Questo percorso lungo ed estremo parte dal piccolo come di La Magdeleine. Scendendo lungo la strada che porta al lago di Lod (Antey St. Andre) si raggiunge la strada statale appena fuori dal paese. Giunti alla statale purtroppo non ci sono molte alternative e occore raggiungere l'abitato di Antey St. André su asfalto (procedere con cautela auto). Cio nonostante la riserva naturale del lago di Lod e la graziosa frazione di Challien non vi deluderanno. Dopo circa 5 km si raggiunge Antey St. André e svoltando a sinistra si attraversal la frazione di Petit Antey per giungere in una splendida strada sterrata attrezzata che vi porta proprio in centro. Da li si attraversa la statale che sale a Cervinia per imboccare un sentiero lungo il fiume Marmore e vi porta alla frazione di Cerian. Piccola e praticamente inviolata, la frazione di Cerian, una volta attraversata, permette di raggiungere la centralina dell'Acqua di Antey St. Andre con una ripida e divertente discesa su sterrato. Si sale nuovamente per arrivare a Chessin e dopo aver riattraversato la statale si imbocca uno splendido sterrato che porta in collina a Chatillon. Da qui un percorso conosciuto e assai frequentato, il Rue de La Plaine, permette di raggiungere la zona delle Terme di St. Vincent. La parte di divertente e meno faticosa finisce qui. Dalla zona Termale si sale ora alla frazione di Moron (St. Vincent) e dopo circa un paio di km sulla sinistra si sale ancora per raggiungere Perrieres fantastica frazione immersa nel verde piu incontaminato. Una volta attraversata la frazione di Perrieres una poderale pianeggiante vi porta nuovamente a Chatillon per farvi iniziare l'ultima faticosa ma emozionante salita. Si attraversa un fitto bosco seguendo una strada asfaltata che porta a Nissod, piccola frazione che domina la collina di Chatillon, un paesaggio emozionante vi accoglierà. Oltrepassato Nissod si continua a salire ma la strada diventa sterrata e dopo circa 4 km si raggiungono gli alpeggi a dir poco meravigliosi ai piedi del Monte Zerbion. Non è ancora finita la salita....oltrepassati gli alpeggi si raggiunge la Valserena, un enorme radura immersa nel gran bosco della collina di Chatillon, ok la somma è quasi raggiunta, un simpatico pianoro seguito da una splendida discesa vi porterà ora al magico Promiod. Ok ci siamo la metà è vicina si sale nel bosco si incontra un bellissimo alpeggio incastonato nel bosco e voila, all'orizzonte La Magdeleine....

Castello di Torrechiara
Partendo in e-bike da Parma dal punto di noleggio di ParmaBike Experience si arriverà, percorrendo ciclabili e strade di campagna a basso traffico, all’affascinante Castello di Torrechiara regno dell'amore tra il Conte Pier Maria Rossi e Bianca Pellegrini.
Utilizzato in passato come set del celebre film Lady Hawke, il Castello di Torrechiara sorge sulle prime colline e domina tutta la pianura sottostante, nelle giornate limpide potrete ammirare le Prealpi e la pianura sino al Po. Potrete visitare il castello e passeggiare lungo gli stretti vicoli del borgo protetto dalle alte mura e tornare con la mente a epiche battaglie e travolgenti storie d’amore. Langhirano
Dal castello, in sella alla vostra ebike con un facile sterrato tra le vigne arriverete al Paese di Langhirano famoso nel mondo per la produzione del Prosciutto di Parma. Parte del tragitto si sviluppa lungo il Sentiero dell’Arte dove potrete ammirare opere di arte moderna disseminate lungo la strada che costeggia il Canal San Michele. A Langhirano vedrete gli imponenti edifici di stagionatura del Prosciutto di Parma con le loro gigantesche finestre che nelle giornate soleggiate vengono aperte per permettere al vento Marino di accarezzare i prosciutti e renderli unici e inimitabili. A Langhirano potrete visitare uno dei Musei del Cibo dedicato al Prosciutto di Parma DOP. Nei primi due week-end di Settembre da non perdere il Festival del Prosciutto.
Gastronomia
Il percorso si sviluppa su un’area geografica ti notevole importanza per le eccellenze gastronomiche. Sulle colline circostanti il Castello di Torrechiara si trova l’area più vocata per la coltivazione della vite e sorgono numerose cantine dove potrete degustare i vini dei Colli di Parma Doc, non dovrete mancare di assaggiare l'inimitabile Malvasia di Candia Frizzante unica nel suo genere per le fragranze e per la sua leggera aromaticità. Lungo il percorso potrete degustare in gastronomie o piccole trattorie il Prosciutto di Parma e altri salumi unici prodotti in queste terre. Nelle vicinanze di Langhirano è possibile anche visitare un caseificio di produzione del Re dei Formaggi il Parmigiano-Reggiano DOP

