A easy ride in the countryside right outside the city centre.
After crossing the historical city centre, the itinerary reaches Valpantena, the first valley in the east of Verona, and follows little roads among the vineyards, at the bottom of the hills. It reaches Montorio, a small village that features beautiful little lakes and is crossed by small creeks. We follow a nice bike path that runs along a creek, from where we can enjoy beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. The itinerary crosses the outskirts of Verona and reaches the river Adige.
Finally, we ride along the river Adige banks until we reach the city centre.

Let's take a trip to Montjuic, the hill hosting the 1992 Olympic Games, by electric bike. From the bottom of the hill a cable car will take us the 200 meters to the top of the hill where you can enjoy stunning views of the city.
We will stretch our legs as walk the castle and experience a 360° panoramic view of this magical city.
Then we will ride our e-bikes down to Port Vell, and climb aboard an ecofriendly catamaran to sail along the coast. We will see a completelly different perspective of the city and with the feel of the Meditertanean breeze we will enjoy a refreshing glass of Cava (included).
Once disembarked we will continue with our e-bikes through the Ciutadella Park and the magnificent Arc de Triomf.
NB: Our tours are conducted on comfortable electric bikes, suitable until 12 year old kids (or 1.45cm).
For smaller kids we have different options (trailers, child seats) so they can also enjoy the ride.

Cycle by e-bike towards the Lagastrello Pass, passing by the ruins of the Linari Abbey, landmark of this historic communication route connecting the coast to the Padana Plain.
Reach the Pass enjoying beautiful views over the valley and the artificial lake Paduli. Cycle downhill along secondary roads immersed in beautiful sceneries and landscapes of the National Park as far as Comano, small village with an ancient tradition in horse breeding.

ATTENTION SAYS FOR EXPERT BIKERS !!! The path part of the 'inhabited of the Brengon fraction and descends following the directions in front of the 'Hotel Tantané for the Messelod fraction. Past the parking lot of the Clou fraction take the trail to the left, overlooking the playground helped by going down in front of you along the paved road fairly steep, coming down the road to continue on the trail in a fraction direction Herin. Once they arrive at the fraction (to visit) brings along the asphalt road to Antey St. André. A quick spin in the sports area and then away to the Cerian fraction. From this fraction begins the climb to arrive to Torgnon by going through a series of fractions, Villettaz, Navillod, Gombaz, Nozon, Mazod, Ronc and Septumian meals you to discover the special urban mountain structure with fantastic houses and farts. Once they have arrived in the area of Torgnon rediscovery facilities, says Chantorné, take the dirt road to the left before the parking lot, reach the artifical pond of the 'Alpe Gorza and on the right after the lake continue in the direction Lago of Cignana. Ounces they reach the Lake of Cignana, crossing the Loditor pond and making a mandatory stop at Gilliarey's shrine, cross the dam 's containment wall. Taking to the left and heading to the fantastic skullcap on board lake, it brings a small visit because the view is fantastic. To reach the window you have to push the bike for about 200m. Great the climb has been completed !!! Now comes the most technical part. The first trait is not pedalable so you have to accompany the bicycle by hand following the path no. 7 Crepin stacks on the right of the main path at about 250m from the window of Cignana. Go down by paying a lot of ATTENTION because the path is tight and steep. After about 15. that is about 800m you will find a dirt road, turn left on the bike and prepare for a long descent until you reach the Crepin fraction at Valtournenche. Follow well the map of the 'application. Once you have arrived at Crepin continue on the paved road to reach the centre of Valournenche, cross the fractions and descend until the departure of the Chamois funiway. Scrupulously follow the map on your phone. Take the funeral by reminding you that it works until at 22.00. Once you have arrived in Chamois you can stop to drink something by now. Continue in the direction La Magdeleine to reach, by going through a beautiful pineta, the point of arrival. Congrats you are extreme bikers! !!!

Panoramic path of naturalistic interest in the hills of the 'Alta Maremma that crosses vineyards and olive trees by offering a unique landscape, with the possibility of parking and visiting the wineries of the area.
You can start from Tenuta Impostino, rental point and wine production company that offers visits and tastings.
You proceed between vineyards, olive trees and marvellous farts on the hills.
Imp the deviation on the left, in the direction of Gello, you go through a small forest, to then arrive at Poggio al Gello, whose winery offers visits and tastings.
Profollowing in the path, you cross the podere Cavallini, with your olive trees and meadows.
You can then reach the borgo of Monte Antico, where you can visit the historic station, and you can find a restaurant bar for a stop : with a small detour you can also reach the bank of the river Ombrone, where to freshen up.
It is continued on a picturesque street flanked by strands of cipressi in the direction of the castle of Monte Antico, unvisited, from which you enjoy a unique panorama on the valley of the Ombrone and to reach out to the agricultural company Begnardi, which produces wine and oil.
The path then goes uphill, offering splendid fares on the river valley, in the direction of Casenovole, with its castle : little besides it is possible to make a stop for a visit to the archaeological site consisting of 4 Etruscan tombs, of the very recent discovery, which is located right alongside the road.
Profollowing, it is reached, through woods, hills and breathtaking panoramas, the inhabited Fercole, from which to continue to the left one returns to the Tenuta the Settle.

