Ring itinerary that leads to the border of the mouth of the Po where the land ends and the sea begins. Starting from the E-Bike Delta del Po headquarters, travel along the branch of the Po in Venice to the island of Camerini where the river flows into the sea dividing into several branches and assuming the characteristic delta shape. It runs along the mouth to the south up to the bridge that leads to Scardovari, a fishing village home to a large fish market, followed by the tourist village of Barricate with its beaches with crystal clear waters and the Spiaggia delle Conchiglie. The itinerary continues on the road that runs alongside the Sacca degli Scardovari, here the fishermen carry out their work based mainly on the breeding of mussels, of which the mussel is one of the products of excellence. Departure: Montalto Ligure
The starting point is the picturesque village of Montalto Ligure, situated on a hill that offers a panoramic view of the valley below. Before setting off, it's advisable to visit the historic center and the parish church.
Initial Stretch: Descent towards the Argentina Valley
Begin the route with a descent that will take you down to the Argentina Valley. The road is scenic and allows you to admire the lush greenery of the surrounding hills and the typical olive groves of the area.
Crossing the Argentina Valley
As you continue, you will pass through various small villages such as Camporosso and Coldirodi, where you can stop for a coffee or taste local products. The valley is characterized by a rural landscape with vineyards and olive groves, perfect for taking photographs.
Arrival at Pieve San Giorgio
After cycling through the valley, you will arrive at Pieve San Giorgio, another enchanting Ligurian village. Here you can explore the cobbled streets and visit the local church. Pieve San Giorgio is famous for its tranquility and the beauty of its panoramas.
Distance and Difficulty
The route is approximately 15-20 km long, depending on any detours you decide to take. The difficulty is moderate, suitable for cyclists with some experience. There are some climbs, but also flat sections that make the route accessible.

Il percorso conduce al centro abitato di San Demetrio Corona, paese di importanza storico culturale per tutti gli Arbëreshë. Qui sarà possibile visitare il complesso monastico unico nel Mezzogiorno: San Adriano, di origine Bizantino dove sono custoditi mosaici di rara bellezza.
Il percorso di ritorno attraversa la piccola frazione di Macchia Albanese che custodisce una parte importante della storia albanese in Italia.
Il percorso è medio impegnativo...ma con la bici elettrica sarà (quasi) una passeggiata!

Si pedala su una carrareccia ampia e tranquilla, circondati da una natura che cambia colore ad ogni curva. L’aria profuma di bosco, il silenzio è rotto solo dal fruscio delle foglie… e all’improvviso, la vista si apre: il Monte Soratte si staglia all’orizzonte, mentre la Valle del Tevere si stende ai tuoi piedi. In alcuni tratti, puoi scorgere anche la spettacolare dolina carsica del Revotano, un luogo unico nel suo genere, simbolo geologico e spirituale di Roccantica.
💧 Arrivo: Fonte Regna
La destinazione è un luogo magico: Fonte Regna, una sorgente naturale che dà vita a un antico fontanile in pietra. Qui puoi rinfrescarti con acqua purissima, sederti all’ombra e goderti il panorama. Secondo la tradizione locale, è il posto perfetto per una “panzanella sabina”: pane imbevuto direttamente alla fonte, appoggiato sulle pietre levigate e gustato nella pace del bosco.
Accanto al fontanile si estende un bosco monumentale di faggi, querce e lecci, un autentico santuario naturale che invita alla sosta e alla contemplazione.

Se hai ancora energia, da qui partono diversi sentieri escursionistici. Il più avventuroso ti conduce fino alla vetta del Monte Pizzuto (1.288 m), uno dei panorami più emozionanti dell’intera Sabina.

A tour of the hill of Turin, observing the city from above, surrounded by greenery and, in the warmer seasons, in the cool hilly ... until you reach the Parco della Rimembranza, where you can relax and enjoy the pleasures of nature, far from stress and noises.
Starting from Porta Nuova Station the tour will take place in the first part of the city, and then continue along the hilly stretch towards the Maddalena park.
After the bridge Umberto I where you can admire the Po you arrive in C.so Fiume, continue right towards the Colle della Maddalena. The view is not very visible, we notice villas and lots of greenery. Arrived in the hills, at the junction, at the entrance to the Parco della Rimembranza, turn left.
During the warm seasons, the park is full of vegetation that makes the atmosphere beautiful and fresh but does not allow a perfect view of the landscape. Once you reach the Colle della Maddalena you can enter the park and from there you can admire, beautiful weather permitting, all of Turin with the mountains and the Basilica of Superga.
Going back also from Viale Seneca you can admire the villas and the panorama of Turin.

