Andiamo alla scoperta della Valle d'Itria con un semplice tour guidato in ebike di circa 2 ore.
Si parte a piedi dal Frantoio l'Acropoli di Puglia di Martina Franca alle 9,15.
Qui l'olio si continua a fare come lo facevano i nonni e potrai scoprire con una visita di 1 ora circa, tutto su questo prodotto insostituibile per la dieta mediterranea.
Verso le 11, conclusa la visita al frantoio, ci si sposta presso il punto di noleggio ebike BikeSquare di Martina Franca dove sarà possibile noleggiare le ebike.
In sella alle nostre ebike e accompagnati dalla guida esperta della zona, si raggiungiono le Cantine Di Marco a Locorotondo dove faremo insieme una degustazione di vini tipici della Valle d'Itria accompagnata da assaggi di prelibatezze locali.
Saremo di ritorno a Martina Franca verso le ore 14.

Partendo dalla piazza di Summonte , vi immeterete direttamente sulla statale 374. Dopo 2 km comincerete la lunga salita che vi porterà al Santuario di Montevergine e lungo la strada resterete affascinati dal panorama che vi troverete ad ogni tornante.
Percorsi 11 km , vi troverete all'imponente Santuario. Qui potrete trascorrere un bel po di tempo a visitare le varie aree del santuario.
Prima di ripartire, riempite la borraccia alla fontana e via, si ritorna indietro sulla stessa strada e saranno 13 km di discesa.
Arrivati a Summonte seguendo la traccia GPS, avrete la possibilità di visitare tutti i punti di interesse, che sono tutti segnati e segnalati con cartelli ben visibili. Dalla torre Angioina al Borgo Medievale, lasciatevi emozionare dalle bellezze di Summonte

A ride north, on the border with the province of Brescia, to discover the natural landscapes offered by the Oglio river, well-preserved ancient residences and ancient villages that preserve peasant traditions.
Starting from the Cremona camping, cross the city following the via del Sale cycle path, enjoying the beauties of the pedestrian city center with Duomo's Square, and taking the Cremona-Brescia regional cycle path that will accompany you to Grumone to observe Villa Manna Roncadelli. Here we begin the path near the banks of the Oglio, crossing Robecco d'Oglio and reaching the rural villages of Monasterolo and Monticelli d'Oglio respectively to the south and north of the river, connected by the curved cycle-pedestrian bridge, almost a small mountain grand prix.
What to see in Monasterolo and Monticelli d'Oglio
In Monasterolo, Villa Bottini with the Limonaia is of interest, while in Monticelli the whole village is representative of a way of living from the past. Nearby is also visible an extraordinary mill more interesting for its architecture than for its hydraulic function.
The route then continues towards Quinzano d'Oglio to begin the descent towards the south passing through Bordolano and Corte de' Cortesi, Olmeneta, Casalsigone and joining the cycle path of the Naviglio civico di Cremona reaching the cycle path of via Bergamo to the center of Cremona.

Casperia: Un Tuffo nel Medioevo
Casperia, insignita della Bandiera Arancione, ti accoglie con il suo intatto centro storico medievale. Perditi tra i suoi vicoli lastricati, ammira le antiche case in pietra e le caratteristiche porte di accesso, Porta Romana e Porta Reatina (o Santa Maria) dove si può ammirare anche un orologio che segna l'ora canonica medievale. Montasola: Panorama e Spiritualità
Proseguendo il tuo itinerario, raggiungerai Montasola, un altro gioiello medievale arroccato sui Monti Sabini. Il suo centro storico, completamente pedonale, ti incanterà con le sue stradine, gli archi e la torre d'ingresso ben conservata. Visita la Chiesa dei Santi Pietro e Tommaso, risalente al Trecento. Una sosta imperdibile è il Parco il Monte, un'area verde suggestiva per la sua bellezza e la vista mozzafiato. All'interno del parco, scoprirai una piccola e affascinante chiesa rupestre, un luogo di pace e spiritualità, ideale per un ristoro.
Pedala in quota con panorami mozzafiato
L'avventura continua salendo di quota lungo una strada montana che, con alcuni tornanti, ti porterà fino a 1000 metri. Attraverserai prati da pascolo, faggete e boschi monumentali, con la possibilità di scorgere bivacchi e rifugi, tra cui il caratteristico Rifugio Cognolo, perfetto per un'immersione totale nella natura. Lungo il percorso, numerosi affacci panoramici si apriranno sulla Valle del Tevere, il Soratte e il paesaggio della Sabina Tiberina. Si parte dal punto di noleggio BikeSquare di Casaleggio Boiro e attraverso la S.P. 170 si raggiunge l'abitato di Mornese, situato su di una collina circondata da boschi e vigneti e sul tracciato di un' antica via del sale che univa Piemonte e Liguria. Si attraversa il borgo antico in direzione Montaldeo, sulla S.P. 175 e si arriva nel centro del paese di Montaldeo, un piccolo borgo a vocazione agricola. Si prosegue sempre sulla S.P.175 fino ad arrivare al borgo di Castelletto d'Orba borgo medioevale che risale la collina con stradine tortuose e case in pietra. Al centro del paese si trova il Castello. Il paese deve la sua notorietà principalmente alle numerose sorgenti di acque medicamentose (minerali, alcune sulfuree), Il territorio è legato alla coltivazione dell'uva e alla produzione di rinomate tipologie di vini a DOC. Si esce dal paese in direzione Ovada e in corrispondenza della Chiesetta di colore bianco, si svolta a sinistra in Via Gallaretta seguendo le curve di questa strada che porta a Silvano d'Orba. Si attraversa il caratteristico borgo connotato dal suo imponente castello e noto per le sue distillerie di grappa. In corrispondenza di Via S. Giovanni si svolta a sinistra e poi si prende Via Merli, una salita panoramica che arriva alla chiesetta di S. Pancrazio da cui inizia una strada bianca panoramica seguendo la quale si ritorna a Casaleggio Boiro.

