Welcome to the Mill, a place steeped in the history of the Marquisate of Saluzzo, nestled between the spirituality of the Cistercian Abbey of Staffarda and the majestic castles of Lagnasco, Manta, Castellar, and Envie. Here, you can explore the roots of Occitan traditions and delight in the exquisite cuisine of the Po Valley. Located just a few kilometers from the majestic Monviso, with its royal silhouette amidst the mysteries of Mombracco and the enchanting Leonardo's Path.

Quoting the words of Riccardo Bacchelli in his renowned "The Mill on the Po" from 1938, time flows like water in the ula, immutable but laden with memories accumulating like the ground grain. In this unique context, our mill, dating back to 1500 and expanded in the late 1700s, represents an ancient testimony that comes to life in our Bed & Breakfast.

The structure, an ancient water mill and hydraulic forge, has been skillfully restored, offering a one-of-a-kind experience in the Po Valley. The building has been included in the regional census "Guarini" for its architectural merit and historical interest. Next to the building, a channel rich in trout flows, with the leap and wheel bearing witness to its original function.

B&B IL MULINO features three rooms with a total of 8 beds and two bathrooms, one of which is shared. The structure spans two floors, with the kitchen available to guests on the ground floor, alongside the dining room equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and TV corner. The rooms on the first floor boast antique parquet floors and furnishings in antique or rustic style, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. One of the rooms is lofted, offering two additional beds.

The entire building is equipped with autonomous heating for each room and a sound diffusion system, ensuring comfort and modernity in an atmosphere rich in history and tradition.
