Si pedala su una carrareccia ampia e tranquilla, circondati da una natura che cambia colore ad ogni curva. L’aria profuma di bosco, il silenzio è rotto solo dal fruscio delle foglie… e all’improvviso, la vista si apre: il Monte Soratte si staglia all’orizzonte, mentre la Valle del Tevere si stende ai tuoi piedi. In alcuni tratti, puoi scorgere anche la spettacolare dolina carsica del Revotano, un luogo unico nel suo genere, simbolo geologico e spirituale di Roccantica.
💧 Arrivo: Fonte Regna
La destinazione è un luogo magico: Fonte Regna, una sorgente naturale che dà vita a un antico fontanile in pietra. Qui puoi rinfrescarti con acqua purissima, sederti all’ombra e goderti il panorama. Secondo la tradizione locale, è il posto perfetto per una “panzanella sabina”: pane imbevuto direttamente alla fonte, appoggiato sulle pietre levigate e gustato nella pace del bosco.
Accanto al fontanile si estende un bosco monumentale di faggi, querce e lecci, un autentico santuario naturale che invita alla sosta e alla contemplazione.

Se hai ancora energia, da qui partono diversi sentieri escursionistici. Il più avventuroso ti conduce fino alla vetta del Monte Pizzuto (1.288 m), uno dei panorami più emozionanti dell’intera Sabina.

Facile pedalata in ebike al 90% tutta su pista ciclabile. Partenza da Francavilla al mare dal nostro partner L'Isola punto di consegna delle e.bike. Accogliente stabilimento balneare con servizio spiaggia, colazioni e piatti a base di pesce ideale per una sosta al rientro. Partiti ci si immette subito sulla pista ciclabile, arrivati a Pescara troviamo alla nostra sinistra il teatro e la relativa pineta d' annunziana seguita dal moderno ponte del mare con vista sulla montagna madre, la Majella. Dopo il porto canale con i sui pescherecci, con le nostre ebike si attraverseremo la parte piu modaiola della riviera pescarese con i sui locali sul mare. Una volta arrivati a Montesilvano si attravesa, sempre rimanendo sulla ciclabile, il fiume Saline per raggiungere Silvi Marina e si entrà in una fresca e profumata pineta, che ci rinfrescherà fino alla riserva marina di Torre del Cerrano con la sua torre di avvistamento circondata da un sistema residuale di dune e la pineta di pini d' aleppo, dove consigliamo un bagno rigenereante. Dopo una lunga pausa possiamo ripercorrere il tragitto a ritroso per il ritorno. Esperienza consigliata per una giornata in pieno relax alla scoperta della riserva marina e della costa abruzzese

