Il percorso
Il percorso è un itinerario dedicato ai luoghi che ispirarono l'ambientazione delle opere di Beppe Fenoglio. Con un'e-bike in poco tempo si potrà facilmente pedalare tra le colline su strade secondarie e poco trafficate raggiungendo le tappe d'interesse culturale. Tutto il tempo guadagnato sarà occasione per scoprire angoli nascosti e nuovi panorami per poi immergersi nella lettura di un frammento delle opere fenogliane che hanno fatto la storia della letteratura italiana. Riscopri la vita contadina di Agostino tra le mura del tipico Pavaglione, o soffermati davanti le rocche dei sette fratelli ad udire sulle righe di Fenoglio, l'eco della resistenza vissuta dal Partigiano Johnny.
Questi sono solo alcuni degli assaggi di un'esperienza dedicata al centenario dalla nascita di Beppe Fenoglio.

An easy route, do not be scared by its 76 km!
The tour mainly develops on secondary roads paved, about 10km are on white roads.
You can ride in the middle of nature and go through pleasant city centers of the Cremas.

It will be like riding a movie set ... and what a movie, an Oscar movie!
It starts from Trescore Cremasco where you can rent electric bikes from the Fratelli Bossi rental point.
The route takes you towards Casaletto Vaprio to continue north and allows you to see, before reaching Capralba, the area of the Quarantine fountain (fontanile di Quarantina).
Continuing to ride on the roads that cross the countryside you will reach Sergnano and then Ricengo. From here you can take a short detour to reach the Lake of Reflections, another unforgettable location of the film of Guadagnino.

Continue south to get to Crema. The gardens of Crema, the historic center, Piazza Duomo: all places where the director's eye has stopped. Pedaling you can arrive in Piazza San Giovanni XXIII to get out of the town along via Macallè. You are about to reach Moscazzano and in particular, the Villa Albergoni where the scenes were shot in the summer house of the protagonist of 'Call me with your name'. While you are here, you can not go any further to admire the Madonna dei Prati Sanctuary.
You are ready to go back along the same road and then turn left towards San Carlo.
Here you continue on the cycle path of the Gronda Nord up to the industrial area of Cremosano and to the santella along the Vaccheli canal you can turn left to continue until Nosadello. After cycling on the long and beautiful track on the dirt road, turn right towards Pandino. In Pandino, in the center of the village, it will be possible to visit the Castle. It dates back to the fourteenth century and was a hunting lodge of the Bernabò family. If you can not visit it, do not miss a souvenir photo in front of the Vittorio Emanuele III monument.
The return road continues among old farmhouses and country villages: pedaling in peace it will be easy to imagine the life of these places even just 50 years ago. You will meet the Cascine Gandini (Casine Gandine in the dialect of Cremasco): it is a fraction of the municipality of Palazzo Pignano. Cascine Gandini is a small agricultural village of ancient origin, belonging to the Cremasco territory and is 1.54 kilometers from the capital city.
Passing from Torlino Vimenrcati you will go along the last stretch of white road immersed in the Cremasca plains passing next to a Cascina and to a Dairy very known in the Territory (Erdi Carioni) with attached products store.
Finally you reach Santo Stefano to return to Trescore Cremasco.

Andiamo alla scoperta di un angolo unico della Valle d’Aosta, dove ambienti naturali e panorami mozzafiato si svelano ad ogni colpo di pedale, sotto la sagoma maestosa del Cervino, o "la Gran Becca” come la chiamano i valligiani.
Pedalerai tra bellissimi boschi di castagni, prati e suggestivi villaggi di montagna dove vicino ai mulini ad acqua e ai forni per il pane potrai immaginare la vita che un tempo caratterizzava questi luoghi.
Un tratto del percorso sarà sulla funivia che ti farà raggiungere in pochi minuti il villaggio di Chamois, Perla delle Alpi e unico comune italiano non raggiungibile in automobile.
Di qui si prosegue lungo la splendida poderale che, tra uno scorcio panoramico e l'altro, porta sino a La Magdeleine e i suoi 7 mulini perfettamente ristrutturati e recuperati a scopo etnografico.

A easy ride in the countryside right outside the city centre.
After crossing the historical city centre, the itinerary reaches Valpantena, the first valley in the east of Verona, and follows little roads among the vineyards, at the bottom of the hills. It reaches Montorio, a small village that features beautiful little lakes and is crossed by small creeks. We follow a nice bike path that runs along a creek, from where we can enjoy beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. The itinerary crosses the outskirts of Verona and reaches the river Adige.
Finally, we ride along the river Adige banks until we reach the city centre.