La Selva del Lamone si trova tra il Lazio e la Toscana e si estende tra i comuni di Ischia, Farnese e Pitigliano.
E' uno dei boschi più selvaggi della regione e si estende su un'antichissima colata lavica, si presume la stessa dell'esplosione che ha dato origine al lago di Bolsena e protegge al suo interno numerose specie di flora e di fauna.
La Riserva fa arte del SIC (Sito di Importanza Comunitaria) e del ZPS (Zona di Protezione Speciale).
Attraversando il bosco si possono ammirare pregiate testimonianze storiche e archeologiche, oltre alle bellissime cascate naturali: quella del Salabrone e quella del Pelicotonno.
Pedalando si attraversa anche Farnese dove è possibile pedalare nel borgo di Pinocchio dove sono state giratae delle scene del film di Comencini.

Casperia: Un Tuffo nel Medioevo
Casperia, insignita della Bandiera Arancione, ti accoglie con il suo intatto centro storico medievale. Perditi tra i suoi vicoli lastricati, ammira le antiche case in pietra e le caratteristiche porte di accesso, Porta Romana e Porta Reatina (o Santa Maria) dove si può ammirare anche un orologio che segna l'ora canonica medievale. In cima al paese la Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Giovanni Battista, con il suo campanile romanico e il presepe monumentale. Fuori le mura, ti aspetta la seicentesca Chiesa della Santissima Annunziata, punto di partenza della tua avventura, che custodisce una pregevole tela dell'Annunciazione. Non dimenticare di affacciarti dai punti panoramici per godere di una vista spettacolare sulla Valle del Tevere e sul Monte Soratte.
Montasola: Panorama e Spiritualità
Proseguendo il tuo itinerario, raggiungerai Montasola, un altro gioiello medievale arroccato sui Monti Sabini. Il suo centro storico, completamente pedonale, ti incanterà con le sue stradine, gli archi e la torre d'ingresso ben conservata. Visita la Chiesa dei Santi Pietro e Tommaso, risalente al Trecento. Una sosta imperdibile è il Parco il Monte, un'area verde suggestiva per la sua bellezza e la vista mozzafiato. All'interno del parco, scoprirai una piccola e affascinante chiesa rupestre, un luogo di pace e spiritualità, ideale per un ristoro.
Pedala in quota con panorami mozzafiato
L'avventura continua salendo di quota lungo una strada montana che, con alcuni tornanti, ti porterà fino a 1000 metri. Attraverserai prati da pascolo, faggete e boschi monumentali, con la possibilità di scorgere bivacchi e rifugi, tra cui il caratteristico Rifugio Cognolo, perfetto per un'immersione totale nella natura. Lungo il percorso, numerosi affacci panoramici si apriranno sulla Valle del Tevere, il Soratte e il paesaggio della Sabina Tiberina. The second stage of the GTL flattens out towards the Agro Pontino, leaving behind the reliefs of the Alban Hills. Leaving Velletri, we move away from the course of the Appian Way along secondary roads in the countryside dotted with vines, still following the Via Francigena del Sud and the Eurovelo 7 route. Before entering the beautiful village of Giulianello, we skirt the lake of the same name along dirt roads and dirt roads, to avoid the dangerous and busy provincial road not far away. A few more pedal strokes and we are in Cori, where you can visit the wonderful Temple of Hercules. Continuing, the descent towards the expanses and the reclamation canals take us to what were once the fiefdoms of the Caetani family, up to one of the most beautiful gardens in Italy, the Oasis of Ninfa. From here to the Abbey of Valvisciolo, a masterpiece of the Cistercian, the road is short, and a few kilometers further on we can face the climb to the fortress of Sermoneta and stop at the medieval castle of the Caetani family. The last kilometers of the route are all flat, and pass first through the Latina Scalo station, and then arrive in the cradle of Rationalism.