The first stage of the GTL heads south, leaving the Eternal City in the most spectacular way. The Via Appia Antica is in fact a green corridor that connects the Colosseum to the first rural areas under Rome, the Alban Hills, offering the cyclist a unique opportunity in the world, that of cycling on an ancient Roman road paved between the rows of pines, in a landscape very similar to those of the nineteenth-century Grand Tour of the German and English romantics. After about twenty kilometers of plain among ruins, noble tombs and imperial aqueducts, the first slopes begin: the GTL takes us to the Castelli Romani area, a destination for Sunday outings, volcanic lakes and vineyards, known for the traditional "fraschette", the typical taverns, and for cities of art such as Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo and Frascati. The hilly route winds between the two lakes of Albano, famous for its papal residence, and Nemi, where the remains of the Temple of Diana still stand today, and ends in Velletri. For this first stage, three existing cycle paths are used: the Appia Antica Regional Park, with small sections of the future Grab, the Eurovelo 7 route and the Via Francigena of the south, which takes us on short stretches of dirt road that it is recommended to tackle by gravel or MTB.

The route is simple and allows you to reach the center of Saluzzo and get to the top where the most beautiful buildings linked to the history of this town and the Marquisate of Saluzzo are concentrated.
The route continues to Staffarda and from here, after visiting the Abbey and admiring its magnificent cloister, you can pedal towards Revello which welcomes you to the Po Valley - and then return to Saluzzo.

Questo percorso permette di raggiungere la Borgata-museo di Balma Boves da Paesana, attraverso il percorso ciclabile misto asfalto/sterrato che si sviluppa in buona parte lungo la nuova pista ciclabile che collega Paesana a Sanfront.
Balma Boves è un caratteristico borgo costruito sotto un’enorme sporgenza rocciosa.
Il sito, oggi ristrutturato e trasformato in ecomuseo, ci svela il segreto degli antichi abitanti di questo villaggio: lo stretto contatto con la natura, l’autosufficienza, la cura ed il saggio sfruttamento delle risorse naturali come l’acqua, la pietra, i frutti della terra. Ancora oggi infatti, gli attrezzi, le abitazioni, le stalle, i fienili, gli essiccatoi per le castagne, le fontane e l’antico forno, ci raccontano di un tempo in cui questi luoghi furono testimoni della cosiddetta “civiltà del castagno”.
Qui sul Mombracco il legame fra montagna e uomo, antico di millenni, è testimoniato anche dalla presenza di numerosi siti di incisioni rupestri, uno dei quali si trova proprio nei pressi di Balma Boves. Si tratta di Rocca la Casna, piatta sporgenza rocciosa in posizione panoramica, sulla quale si troviamo incise coppelle e figure antropomorfe.

Finished the visit returns to Arquata and you reach out to Don Minzoni and follow the communal road to Partolungo, a fraction of Gavi. And ' a beautiful road that through a wooded and quiet area, location Pratolungo, arrives at the Provincial Road 161. It goes through, it goes up in the Lungarola direction and takes place by taking the curve to the left. It is continued curving to the left and delaying on S.P. 161 to reach the evocative Historical Center of Gavi, d 'tourist interest for the numerous historical testimonies between which the Romanesque Church of S. Among the buildings you note the Gotica house marked by an ' original wooden structure with murary tamponade. After a gymnastic standoff in one of the many local citizens, it is part of the rental point of Bike Square.

the itinerary covers the most authentic stretch of Parco dei Castelli Romani. you will start with your e-bikes from the vineyards at the base of Frascati, with it's famous wine variety full of history, that's perfect example of beauty and simplicity, you will continue your trip going up towards Monteporzio, approacching Monte tuscolo and it' s archeological site, and the Camaldoli's hermitage. From the top of the mountian you will have a terrific panorama. Thereafter you will come back to your strarting point, going through Frascati and it's historic villas and the Cocciano' s vineyards.

