Percorso di media difficoltà, pedalando per 40% su asfalto e 60% su strade sterrate andreta alla scoperta di luoghi suggestivi e punti panoramici da urlo, gran parte del percorso verrà affrontato su strade secondarie, sentieri e qualche single track, alla portata di tutti coloro i quali hanno un minimo di dimestichezza nella guida off road.
Oliveto Lario, Lago di Como, Bellagio, Magreglio, Lezzeno
Cycling through the Langhe hills on an e-bike is an exciting adventure that perfectly suits families with children. This route, starting from Alba railway station, is ideal for those wishing to explore the region without a car, enjoying a special discount on e-bike rentals. San Rocco Seno d'Elvio

Alba
Alba, the "capital" of the Langhe, welcomes you with its rich historical and cultural heritage. Leave your e-bikes in Piazza della Cattedrale in front of the Tourist Office and explore the historic centre on foot. Don't miss the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, an example of Gothic architecture, and the numerous medieval towers that characterise the city's skyline. For the little ones, the "Federico Eusebio" Civic Museum offers an interesting section of archaeological and naturalistic finds. Il punto di partenza è la storica Chiesa della Santissima Annunziata a Casperia, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, in auto o con i mezzi pubblici. Da Poggio Mirteto Scalo, gli autobus Cotral offrono collegamenti diretti, rendendo l'avventura ancora più accessibile. Preparati a un viaggio che stimolerà i tuoi sensi e creerà ricordi indelebili.
Casperia: Un Tuffo nel Medioevo
Casperia, insignita della Bandiera Arancione, ti accoglie con il suo intatto centro storico medievale. Perditi tra i suoi vicoli lastricati, ammira le antiche case in pietra e le caratteristiche porte di accesso, Porta Romana e Porta Reatina (o Santa Maria) dove si può ammirare anche un orologio che segna l'ora canonica medievale. In cima al paese la Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Giovanni Battista, con il suo campanile romanico e il presepe monumentale. Fuori le mura, ti aspetta la seicentesca Chiesa della Santissima Annunziata, punto di partenza della tua avventura, che custodisce una pregevole tela dell'Annunciazione. Non dimenticare di affacciarti dai punti panoramici per godere di una vista spettacolare sulla Valle del Tevere e sul Monte Soratte.
Montasola: Panorama e Spiritualità
Proseguendo il tuo itinerario, raggiungerai Montasola, un altro gioiello medievale arroccato sui Monti Sabini. Il suo centro storico, completamente pedonale, ti incanterà con le sue stradine, gli archi e la torre d'ingresso ben conservata. Visita la Chiesa dei Santi Pietro e Tommaso, risalente al Trecento. Una sosta imperdibile è il Parco il Monte, un'area verde suggestiva per la sua bellezza e la vista mozzafiato. All'interno del parco, scoprirai una piccola e affascinante chiesa rupestre, un luogo di pace e spiritualità, ideale per un ristoro.
Pedala in quota con panorami mozzafiato
L'avventura continua salendo di quota lungo una strada montana che, con alcuni tornanti, ti porterà fino a 1000 metri. Attraverserai prati da pascolo, faggete e boschi monumentali, con la possibilità di scorgere bivacchi e rifugi, tra cui il caratteristico Rifugio Cognolo, perfetto per un'immersione totale nella natura. Lungo il percorso, numerosi affacci panoramici si apriranno sulla Valle del Tevere, il Soratte e il paesaggio della Sabina Tiberina. LAKE TURANO
Once on the border with Abruzzo, the GTL route turns north and heads to Sabina, towards the fourth provincial capital of the region: after Rome, Latina and Frosinone, this stage takes us to Rieti, the "geographical center of Italy". To do so, he chooses the gentler and less harsh route through the mountains, continuing to follow the Way of St. Benedict as already happened in stage 6. We climb in altitude passing through villages set in the green of the Apennine woods, Riofreddo, Vallinfreda, Orvinio, and then enter the Turano valley, where the lake of the same name was formed in 1939, following the construction of a huge dam. In fact, the track follows a flat pace and even slightly downhill as a whole, with only two small uphill climbs, offering the pleasure of pedaling through the mountains without pedaling too much. This valley is not served by train or highways, and has remained relatively quiet and safe from the large tourist flows. The river we skirt, also called Turano, gradually swells until it becomes a fjord, the southern branch of the lake: its contours are often foggy, humid and disturbing. We thus arrive at the two villages of Castel di Tora and Colle di Tora, which look at each other from the two shores of the lake, and the ruins of the castle of Antuni, piled up on a small island near the bridge that joins the two sides. After Colle di Tora there are the only slopes to face to get to the Turano dam: a few hairpin bends in the woods, and we are at the gigantic concrete wall that holds back the course of the river. It is worth a small detour to the villages of Rocca Sinibalda, where the impressive Sforza Cesarini Castle stands, originally from the eleventh century, and Posticciola, an original Roman outpost and transhumance passage. From here on it is all downhill: we lose the altitude gained on a road snubbed by traffic, to easily cover the last flat kilometers towards the Sabine capital.