Between Lombardy and Emilia, along the banks of the Po and in the countryside of the Po Valley, there are cities and towns with ancient stories to meet together with their natural environment.
The route starts from Cremona, lying on the Great River like a gigantic boat, to cross over, using the cycle path suspended on the iron bridge over the Po, in the province of Piacenza and pedaling in search of castles and fortresses like that of Monticelli d'Ongina, but peering into strange buildings like bunkers and shacks.
What to see in San Nazzaro
A passage will be dedicated to Isola Serafini, between Cremona and Piacenza, the largest island in the Po river basin with the hydroelectric power plant Carlo Bobbio and the search for a Dutch windmill and a picnic area where to take a break.
In spring, the part of the route that leads from Villanova to Cremona is dotted with cherry trees in bloom and other fruit trees, and if you can't admire the white-and-white show of flowering, you can always console yourself with a taste of the tasty fruits among the tastier than the whole plain or stopping to taste river fish.

Casperia: Un Tuffo nel Medioevo

Montasola: Panorama e Spiritualità
Proseguendo il tuo itinerario, raggiungerai Montasola, un altro gioiello medievale arroccato sui Monti Sabini. Il suo centro storico, completamente pedonale, ti incanterà con le sue stradine, gli archi e la torre d'ingresso ben conservata. Visita la Chiesa dei Santi Pietro e Tommaso, risalente al Trecento. Una sosta imperdibile è il Parco il Monte, un'area verde suggestiva per la sua bellezza e la vista mozzafiato. All'interno del parco, scoprirai una piccola e affascinante chiesa rupestre, un luogo di pace e spiritualità, ideale per un ristoro.
Pedala in quota con panorami mozzafiato
L'avventura continua salendo di quota lungo una strada montana che, con alcuni tornanti, ti porterà fino a 1000 metri. Attraverserai prati da pascolo, faggete e boschi monumentali, con la possibilità di scorgere bivacchi e rifugi, tra cui il caratteristico Rifugio Cognolo, perfetto per un'immersione totale nella natura. Lungo il percorso, numerosi affacci panoramici si apriranno sulla Valle del Tevere, il Soratte e il paesaggio della Sabina Tiberina. Evento di gruppo, alla scoperta del vino Ribona e delle cantine Murola, Saputi, Sant'Isidoro e Podere Sabbioni.
Percorso ad anello di 40 km, con partenza alle ore 10:00 da Petriolo, fino a Colmurano, e ritorno al Bar Centrale intorno alle 16:00.
Lungo il percorso, che si snoda fra strade bianche ed asfaltate (i tratti di sterrato sono stati esclusi, per evitare il fango), dopo circa 5 km di strada panoramica, incontreremo la Cantina Murola, dove degusteremo il Ribona Baccius ed il Giula '21.
Dopo la breve sosta, proseguiremo verso la valle del fiume Fiastra ed attraverseremo il parco archeologico Urbs Salvia, per salire al borgo di Urbisaglia (Urbs Salvia), Città della Regio V Picenum, che nacque come nel II secolo a.C. Da qui, proseguiremo in verso Colmurano, attraverseremo il borgo e, dopo circa 20 km dalla partenza arriveremo alla Cantina Saputi, dove ci aspettano i due assaggi di Ribona e dove potremmo consumare il pranzo al sacco in mezzo al verde.
Dopo la sosta di circa un'oretta, ripartiremo alla volta dei territori dell'Abbadia di Fiastra, e ci potremmo fermare ad scoprire la piccola e magnifica chiesa di Maestà, denominata anche Santa Maria del Massaccio: la primitiva edicola sacra venne infatti eretta a ridosso di un rudere romano, probabilmente un monumento funerario (ancora oggi visibile), situato lungo l'antica Salaria Gallica.
Continuando, lungo la direttrice del fiume Fiastra, entreremo nei territori dell'Abbadia, per poi arrivare al colle di Colbuccaro dove conosceremo la Cantina Sant'Isidoro ed i vini Pausola e Beltrovato '22.
Ci stiamo ora avvicinando al ritorno, ma prima ci aspetta la scoperta della Cantina Podere Sabbioni e del suo Ribona '22, che potremmo assaggiare in mezzo ai filari della sua vigna.
Al ritorno a Petriolo, è possibile visitare il museo dei legni processionali o, per gli irriducibili, fare un aperitivo al Bar Centrale