Between Lombardy and Emilia, along the banks of the Po and in the countryside of the Po Valley, there are cities and towns with ancient stories to meet together with their natural environment.
The route starts from Cremona, lying on the Great River like a gigantic boat, to cross over, using the cycle path suspended on the iron bridge over the Po, in the province of Piacenza and pedaling in search of castles and fortresses like that of Monticelli d'Ongina, but peering into strange buildings like bunkers and shacks.
What to see in San Nazzaro
A passage will be dedicated to Isola Serafini, between Cremona and Piacenza, the largest island in the Po river basin with the hydroelectric power plant Carlo Bobbio and the search for a Dutch windmill and a picnic area where to take a break.
In spring, the part of the route that leads from Villanova to Cremona is dotted with cherry trees in bloom and other fruit trees, and if you can't admire the white-and-white show of flowering, you can always console yourself with a taste of the tasty fruits among the tastier than the whole plain or stopping to taste river fish.
Along the way there will therefore be an opportunity to get in touch with local excellences and products!

Breve percorso MTB tra il santuario di Costa San Gallo e San Giovanni Bianco

This is a route suitable for everyone, meaning it's simple yet also evocative.
It starts from the e-bike rental point of BikeSquare in the center of Premosello-Chiovenda.
You pass through the Borgo Tenso Nature Oasis, where it's possible to ride sheltered by oaks, ashes, willows, and maples. If you manage to rent the e-bikes in spring, you will be able to admire the blooming of hawthorn and elderflower.
The Oasis is known for the presence of many birds such as herons, cuckoos, tawny owls, buzzards, and kingfishers. In the clearings and the forest, there are dens of foxes, hares, and squirrels. Who knows if you'll spot something?
After leaving the more natural part of the route, you continue to the hamlet of Colloro, where you can enjoy the view of the Toce plain and perhaps stop to taste a typical dish.

Unique and original route of the Roman castles to allow the visit of the Earth Markets - SLOW FOOD organized by the Convivium of Frascati and the Terre Tuscolane in these days (Frascati Saturday- Monteporzio Sunday -Rocca Priora Tuesday only morning)
It starts from the train station of Frascati, walking through the alleys of the village admiring churches and bell towers you arrive at the Parco dell'Ombrellino. Right here is the first Earth Market, that of Frascati. From here you begin to climb towards Mount Tusculum arriving at the suggestive archaeological park of the ancient city of Tusculum, with your theater and the ancient remains of the city.
Then you descend from the Mount along paths in the woods and you arrive in an enchanting place a farm "la Collina degli asinelli" where Lucia will host you in her Picnic area and where you can taste her beautiful desserts or want to eat your packed lunch.
We then continue arriving at Rocca Priora with the other Earth Market, then continue towards Monte Porzio Catone with its elegant historic center and arrive in the last of the Earth Markets.
At the end of the route proceed gently towards Frascati. The Slow Food Earth Markets allow visitors to taste the unique delicacies of the area such as bread, cheese, cold cuts, honey, etc. and then enjoy them in the splendid setting of the Castelli Romani and unique and picturesque views.

A flat stage of sea and sand, which from the Pontine capital takes us to the places of the Odyssey, through history, nature and mythology. Mount Circeo, a promontory of incredible beauty stretching out towards the sea as if to testify to its past as an island, is according to tradition one of the landing places of Odysseus during his wanderings, the one where the Greek hero was welcomed by the sorceress Circe. The remains of a Roman temple on its summit were identified with his palace. The third stage of the GTL winds almost entirely along the route of Eurovelo 7, The Sun Route, or the long cycle path of the sun that takes us to the south of Europe A convenient cycle path from Latina takes us to the sea, near the first of the coastal lakes, that of Fogliano, where there is a WWF oasis that is a resting place for many water birds during their migrations. From here we continue through reclamation canals and coastal dunes to the promontory and the National Park, an incredible green lung of eucalyptus, maritime pines and Mediterranean scrub, within which the remains of the Villa of Domitian can still be visited. Skirting the coast to the south, we pass through the seaside resort of San Felice Circeo and its maritime caves, up to the stack of Terracina, a Greek and Roman colony, surmounted by the Temple of Jupiter Anxur. After Terracina, the last kilometers of the stage in the direction of Monte San Biagio try to avoid the Appian Way as much as possible, which after the ancient Papal Gate and the Pisco Montano narrows between the Ausoni and the sea, remaining on dirt roads and dirt roads around Lake Fogliano, in a semi-marshy panorama made up of migratory birds and coastal ponds.

Alba, the "capital" of the Langhe, welcomes you with its rich historical and cultural heritage. Leave your e-bikes in Piazza della Cattedrale in front of the Tourist Office and explore the historic centre on foot. Don't miss the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, an example of Gothic architecture, and the numerous medieval towers that characterise the city's skyline. For the little ones, the "Federico Eusebio" Civic Museum offers an interesting section of archaeological and naturalistic finds. Stroll along Via Vittorio Emanuele, which everyone in Alba calls "Via Maestra", the commercial heart of the city, where you can savour local specialities such as white truffles and typical sweets. For a relaxing break, the Tanaro River Park offers play areas for children and nature trails.

Castello della Rancia: Il percorso ti condurrà poi al cospetto del Castello della Rancia, una fortificazione imponente e ricca di storia, che si erge a testimonianza di battaglie e vicende passate.

Ring itinerary that leads to the border of the mouth of the Po where the land ends and the sea begins.