This panoramic and engaging route will take you to discover some of the most hidden wonders of the Ciociaria area.
The first stop you will encounter along the way includes the Natural Monument of the Caves of Falvaterra and Rio Obaco, an oasis surrounded by nature where you can visit the speleological complex or simply cool off in the waters of the small river that flows from inside.
After the first stop you will leave for Falvaterra, a small medieval village where time seems to have stopped: here you can leave your e-bike and stroll through the alleys and squares of the historic center, photograph the panoramic views of the Latin Valley and taste local products from Luca and Serena in their Bottega Coquinaria.
It's time to get back on the saddle: once you have passed the village you will take a flat and panoramic road that surrounds the whole mountain on your left until you descend directly into the heart of the second village crossed by this itinerary, San Giovanni Incarico. With your e-bike you will be able to comfortably explore both the lower part and its most perched historic center.
As soon as you pass the village you will find yourself in front of a crossroads: here, based on the degree of confidence taken with the e-bike and your physical condition, you can choose whether to make a small detour from the path traced on top of the mountain on your left, where the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Guardia stands out, offering an exceptional panoramic view over the Ciociaria area. In case you decide to reach it, just retrace the road in reverse to return to the route, otherwise you can directly continue the mapped itinerary.
From the village and above all from the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Guardia, you will have happened to throw your eye on the waterways that intertwine with each other: they are the Liri River and the Sacco River that meet and flow into the characteristic Lake of San Giovanni for its shape reminiscent of an octopus. The route continues along the entire lake until it joins the Via Francigena, in a stretch of road that is partly unpaved but easily accessible through the woods, along the crescent-shaped Lake of San Giacomo (it is no coincidence that you are in Via Guardaluna) and reaches the center of Ceprano.
Here you will cross its historic alley where the signs of ancient shops are still present, you will cross the square and reach the market area: if you are lucky enough to undertake this path on market day (Saturday morning) we advise you to stop by our friend Giò where you can taste its fantastic products at km0 (it is the first stand you will meet as soon as you pass the square).
Finally, you will travel the last 2 kilometers until you return to the rental point in Ceprano, where you will have showers and shaded areas to cool off and rest.