L’itinerario ad anello si sviluppa nel territorio sub urbano/rurale a sud dell’abitato di Caltanissetta. Lungo il percorso si attraversano paesaggi collinari, interrotti da rilievi rocciosi, campi cerealicoli, mandorleti, vigneti, pescheti ed uliveti. Lungo la ciclopasseggiata sono previste due tappe fondamentali:
Visita guidata dell’antico Borgo rurale di Santa Rita, che sorge su uno sperone roccioso e ha una fondazione datata nel 1895. Abitato ormai da pochissimi abitanti dediti all’agricoltura e alla pastorizia, questo piccolo Borgo è oggi celebre per il pane del forno “Santa Rita” di Maurizio Spinello e della sua famiglia ritenuto, sin dal 1999, tra i migliori al mondo e fatto esclusivamente di grani antichi siciliani e farine biologiche. I prodotti ottenuti da queste farine hanno proprietà nutrizionali e organolettiche uniche grazie all’alto contenuto proteico e all’alta digeribilità. Il grano antico siciliano, infatti, è povero di glutine e ricco di proteine. Tutto ciò fa di questo piccolo agglomerato di case di pietra un luogo di forte attrazione. Il pane è una vera e propria eccellenza isolana ed è frutto di una memoria antica della famiglia Spinello, una delle poche rimaste in questo borgo abitato in passato da oltre trecento persone.
Visita dell’azienda vitivinicola “Tenute dell’Abate”, che con i suoi 62 ettari di vigneti allevati a controspalliera e potati a cordone speronato è una importante realtà vinicola dell’entroterra siciliano.

Caltanissetta, Enna, Sicilia centrale
Between pajare and dry mulls, it is a ride in the interior of the Salento the second leg of the Cycloth of the Ionian Salento. After Nardò, it touches Galatone, with its borgo dominated by the Sanctuary of the Crucifix, and then passes from Sannicle and Alezio. Rocche dei Sette Fratelli
On the bike, you will pedal towards the Rocche dei Sette Fratelli, one of the natural wonders of the Langhe. To reach this enchanting place, you will use secondary roads with very low traffic that are scenic and suggestive, winding through hills rich in vineyards. The Rocche are a unique geological formation characterized by sandy erosion towers that create an almost lunar landscape.

Donna di Langa
After stopping at Rocche dei Sette Fratelli with the electric bikes, you will reach the Donna di Langa viewpoint in Trezzo Tinella. Donna di Langa is also equipped for picnics and has a fountain for water, making it a great stop to refill your water bottle and relax while enjoying the view and the majesty of nature.
What to See in Barbaresco
On your e-bike, you will pedal along secondary roads among the rows of Nebbiolo grapes that give rise to the famous and prestigious Barbaresco wine. This wine takes its name from the municipality where it is produced—Barbaresco itself. Upon arriving in the town of Barbaresco, you will find yourself in front of a small but charming village known for its namesake wine, which is one of the most prestigious in Italy. Here, you can visit the Barbaresco Tower, an ancient medieval watchtower that offers spectacular panoramic views of the Tanaro Valley and the surrounding vineyards. The tower has a panoramic terrace and is open to the public. History enthusiasts, aided by the evocative landscape, will be able to relive the medieval past of the town with their eyes wide open.
Moreover, Barbaresco is home to several wineries that offer wine tastings. It is advisable to book a visit to one of the local wineries in advance to learn more about the production process of Barbaresco and taste some of the best wines from the region.

The tour of the Testic develops with departure from Alassio, percurring a stretch of Aurelia to Andora you begin the path on asphalt in the 'inland in the street in untrafficked plain, to reach the municipality of Stellanello.
From Stellanello begins a beautiful climb in the middle of the olive trees to reach the municipality of Testico where you can enjoy a typical ground ligure lunch on a panoramic terrace.
From here it begins the indentation on sweet salts and goes down to reach the top of the hill of Alassio, to get down to the train station in central country in front of the Municipality.

The itinerary starts from the Bike Square rental point in Cabella Ligure. From here you take the S.P. 140 and cross the bridge over the Borbera river until you reach the towns of Dovanelli, Dova Inferior, Dova Superior and finally the pass of San Fermo, at crossing point of the Ligurian Apennines with an altitude of 1.129 m at Mount San Fermo along the road which connects Liguria with the Borbera Valley. The pass in the past was very important because it was the direct salt route to Lombardy. On the Piedmontese side of the pass is the chapel of San Fermo with two bas-reliefs from the ancient abbey of San Clemente. From the pass you have a fantastic view of the Borbera valley, Valley Scrivia and Valley Vobbia, on clear days the view reaches the Western Alps, Liguria and sometimes even Corsica. The Chapel of San Fermo is locatedin the on the border between Liguria and Piedmontat a height of 1177 meters above sea level, in the Ligurian Apennines. From the chapel you can enjoy the Ligurian Sea, the Apennines, the western Alps and, on the clearest days, Monviso. The patronal feast is characteristic Ligurian pancakes held at the chapel of the same name on 9 August every year. For the return trip you pass thisugh the towns of Casalbusone and Gordena, typical villages similar to those of the Ligurian hinterland, built with local stone and immersed in an unobstructed nature of beech, oak and chestnut woods.