Nelle risaie dei riso biologico e della DOP
Partendo dal Castello Consortile di Buronzo e da una colazione/merenda a base di prodotti del territorio ad Armonie in Corte, si parte pedalando lungo la Strada Buronzina, per poi seguire il Nuovo Canale della Baraggia, che porta in territorio di Rovasenda, con il suo castello (anzi, sono due!) e i suoi numerosi nidi di cicogne, ma anche con la sua produzione di riso "solidale" biologico e di cachemere.
La Riserva Naturale delle Baragge
Se attraversando queste risaie vedrete coltivazioni geometriche, a righe, con tanti argini regolari di varietà vegetali molto diverse, avrete visto i campi coltivati con un'attenzione marcata alla biodiversità ambientale. Se invece incontrerete degli agricoltori locali, fatevi raccontare la storia del famoso ciliegio della Baraggia! Intanto costeggiando una cava di terra da mattoni (e il colore non mente!) ci si avvicina alla Riserva Naturale delle Baragge, un'area protetta di parco naturale dove subito si notano le betulle dai tronchi bianche alternate ad arbusti bassi molto diversi tra loro.
Il canale FIAT
Si attraversa la riserva, per arrivare al torrente Torbola e al canale FIAT, che prende nome dalla celebre fabbrica torinese che aveva in progetto di aprire una sede un questa zona ma che poi non trovò il consenso del territorio, spostandosi a Cossato. Tutto il canale è caratterizzato da vie di risalita per la fauna, che consentono agli animali caduti accidentalmente in acqua di poter uscire più agevolmente. Continuando il percorso si trovano allevamenti di bovini all'aperto e anche una cascina con un aereo precipitato e mai ripartito, nonostante sembri ancora integro!
Verso le colline del vino di Gattinara
Allontanandosi dall'area boschiva, delimitata da colorate arnie per le api e con sullo sfondo i ruderi del Castello di San Lorenzo a Gattinara, si raggiunge il Rio Collopasso, addentrandosi nei boschi del fiume Sesia, con vallate ben marcate superate da ponti canali e nelle quali si continua a pedalare sulle strade alzaie. Si arriva così al punto di partenza del canale FIAT, costeggiando l'abitato di Gattinara (qui partono le strade per raggiungere i ruderi del Castello di San Lorenzo e la Torre delle Castelle, punti panoramici interessanti sulle colline del vino), percorrendo un tratto della ciclabile cittadina per poi rientrare, dietro alla parrocchiale di San Pietro, nei boschi del fiume Sesia.
Sul fiume Sesia
Nei boschi del fiume Sesia raggiungiamo la ex colonia elioterapica di Gattinara (dotata di parco giochi, sgambatoio per i cani e area attrezzata per feste e manifestazioni), il vecchio lavatoio del paese, le vecchie centrali idroelettriche e la Ca d'Assi, un'area di sosta pic nic proprio sull'ansa del fiume Sesia, punto di imbocco per la cosiddetta Roggia dell'Avvocato e dalla quale continuiamo a seguire la Roggia Marchionale, qui ben riconoscibile per i regolari muri di ciottoli di fiume.
L'Isoetes Maliverniana, alga rara
Continuando nei boschi di Lenta e costeggiando le cosiddette Lame del Sesia, si giunge a Lenta, dove con una piccola deviazione sul canale che costeggia la scuola si può vedere un'alga rara e protetta, dai filamenti lunghissimi e verde acceso: l'Isoetes Maliverniana. Da Lenta si torna tra le risaie, tra chiese campestri e un'area militare invalicabile in cui sono depositati migliaia di carri armati dell'Esercito Italiano. Da Lenta, dirigendosi verso Rovasenda, si incrocia poi la cascina dei nipote del conte Negroni, l'inventore del celebre cocktail! Da Rovasenda si torna quindi a Buronzo.

Da Cornello dei Tasso si prosegue lungo la via Mercatorum attraverso il caratteristico ponte che attraversa il fiume Brembo. Da lì si prosegue verso il borgo di Grumo e poi verso le borgate di Bosco Dentro e Bosco fuori. Il percorso si snoda attraverso maestosi boschi fino al Colle di Dossena.

Il percorso di oggi ci porta nelle prime colline faentine e forlivesi, lungo una delle piú belle salite della zona dalla cui cima, nelle giornate più limpide la vista spazia fino al mare. Scendiamo verso Castrocaro famosa per le sue terme e a Terra del Sole, voluta nel 1564 da Cosimo de’ Medici come città fortificata e splendido esempio di ingegneria militare e urbanistica del Rinascimento. Continuiamo lungo le pendici delle prime colline tra i vigneti del Sangiovese per tornare verso Faenza. Per chi volesse, in città il Museo Internazionale della Ceramica offre una splendida collezione di pezzi unici dell'arte maiolicara che rese Faenza famosa in tutto il mondo.

Partenza: Montalto Ligure
Il percorso cicloturistico inizia nel pittoresco borgo di Montalto Ligure, un luogo ricco di storia e tradizioni. Qui, le stradine acciottolate e le antiche case in pietra offrono un'atmosfera suggestiva, perfetta per un caffè ristoratore prima di partire.
Tratto verso Carpasio
Lasciando Montalto, la strada inizia a scendere dolcemente verso Carpasio, un altro affascinante paese ligure. Il percorso è caratterizzato da panorami mozzafiato che si aprono su valli verdeggianti e colline punteggiate di uliveti. Arrivo a Carpasio
Arrivato a Carpasio, prenditi un momento per esplorare questo incantevole villaggio. Le sue stradine strette e le piccole piazze invitano a una passeggiata, e potresti anche fermarti per assaporare un piatto tipico della cucina locale in uno dei ristoranti del posto.
Verso Costa e Arzane
Dopo aver ricaricato le energie, il percorso prosegue verso Costa e Arzane. Qui, ti aspetta un tratto su una strada secondaria immersa nei boschi. Questo segmento è particolarmente affascinante: il profumo degli alberi e il canto degli uccelli ti accompagneranno mentre pedali tra la natura incontaminata. La strada è tranquilla e poco trafficata, permettendoti di godere appieno della bellezza del paesaggio circostante.
Ritorno a Montalto Ligure
Dopo aver esplorato Costa e Arzane, inizierai il viaggio di ritorno verso Montalto Ligure. Il percorso di ritorno offre nuove prospettive sul paesaggio, con la luce del pomeriggio che illumina le colline e i borghi circostanti. Man mano che ti avvicini a Montalto, potrai riflettere sulle meraviglie naturali e culturali che hai scoperto lungo il cammino.