Un suggestivo anello panoramico tra le colline che guardano la Valle Orba e la Valle Bormida, tra i vigneti del rinomato Dolcetto docg, il vino rosso con il quale accompagnare i piatti tipici di questo angolo di Piemonte che in cucina da sempre propone piatti d'impronta ligure. Multi-day Cycling Tour, a unique and unrepeatable experience that crosses the Appia Antica Park all the way to the shores of the Mar Tirreno along the oldest road in the world, the Regina Viarum.
From the Baths of Caracalla in Rome to the Castelli Romani
The 5-stage e-bike tour starts in Rome at the Terme di Caracalla, following the ancient Roman road known as the Appia Antica, on cobblestones and basalt stones, passing by tombs, churches, mausoleums, villas, and milestones, eventually reaching Santa Maria delle Mole. It's like cycling through an open-air museum on an endless bike path. At times, the route merges with the Via Appia Nuova, which overlaps with the ancient one, a perfect example of the historical stratification of the area. You'll reach the Castelli Romani passing through Albano, Genzano, Ariccia, Nemi, Lanuvio on a partly dirt and ancient path that follows the terrain's orography from Genzano to Lanuvio. The view over Lake Albano and the surrounding hills will leave you speechless. The Castelli Romani are rich in historical sites and ancient villages that testify to their importance over the centuries.
Colli Albani and Agro Pontino
The second stage of the e-bike tour along the Appia Antica leads to the Colli Albani passing through the towns of Albano Laziale and Lanuvio. The route through the Colli Albani, a hilly area rich in vineyards, olive groves, and medieval villages, is particularly evocative. Along the way, you can admire numerous archaeological sites and historical monuments, such as ancient catacombs, ruins of Roman villas, and funerary mausoleums. Continuing with the e-bike, you'll reach the Agro Pontino area towards Cisterna di Latina. This section of the route is more challenging but full of charm and character. The effort will be rewarded by the beauty of the Lazio countryside and the tranquility of the places. The route along the Appia Antica reconnects to the Via Appia Nuova, passing through Borgo Faiti, where a visit to Foro Appio is recommended, already described by Horace in his satires, and crossing various milestones you'll arrive in joyful Terracina with its historic center.
From Terracina to the Mar Tirreno
The third and fourth stages of the e-bike tour along the Appia Antica reach Terracina, where you'll find the temple of Jupiter Anxur, a particular testimony to the city's ancient history. The ride continues on ancient limestone cobblestones reaching the Appia Nuova through the towns of Monte San Biagio and Fondi. From Fondi, you'll travel perhaps the best-preserved stretch of the Appia Antica, crossing a Roman bridge, tombs, and milestones (pay attention to a closed wooden gate that needs to be crossed with your e-bike). There are multiple panoramic views of the Mar Tirreno along this stretch, and if desired, you can stop at the beach to relax listening to the waves while enjoying local fish-based dishes.
From Fondi to Formia
The last stage of the e-bike tour reaches Itri, a picturesque medieval village where a visit to the medieval castle is recommended. Cycling along narrow streets allows you to immerse yourself in history, transporting your mind and imagination back in time. After visiting with e-bikes, continue on the Appia Antica towards beautiful Formia with its promenade and historic center perched on a hill, its historic sites, and characteristic views. The tour from Rome to Formia along the Appia Antica concludes; for the return journey, taking the train is recommended. In the center of Formia is a train station where you can catch a train every hour back to Rome Termini in 1h30.

VETRALLA / TARQUINIA
The fourteenth track of the GTL is still immersed in the Etruscan lands, and the hills of Tuscia are the masters in this inexorable descent towards the sea. This inexorable descent, however, hides many small ups and downs that make this stage a little more lively, until it reaches an accumulated difference in altitude of about 600 meters. From Vetralla we exit avoiding the busiest roads, to take the provincial road towards Tuscania: the trend is slightly downhill, the panorama that of the typical countryside of central Italy. Farms, rustic villas and rows of trees frame this first stretch of road without any particular crossings, except for a few herds of grazing cows.The somewhat monotonous wait, however, is rewarded halfway along the route, when we enter the beautiful village of Tuscania: with its medieval walls and churches in Romanesque and Gothic style, closed between the Marta and Capecchio rivers, it is leaning against a tuffaceous block like many villages in the area, and while flaunting a timeless dimension it has known various historical eras: from the Etruscan settlements from which it takes its name (Tuscum) to the Roman ones, up to the Middle Ages of the Aldobrandeschi fiefdoms and the era of the Communes.After Tuscania, the trend becomes a bit fluctuating, although it retains a negative difference in height towards sea level: a nice stop along the way is also the Abbey of San Giusto However, we have to reach Tarquinia, which is leaning against gentle hills that partially block the Tyrrhenian wind: to do so we avoid the most direct road, which is a two-lane provincial road, deviating onto secondary roads in the direction of San Giuliano and then falling back before Montalto di Castro. This is a route that will allow you to cycle both on paved roads and partly on dirt paths. It is a medium-difficulty route that mostly develops over flat terrain, except for a climb of about 3 kilometers that leads to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Boden.
The oasis of Borgo Tenso, Madonna del Boden, and Lake Mergozzo
Starting from the BikeSquare rental in Premosello-Chiovenda, you will cycle towards the Natural Oasis of Bosco Tenso, the ideal place to seek shade from the sun and enjoy the coolness of the forest composed of oaks and chestnut trees, as well as observe birds and the variety of wildlife that inhabits the area. You will continue cycling towards Ornavasso to reach the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Boden. Thirsty? You can quench your thirst by filling your water bottle at the fountain from which healing water flows. You can then continue cycling along the Toce cycle path until you reach Mergozzo.
Here, you can ride along the shores of Lake Mergozzo and stop at one of the local establishments in the area.
You will return to Premosello-Chiovenda by retracing the Toce cycle path.