THE UPPER SABINA
The eleventh stage of the GTL changes the landscape once again: we move away from the Apennines for the lower Sabine Mountains, heading west. But the lower altitudes should not deceive, since the slopes of these hills often prove to be more challenging and hard than the mountains proper, with their sudden and violent ups and downs. From Rieti we leave for the beautiful village of Contigliano, on little-frequented and lonely roads among olive trees and vineyards. We are a few steps from Greccio, a medieval town famous for its nativity scenes, certainly worthy of a detour. Hairpin bends, climbs and descents follow one another, giving villages resting on the "hillocks", the heights chosen for settlements since ancient times: Cottanello, Casperia, Cantalupo in Sabina. Only the end of the stage and the arrival in the Tiber valley offers a bit of descent and respite, up to the railway station of Stimigliano, the end of the stage – and a public velodrome, that of Forano.

In addition to asphalt, the wheels of your ebike will pass over dusty or muddy (depending on the season) trails and wonderful gravel sections. Therefore, also due to some challenging uphill sections (in some places you will touch 15% gradient), this route is not suitable for pedal-assisted city bikes.
Please note: in many of the areas you will pass through, your mobile phone will not have coverage!
We therefore advise you to rent a Trekking ebike or, even better, to opt for the rental of a Focus Full Suspension e-MTB.
The starting point of the GPS track we are proposing is the e-bike hire point in Chiusano San Domenico, which is located in the centre of the village and is therefore a very easy reference point to locate.
However, if you prefer to start from the ebike rental point located at the Ciclostazione Avellino (Contrada San Lorenzo 18, Atripalda). add the AB/BA route (16.5 km) to this track to reach the bike rental point in Chiusano San Domenico.

Let's start!
Mount your bike and head for the upper part of the town. In the midst of the houses you will catch a glimpse of the ancient castle of Chiusano di San Domenico and, as you tackle the first few ramps, you will immediately understand what kind of day awaits you. The effort, however, will always be repaid by incredible views and unforgettable emotions.
The first 5 km will all be uphill, but since the entire GPS track is about 25 km, if you don't want to struggle, increase the power of your ebike: there's no danger of running out of battery! In any case, you will have plenty to distract you: the views and lush greenery will fill your eyes and mind.
When you come close to a hamlet (an accommodation facility not in operation at the time of writing), it means that the climb is coming to an end. Look for the best spot to take a souvenir photo of this day, choosing between a nature-themed background or a shot from above of Chiusano, Avellino, Montevergine and the Parthenio Park.
From here on, 3.5 km of flat land await you to be enjoyed. Listen to the silence and appreciate the solitude. The only people you might bump into are the Chiusanesi who go up the mountain for their farming activities or a few other cyclists.
At a certain point, when the navigator tells you to turn slightly right, say goodbye to the asphalt. A gravel section begins, which is a prelude to the most beautiful and exciting stretch of the day. Centuries-old beech trees, chestnut trees, luxuriant ferns, gravel, turkey oaks, mountain maples: all the way to the summit you will literally be immersed in nature. Thanks to the dense vegetation, the temperature is cool in summer and cold in winter, so make sure you are dressed appropriately.
Gather all possible details and glimpses with your eyes, but if you see something that interests you, better make a stop. In some sections the dirt road is challenging and deserves to be tackled carefully.
At a certain point the wheels of your ebike will return to asphalt and the climb will become challenging again.
When you get about 10 km from the start, you may find the road closed by a gate: don't worry! Open it and continue on your way, but don't forget to close it again after your passage! This is a boundary used by farmers to delimit the pastures of the cows that live in this montangna.
From here on, another couple of kilometres of steep ascent await you on a not particularly well maintained asphalt road with some notable bends. These are the last efforts. A few hairpin bends in quick succession welcome you to the summit of Monte Tuoro.
By the time you reach the radio antennas, you will be exactly 1,432 metres above sea level. Not bad, especially when you think that you started from only 700 metres: congratulations!
Take all the time you want to enjoy the landscape and take photos: you have deservedly earned it!
The road back to Chiusano San Domenico is exactly the same. Be careful going downhill and remember to close the gate as you pass. Take the opportunity to look at the landscapes from a different point of view than on the way out.