Si parte dal punto di noleggio BikeSquare di Casaleggio Boiro per compiere un anello sul quale tragitto si potranno vedere quattro castelli particolarmente suggestivi. Il percorso si svolge su strada asfaltata, da Lerma fino a Strada Bellaria e poi in Strada Casale Bacchetti. Si arriva all'abitato di Silvano D'Orba e si costeggia la collina del Castello. Si attraversa il caratteristico borgo connotato dal suo imponente castello e noto per le sue distillerie di grappa. Si ritorna risalendo i tornanti percorrendo una strada sterrata panoramica che si ricongiunge a Strada Bellaria. Si svolta a destra nella sterrata “Cascina Canali” fino ad arrivare al ponte sul torrente Piota. Si arriva alla S.P. 172 che si percorre svoltando a destra per circa 300 m per poi attraversare e prendere la strada asfaltata che porta a Tagliolo Monferrato, antico borgo medioevale che sorge intorno al castello, composto da strette viuzze, muri in pietra ed archivolti, con la casa del boia e la Chiesa di S. Maria Annunziata, antica parrocchiale.
Ancora visibile è l’edificio della Corte d’appello sede di tribunale durante il XVIII secolo
La chiesa più antica è S. Vito, situata all'interno del cimitero, che fu la prima parrocchia del paese. L'attuale parrocchia è San Nicolò, nella piazza prospiciente il Castello, con un campanile in pietra arenaria lavorato a sbalzo. Da Tagliolo si ritorna a Lerma percorrendo la S.P. 170 e da lì si rientra a Casaleggio.

Andiamo alla scoperta della Valle d'Itria con un semplice tour guidato in ebike di circa 2 ore.
Si parte a piedi dal Frantoio l'Acropoli di Puglia di Martina Franca alle 9,15.
Qui l'olio si continua a fare come lo facevano i nonni e potrai scoprire con una visita di 1 ora circa, tutto su questo prodotto insostituibile per la dieta mediterranea.
Verso le 11, conclusa la visita al frantoio, ci si sposta presso il punto di noleggio ebike BikeSquare di Martina Franca dove sarà possibile noleggiare le ebike.
In sella alle nostre ebike e accompagnati dalla guida esperta della zona, si raggiungiono le Cantine Di Marco a Locorotondo dove faremo insieme una degustazione di vini tipici della Valle d'Itria accompagnata da assaggi di prelibatezze locali.

L 'The whole area of the Caramola trail runs along the N-E side of the mount and is formed by a long set of bush tops with a few small "windows" from the breathtaking panorama.
We cross the Rubbio-oriented reserve, " passing through some ferries called Lake D 'Erba and Lake del Pesce.

What to see in Fondi
The last stage of the e-bike tour along the Appia Antica starts from Fondi, crossing charming coastal landscapes on panoramic roads that offer breathtaking views of the sea towards Itri. During the journey, it is possible to admire numerous archaeological sites and historical monuments that testify to the importance of the Appia Antica, the ancient Roman road. Cycling along the Appia Antica, you can savor the delicious local products of the area. Fondi is famous for the production of olives and high-quality extra virgin olive oil, which can be tasted at the numerous farms in the area. Furthermore, the area is renowned for its cheeses, such as buffalo mozzarella and pecorino, which pair perfectly with fresh bread and local cold cuts.
What to see in Itri
Continuing along the Appia Antica with e-bikes towards Itri, a charming medieval village located on the hills. Itri is a small town that offers several interesting sights to visit. The narrow and winding streets of the historic center lead to the discovery of ancient stone buildings, historical churches, and picturesque squares that retain the authentic atmosphere of the medieval village. The medieval fortress castle of Itri, located on top of the hill, dominates the surrounding landscape and is one of the symbols of the village. Visiting the castle allows you to admire its imposing walls, medieval towers, and enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and sea. Itri boasts several historical churches of great artistic and religious interest. Among the most important are the Church of San Michele Arcangelo, the Church of San Giovanni Battista, and the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore. Inside, there are numerous frescoes and works of art of notable historical and artistic importance that allow visitors to discover the history and spirituality of the place.
What to see in Formia
The e-bike tour along the Appia Antica ends in Formia, a charming coastal city. After the ride, you can relax on the city's beautiful beaches and enjoy some well-deserved rest. Formia boasts beautiful golden sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, and taking a refreshing dip. The most famous beaches include Vindicio Beach and Serapo Beach. Among the city's archaeological sites, the most famous is the Mausoleo di Cicerone. Formia is also known for its gastronomy, with famous dishes based on fresh fish and seafood such as the typical clam pasta that will delight even the most demanding palates.