Climb aboard your rental ebike in Chiusano San Domenico, in the heart of Irpinia, and scale the summit of Monte Tuoro to gain a privileged view of Irpinia.
If we advise you to rent an e-bike to explore Monte Tuoro, it is because it is one of the most beautiful mountains in the province of Avellino. Its special position will give you unforgettable breathtaking views and the variety of fauna and flora that populate it will make your ebike excursion unforgettable.
Monte Tuoro is a Site of Community Interest (SCI) and part of the Monti Picentini Regional Park.
It is an out-and-back route that includes the same itinerary. In addition to asphalt, the wheels of your ebike will pass over dusty or muddy (depending on the season) trails and wonderful gravel sections. Therefore, also due to some challenging uphill sections (in some places you will touch 15% gradient), this route is not suitable for pedal-assisted city bikes.
Please note: in many of the areas you will pass through, your mobile phone will not have coverage!
We therefore advise you to rent a Trekking ebike or, even better, to opt for the rental of a Focus Full Suspension e-MTB.
The starting point of the GPS track we are proposing is the e-bike hire point in Chiusano San Domenico, which is located in the centre of the village and is therefore a very easy reference point to locate.
However, if you prefer to start from the ebike rental point located at the Ciclostazione Avellino (Contrada San Lorenzo 18, Atripalda). add the AB/BA route (16.5 km) to this track to reach the bike rental point in Chiusano San Domenico.

Let's start!
Mount your bike and head for the upper part of the town. In the midst of the houses you will catch a glimpse of the ancient castle of Chiusano di San Domenico and, as you tackle the first few ramps, you will immediately understand what kind of day awaits you. The effort, however, will always be repaid by incredible views and unforgettable emotions.
The first 5 km will all be uphill, but since the entire GPS track is about 25 km, if you don't want to struggle, increase the power of your ebike: there's no danger of running out of battery! In any case, you will have plenty to distract you: the views and lush greenery will fill your eyes and mind.
When you come close to a hamlet (an accommodation facility not in operation at the time of writing), it means that the climb is coming to an end. Look for the best spot to take a souvenir photo of this day, choosing between a nature-themed background or a shot from above of Chiusano, Avellino, Montevergine and the Parthenio Park.
From here on, 3.5 km of flat land await you to be enjoyed. Listen to the silence and appreciate the solitude. The only people you might bump into are the Chiusanesi who go up the mountain for their farming activities or a few other cyclists.
At a certain point, when the navigator tells you to turn slightly right, say goodbye to the asphalt. A gravel section begins, which is a prelude to the most beautiful and exciting stretch of the day. Centuries-old beech trees, chestnut trees, luxuriant ferns, gravel, turkey oaks, mountain maples: all the way to the summit you will literally be immersed in nature. Thanks to the dense vegetation, the temperature is cool in summer and cold in winter, so make sure you are dressed appropriately.
Gather all possible details and glimpses with your eyes, but if you see something that interests you, better make a stop. In some sections the dirt road is challenging and deserves to be tackled carefully.
At a certain point the wheels of your ebike will return to asphalt and the climb will become challenging again.
When you get about 10 km from the start, you may find the road closed by a gate: don't worry! Open it and continue on your way, but don't forget to close it again after your passage! This is a boundary used by farmers to delimit the pastures of the cows that live in this montangna.
From here on, another couple of kilometres of steep ascent await you on a not particularly well maintained asphalt road with some notable bends. These are the last efforts. A few hairpin bends in quick succession welcome you to the summit of Monte Tuoro.
By the time you reach the radio antennas, you will be exactly 1,432 metres above sea level. Not bad, especially when you think that you started from only 700 metres: congratulations!
Take all the time you want to enjoy the landscape and take photos: you have deservedly earned it!
The road back to Chiusano San Domenico is exactly the same. Be careful going downhill and remember to close the gate as you pass. Take the opportunity to look at the landscapes from a different point of view than on the way out.
You will surely notice glimpses that you missed or that you could not see from the perspective of the outward journey. Stop to take selfies and souvenir photos: we are waiting for you in Chiusano San Domenico at our e-bike rental point to return the bike and to get your impressions of the day.
Si parte dal punto di noleggio BikeSquare di Casaleggio Boiro e si raggiunge il Borgo di Lerma. Si prosegue in direzione di Tagliolo Monferrato e prima del ponte sul Piota si svolta a sinistra, in direzione Località Cirimilla. Superata Cascina Cirimilla si prosegue sulla sterrata detta “della Cirimilla” di altissivo valore ambientale e paesaggistico in quanto attraversa interamente il Parco, fino ad arrivare alle Capanne di Marcarolo. Raggiunto il Centro del Parco si può fare una sosta golosa e poi riprendere la strada di ritorno. Il primo tratto è lo stesso dell'andata ma al bivio (siamo nel tratto boscoso) anzichè proseguire a sinistra si mantiene la destra per raggiungere i laghi della Lavagnina, costeggiare il grande lago e poi ritornare sulla sterrata fino a riprendere la strada asfaltata per raggiugere il borgo di Casaleggio Boiro, dove è possibile vedere il Castello utilizzato in mumerore scenografie cinematografiche.
