any point of the itinerary. Whilst enjoying a ride through natural scenic beauty, they can stop along the way for a visit to the Chianti Classico cellars - many of which will be open for guided tours and tastings - or take a longer break in one of the several restaurants near the route, delighting in dishes specifically created for the occasion and dedicated to cyclists. Several Gallo Nero statues will mark the path and represent the focal point around which musical entertainment and other performances will take place.

It starts in Frascati and so you will go through Rocca di Papa's wood. Going up you can see the Castel Gandolfo lake from the Villa Palazzola's terrace. After the wood you will reach the little and joyful city of Nemi. Continuing the tour along the Francigena road you will arrive to the bank of the Nemi's lake, where you can visit the Nemus farm with its pic-nic area and its theatre of straw. Later you will reach Genzano, running along the old volcano you will arrive at Castel Gandolfo and its fantastic lake. After that passing through the lakefront you will come back to Grottaferrata travelling Via dei Laghi.

Si parte dal punto di noleggio BikeSquare di Gavi e attraverso la via centrale si raggiunge la S.P.176 e il paese di S. Cristoforo, situato su un' importante via di comunicazione che portava all'antica città di Libarna. Il borgo sorge intorno ad un torrione di avvistamento che serviva durante gli sbarchi dei Saraceni, insieme alle torri di Parodi, Albarola e Monte Colma. Dall'antico Borgo spicca la mole del Castello di origine medievale. Dal centro di S. Cristoforo si prende Strada del Rondanino che in seguito diventa Strada Parodine in direzione Capriata D'orba, fino alla S.P.178. La strada è molto panoramica, tutta sul crinale in mezzo ai vigneti di Cortese e Dolcetto. Dopo qualche centinaio di metri di Provinciale si gira a sinistra nella S.P. 177, in direzione S. Cristoforo. Al bivio per la Fraz. Passaronda (o Castelletto) si svolta a destra. Si scende lungo la strada in lieve pendenza fino a raggiungere la caratteristica frazione di Passaronda. Arrivati al bivio, prima di svoltare in direzione di S. Cristoforo e rientrare a Gavi dallo stesso percorso di andata, si può svoltare a destra per recarsi a visitare Villa Carolina Golf Club.

The MTB Trail
The e-bike cycling route through the Barbaresco Langhe winds through the hills and woods of Beppe Fenoglio's Langa. Here, Barbaresco wine dominates and the villages along the route are Treiso and Trezzo Tinella. The trail is perfect for e-bike MTBs, combining paved and unpaved roads. It's not particularly technical and suitable for anyone wanting to enjoy riding e-bike MTBs. Be cautious if there has been recent rain, as mud will be prevalent.
Alba San Rocco Seno D'Elvio
This loop tour, doable in half a day by e-bike MTB, starts from the e-bike rental point in Alba Fraz.San Rocco Seno D'Elvio. By reservation, visitors can enjoy a wine tasting at Marco and Vittorio Adriano Winery adjacent to the bike rental shop. The route heads toward Treiso on secondary roads climbing through Barbaresco vineyards. While the initial climb requires good physical effort, e-bikes significantly reduce this effort, making elevation changes easy and fun. The first kilometers cross through San Rocco Seno d'Elvio, showcasing the first expanses of Nebbiolo for Barbaresco.
Treiso
After about 7 km of climbing, you reach Treiso, revealing breathtaking views of the Tanaro valley and surrounding hills. The village, known for its historic wineries, deserves a stop to visit the Santa Maria del Piano parish church and the belvedere overlooking the vineyards below. A highly recommended stop is the Trattoria Risorgimento in Treiso, where you can collect (by reservation) a gourmet local products picnic basket.
Donna di Langa and its panorama
From Treiso, continue by e-bike to Trezzo Tinella through landscapes alternating between vineyards and hazelnut groves. The road winds through hills, offering scenic views of Valle Tinella and distant Alps. Trezzo Tinella marks the route's highest point. The small village preserves authentic Langhe charm with stone houses and narrow alleys. From here, enjoy views spanning from Barbaresco hills to Alpine peaks on clear days. The Donna di Langa panoramic point and picnic area is excellent for enjoying your picnic with postcard-worthy valley views.
Leaving the Donna di Langa viewpoint, the route crosses various rural hamlets where ancient farmhouses and terraced vineyards dominate. Vegetation varies with altitude, transitioning from Nebbiolo vineyards to wooded areas, creating a beautiful landscape mosaic.
The bike descent to Alba offers technical sections requiring caution, especially after rain. The route follows secondary roads through greenery, with views of the region's famous vineyards. During descent, you pass through small villages like Tre Stelle, where you can stop at farmhouses and wineries.