I Piani Resinelli sono adagiati su una grande sella ai piedi del Gruppo delle Grigne. Dalla loro posizione privilegiata si può godere di un’incomparabile vista che dominando la pianura sottostante, il lago di Lecco ed i bacini dell'Alta Brianza arriva fino al Monte Rosa. Il Massiccio delle Grigne è raggiungibile attraverso diversi percorsi con partenza dai Piani Resinelli. I Piani Resinelli toccano la quota media di 1300 metri sul livello del mare, sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti di automobile, noi con le nostre e-bike partendo da Malgrate dobbiamo prevedere non meno di un'oretta e mazza per la sola ascesa. Il percorso é interamente su asfalto, e nel tratto sino all'abitato di Ballabio dobbiamo considerare che si pedalerè su una strada parecchio trafficata, ( soprattutto nel fine settimana) mentre nella parte successiva la strada diventa più stretta e meno caotica.

Starting from Novello
The e-bike route starts in Novello and descends along the beautiful Ravera road to Monforte d'Alba.
The Ravera is my favourite road, a long descent that shows the hills of the Langhe and allows you to see Monforte, Barolo and Novello in the foreground and many other castles and villages in the background.
You arrive in the centre of Monforte d'Alba
The centre of Monforte is always a pleasant surprise. On the square on the floor you will find many small bars where you can have an aperitif or an ice cream, but I recommend you climb up to the top of the old town to enjoy the view, see the amphitheatre (home of Monforte Jazz) and if you want to pop over to the giant bench.
Pass through the hamlet of San Sebastiano
From Monforte take the road towards Dogliani. Don't miss a stop at the Briacca, a nice winery that also organises picnics and tastings.
The highlight of the route, however, is the road along the coast that takes you to the hamlet of San Sebastiano (full of fantastic views, old farmsteads, small churches, in short the Langa as it once was) and on to Monchiero.
The old Bra Ceva railway
When you reach Monchiero close your eyes for 2 minutes (the view is horrible, you are in the midst of factories), but once you have crossed the railway bridge you can enter the old Bra-Ceva railway track, recently cleared of brambles and which allows you to avoid the ugly provincial road to reach the Bivio per Novello.

The ascent to Novello via Bricco Neri
The ascent to Novello is demanding, but not busy.
We take you via the Bricco Neri road, which is a minor road that takes you to the village from a different perspective and without encountering too many cars.

Il percorso
L'itinerario può essere svolto da Alberese fino alla loc. di Collelungo (percorrendo la Strada degli Ulivi da Vergheria fino a Collelungo), oppure percorrendo la ciclabile fino a Marina di Alberese e successivamente, attraverso la strada della Pinastrellaia, si raggiunge la spiaggia di Collelungo.
Prima di raggiungere la spiaggia è presente una zona di sosta con rastrelliere dove è possibile lasciare le biciclette.
Nel percorre gli itinerari in bici si raccomanda la cautela, in quanto si sta visitando un'area protetta ed è presente la possibilità di incontrare fruitori di altre modalità di visita (a cavallo, a piedi).
È possibile noleggiare le biciclette nei pressi del punto di partenza tramite il nostro punto di Noleggio.