Partendo dal punto di noleggio ebike di Mongiardino Ligure,si segue la stradina "via Crêuza" che ripercorre l' antica VIA DELLA SALATA. Il nome dice tutto.Era una delle strade dove le carovane di muli carichi di sale, erano diretti verso la Lombardia e il Piemonte.Arrivati alla frazione di Costa Salata ,si prosegue atrraverso uno stretto bivio che sale a sinistra, segnallato da una freccia di legno. Qui si abbandona lo sterrato,e la stradina sale tranquillamente, vi sono piccoli tratti in cui il terreno e' sconnesso ed e' raccomandabile ,scendere e spingere per il breve tratto l' e-bike,in alcuni punti vi sono delle pozzanghere.La stradina si immerge in un bosco di castagni.A un certo punto si incontra un grande prato verde ,girando a sinistra si entra in quel che rimane del paese e della piccola chiesetta dedicata a San Pasquale.
Ritornati nella strada principale si prosegue verso Borassi ,Frazione di Roccaforte Ligure . Il percorso prosegue verso Montemanno, e qui si gode di una bellissima vista sulla Val Sisola e sui vigneti di Timorasso,Arrivati a Sisola si rientra pedalando lungo la strada ormai asfaltata.

The Big Bench
E-bike tour to discover the Big Bench is full of panoramic viewpoints and rides immersed in nature among the hills of the Langhe in search of 5 giant benches from the Big Bench Community Project. Among these, you will also see the first one, near the founder's house: Chris Bangle. The Big Bench project was born in Clavesana and is an artistic and tourist initiative that consists of installing giant benches in scenic and suggestive locations. The Big Benches are giant benches, they are public and offer visitors the opportunity to sit and admire spectacular landscapes.

Big Bench San Benedetto Belbo
The departure for the ebike tour is from Murazzano, a gem of Alta Langa. With the bikes, you proceed towards San Benedetto Belbo pedaling through groves and hazelnut trees until you reach the giant bench #85 yellow and blue, positioned along the road that descends from Passo della Bossola towards the San Benedetto Belbo village. It was inaugurated in 2019.
Big Bench Dogliani
The tour to discover the giant benches continues towards Dogliani, the home of Dolcetto wine and Neo-Gothic architecture. The blue and red bench is located in the historic center near the majestic castle. With e-bikes, it will be easy to reach it by climbing the hill of the town of Dogliani. A picnic stop is highly recommended, by reservation, you can contact the Agriturismo Marenco Aldo and pick up your picnic basket that you can enjoy sitting on the Big Bench while observing the panorama or in the shade of a beautiful tree.
Big Bench Farigliano
After recharging your energy with a delicious picnic stop, why not, combined with a tasting of Dolcetto di Dogliani, the route continues towards Farigliano where in Borgata Gombe immersed in the quiet of the surrounding countryside we find the giant purple bench. Photo stop and then continue towards Clavesana.
Big Bench Clavesana
The e-bike route has Clavesana as its last stop with its two giant benches, the red and the blue one. Did you know that Clavesana is where the Big Bench Community Project originated? Its founder Chris Bangle installed the first giant bench, the red one, in Borgata Correa in 2010. For true fans of giant benches, the official passport is available at accredited points (info on the official website), where you can have dedicated visit stamps for each Italian and international bench.

L’itinerario permette di scoprire senza particolari difficoltà le campagne della pianura tra San Vincenzo e Bolgheri. Si tratta di un "viaggio" tranquillo tra uliveti, vigneti, alberi da frutto e poderi. Oltre a piacevoli tracciati di campagna si pedala lungo due strade di grande pregio paesaggistico: la via Bolgherese, accompagnata e ombreggiata da magnifiche querce secolari, e il monumentale Viale dei Cipressi di carducciana memoria che unisce San Guido e Bolgheri.
Meta dell’itinerario è il piccolo borgo di Bolgheri, simbolo di questo territorio diventato famoso nel mondo per i suoi vini. Una sosta assolutamente esclusiva per visitare l’allevamento privato di cinghiali di cinta senese in una tenuta, visita al borgo di Bolgheri e all’antico cimitero monumentale ottocentesco di Nonna Lucia e sul rientro pranzo a casa del fattore alla scoperta degli antichi sapori toscani.