It is a dive into the sea colored in green and blue, the itinerary that starts from Torre Lapillo to reach Nardò through the flourishing Salento countryside.
The endless pine forest surrounding the bay of Porto Selvaggio indicates that you are in the heart of the Porto Selvaggio and Palude del Capitano Park. From tower to tower, you pedal just a few meters from the long white beaches protected by imposing dunes, projecting onto the magical sea of the Porto Cesareo Marine Protected Area.

You pass through these municipalities: Torre Lapillo, Villaggio Boncore, Nardò, Cenate, Torre Inserraglio, Sant'Isidoro, Torre Squillace, La Strea.
You mainly cycle on asphalt roads, about 75%, but also on dirt roads.
Traffic is light along almost the entire route. In the months of July and August, the stretch on the coastal road is instead characterized by heavy traffic.
Porto Cesareo Marine Protected Area
The Porto Cesareo Marine Protected Area is a natural jewel located along the Ionian coast of Puglia, in the province of Lecce. Questo tour porta alla scoperta delle colline del Roero, Patrimonio Mondiale dell'Unesco insieme agli altri paesaggi vitivinicoli del Piemonte, e delle sue residenze reali (anch'esse Patrimonio dell'Umanità).
Paesaggi bellissimi dove approfondire la conoscenza dei tanti prodotti eccellenti del territorio, tra cantine, produttori di vino e specialità artigianali.
Il punto di partenza (e di arrivo) è l'Enoteca Regionale del Roero, cuore pulsante dell'enogastronomia locale e punto di riferimento per conoscere i migliori prodotti del territorio.
Da qui si pedala in direzione Govone, dove è possibile ammirare il Castello Reale, collocato sulla cima di una collinetta e storica sede, durante l'inverno, di una delle più belle manifestazioni natalizie d'Italia, il Magico Paese di Natale.
Si procede poi verso Priocca, dove gli appassionati non potranno perdersi una visita al Museo Mondodelvino, con l'esperienza interattiva della “Wine Experience” che racconta il mondo dell'enologia. A Priocca, inoltre, ha sede anche uno storico ristorante stellato della zona: è Il Centro, patria indiscussa del celebre fritto misto alla piemontese.
La tappa successiva è Magliano Alfieri, il cui castello è sede del Museo delle Arti e Tradizioni Popolari e della Cultura del Gesso.
Da lì si procede in direzione Castagnito Alto, con la possibilità di fermarsi ad ammirare il panorama da un bellissimo Belvedere. In questo tratto si passa attraverso la “Strada del Barbera”, che celebra il vino anche attraverso il progetto “Arte e Paesaggio”, che vede la posa di alcuni steli d'autore, ideati sulla base di disegni dello scultore Riccardo Cordero per rappresentare in maniera astratta l’impegno del lavoro nel vigneto e in cantina.
Il tour procede erso Guarene, con un altro bellissimo castello riportato agli antichi splendori e sede di un hotel di lusso (su prenotazione si possono richiedere visite guidate).
Il passaggio da Vezza d'Alba merita poi una piccola deviazione sul suo belvedere, là dove si trova il Santuario della Madonna dei Boschi, luogo di grande spiritualità collocato in cima alle valli sottostanti, come a volerle proteggere. A Vezza d'Alba si trova anche un antico Torrione, il “Torion” come si dice da queste parti, che è stato acquistato tempo fa dalla famiglia dei viticoltori locali Ceretto, con l'idea di farne un progetto artistico e turistico in grado di replicare la Cappella del Barolo di La Morra.
Il percorso si conclude a Canale, tornando presso l'Enoteca Regionale del Roero dove – su prenotazione – si può concordare un aperitivo con vini e prodotti tipici. Al piano superiore dell'Enoteca Regionale del Roero, infine, si trova anche il ristorante una stella Michelin di Davide Palluda, uno dei più celebri interpreti dei sapori di queste terre.

A thorough e-bike tour focused on the greatest and most frequented lake of the Castelli Romani: the lake of Albano. Strarting from our e-bike rental point in Frascati you will reach the lake step by step passing through Rocca di Papa, Nemi( famous for the strawberry festival at the end of Spring time) and Genzano. Finally you will reach Ariccia and its "fraschette" where you can have a pleasant meal. You will reach the lake from the little town of Castel Gandolfo by a panoramic street. The lakefront is full of restaurants , pubs and bar and every kind of activity( kayak rental).