Evento di gruppo, alla scoperta del vino Ribona e delle cantine Murola, Saputi, Sant'Isidoro e Podere Sabbioni.
Percorso ad anello di 40 km, con partenza alle ore 10:00 da Petriolo, fino a Colmurano, e ritorno al Bar Centrale intorno alle 16:00.
Lungo il percorso, che si snoda fra strade bianche ed asfaltate (i tratti di sterrato sono stati esclusi, per evitare il fango), dopo circa 5 km di strada panoramica, incontreremo la Cantina Murola, dove degusteremo il Ribona Baccius ed il Giula '21.
Dopo la breve sosta, proseguiremo verso la valle del fiume Fiastra ed attraverseremo il parco archeologico Urbs Salvia, per salire al borgo di Urbisaglia (Urbs Salvia), Città della Regio V Picenum, che nacque come nel II secolo a.C. Da qui, proseguiremo in verso Colmurano, attraverseremo il borgo e, dopo circa 20 km dalla partenza arriveremo alla Cantina Saputi, dove ci aspettano i due assaggi di Ribona e dove potremmo consumare il pranzo al sacco in mezzo al verde.
Dopo la sosta di circa un'oretta, ripartiremo alla volta dei territori dell'Abbadia di Fiastra, e ci potremmo fermare ad scoprire la piccola e magnifica chiesa di Maestà, denominata anche Santa Maria del Massaccio: la primitiva edicola sacra venne infatti eretta a ridosso di un rudere romano, probabilmente un monumento funerario (ancora oggi visibile), situato lungo l'antica Salaria Gallica.
Continuando, lungo la direttrice del fiume Fiastra, entreremo nei territori dell'Abbadia, per poi arrivare al colle di Colbuccaro dove conosceremo la Cantina Sant'Isidoro ed i vini Pausola e Beltrovato '22.
Ci stiamo ora avvicinando al ritorno, ma prima ci aspetta la scoperta della Cantina Podere Sabbioni e del suo Ribona '22, che potremmo assaggiare in mezzo ai filari della sua vigna.
Al ritorno a Petriolo, è possibile visitare il museo dei legni processionali o, per gli irriducibili, fare un aperitivo al Bar Centrale
Marca Maceratese, nella Marca Maceratese, a Macerata, a Petriolo

Facile pedalata in ebike al 90% tutta su pista ciclabile. Partenza da Francavilla al mare dal nostro partner L'Isola punto di consegna delle e.bike. Accogliente stabilimento balneare con servizio spiaggia, colazioni e piatti a base di pesce ideale per una sosta al rientro. Partiti ci si immette subito sulla pista ciclabile, arrivati a Pescara troviamo alla nostra sinistra il teatro e la relativa pineta d' annunziana seguita dal moderno ponte del mare con vista sulla montagna madre, la Majella. Dopo il porto canale con i sui pescherecci, con le nostre ebike si attraverseremo la parte piu modaiola della riviera pescarese con i sui locali sul mare. Una volta arrivati a Montesilvano si attravesa, sempre rimanendo sulla ciclabile, il fiume Saline per raggiungere Silvi Marina e si entrà in una fresca e profumata pineta, che ci rinfrescherà fino alla riserva marina di Torre del Cerrano con la sua torre di avvistamento circondata da un sistema residuale di dune e la pineta di pini d' aleppo, dove consigliamo un bagno rigenereante. Dopo una lunga pausa possiamo ripercorrere il tragitto a ritroso per il ritorno. Esperienza consigliata per una giornata in pieno relax alla scoperta della riserva marina e della costa abruzzese

After kilometers and kilometers of coastline, the fifth stage of the GTL heads inland, to retrace the Tyrrhenian stretch of the Gustav Line, the retreat front of the German army at the end of the Second World War. The strategy imposed by Hitler was to leave death and destruction behind, and the villages in this area still bear the signs of what was the scene of bloody war actions between the Nazis and the Allies. We start from the archaeological excavations of what was once a flourishing Roman city of Minturnae, whose aqueduct is still clearly visible from the Appian Way, and we flank the Garigliano river, which at this point is crossed by a beautiful Bourbon bridge, to go up its course along the Way of San Filippo Neri. The road is slightly uphill and the first few kilometers are immersed in the bush, broken only by spas and dams on the river. The track dances on the border between Lazio and Campania, skirting villages such as Castelforte, Santi Cosma e Damiano, Sant'Ambrogio sul Garigliano. The kilometers before Cassino reveal the first signs of the Ciociaria countryside, with the pre-Apennines in front of us and the imposing figure of the Abbey of Montecassino, a Benedictine monastic complex famous for one of the most violent bombings of the last war, where there are still numerous monumental war cemeteries.