Un grazioso cancelletto separa il borgo antico della città di Montalbano Jonico, denominata dai residenti Terra Vecchia, da una suggestiva immersione nel cuore della Riserva naturale dei Calanchi per valorizzare un luogo unico che racconta come era la vita della Terra milioni di anni fa.
Il borgo antico è collegato alla valle del Fiume Agri da una mulattiera (appiett') che attraversano i calanchi della Riserva, un tempo via obbligata per i contadini che quotidianamente si recavano nei propri poderi (giardini).
Tra i nudi calanchi, ricchissimi di fossili e accenni di macchia mediterranea, si possono effettuare osservazioni botaniche, geologiche, paleontologiche e storico-culturali.
Il sito è stato definito dai massimi esperti un vero museo paleontologico a cielo aperto, costituito da un’immensa quantità e varietà di contenuto fossilifero con ben nove livelli vulcanoclastici, a testimonianza di altrettante e distinte eruzioni vulcaniche.
I Calanchi sono costituiti da una successione sedimentaria di età tra 1,2 milioni di anni e circa 640 mila anni che rappresenta l’espressione fisica (le argille) della transizione dal Pleistocene inferiore al Pleistocene medio.
Per purezza geologica e di stratificazione i Calanchi di Montalbano Jonico sono stati proposti all’Inqua (International Union for Quaternary Research) per il Chiodo d’oro (golden spyke).
Possibile, previa prenotazione, un rientro nel centro abitato con ebike del vicino centro noleggio Ginestrebike. Quest'ultimo offre la possibilità di adibire le sue ebike che le Cargobike di seggiolini ammortizzati a norma. Le Cargobike elettrificate con una capacità di carico fino ad 80kg sono state scelte da Noi per condividere con i Nostri bambini diversamente abili l'esperienza di una escursione in paesaggi incontaminati.
Percorso ad Anello – Casperia, Cantalupo e Monte Fiolo
Partenza e arrivo: Piazza antistante la Chiesa della Santissima Annunziata, Casperia
L’itinerario si sviluppa ad anello per una lunghezza complessiva di 10 km, su fondo misto composto da strade comunali asfaltate, tratti cementati e carrarecce. L’area di partenza è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, in auto oppure con i mezzi pubblici: è infatti attiva una connessione autobus Cotral dalla stazione di Poggio Mirteto Scalo fino al centro di Casperia.
🗺️ Descrizione del percorso
L’itinerario attraversa un paesaggio collinare tipico della Sabina, alternando tratti pianeggianti, salite dolci e discese. Si parte dal borgo medievale di Casperia, adagiato su un poggio, e si percorre un anello che tocca il comune limitrofo di Cantalupo in Sabina.
Durante il tragitto si susseguono campi coltivati, uliveti e scorci panoramici sui borghi circostanti, offrendo un’esperienza di immersione autentica nel paesaggio rurale.
Uno dei punti di maggiore interesse è il Parco Comunale Camuccini di Cantalupo, un’area verde tranquilla e inusuale dove è possibile sostare, rilassarsi e godere della quiete del luogo.

Il percorso include anche una tappa al Monte Fiolo, luogo suggestivo e carico di spiritualità. Qui è possibile visitare il convento, ammirare ampie vedute sulla valle, e approfittare di un’area attrezzata per picnic e attività all’aria aperta.

Enjoyable and challenging route around the lakes of Avigliana, 20 km from Turin. Steep climbs (up to 20%) and technical trails. This route is not to be underestimated due to its numerous uphill stretches, requiring decent technical skills for both ascent and descent through narrow and uneven paths. Brief stretches on asphalt were necessary to connect various sections.
Highly recommend taking the time to admire the lakes from panoramic viewpoints and explore the medieval center of Avigliana, with its numerous points of artistic and architectural interest. The starting point (with parking by the roadside near a hotel-restaurant, respecting reserved spaces) is near a roundabout with a beautiful monument honoring Giovanni Valetti, a cyclist who won two Giri d'Italia. The beginning of the route skirts the small lake of Avigliana before immediately entering the woods with short but challenging climbs. Route length: 30 km Elevation gain: approximately 600m.

Tour of the ancient appian way with a small detour in the Caffarella park. The Appia Antica park includes the Caffarella valley and the Aqueduct Park. Walking along the ancient appian way, you turn right entering a branch of dirt paths and admiring the Tomb of Annia Regilla, the sacred source of Egeria water and its sacred wood in front of the ancient Church of San Urbano (not open to visitors). It does not seem to be 1 km from the center of Rome. Everything is intact and authentic. From there you take the ancient appian way, on the right the Tomb of Cecilia Metella, the circus of Maxentius, and the tomb of Romulus. Returning to Rome you can admire the church of San Sebastiano and its catacombs. After an immersive tour in the Roman countryside, we return to the Eternal City by retracing the Via Latina reaching the Circus Massimo.

E' uno dei boschi più selvaggi della regione e si estende su un'antichissima colata lavica, si presume la stessa dell'esplosione che ha dato origine al lago di Bolsena e protegge al suo interno numerose specie di flora e di fauna.
La Riserva fa arte del SIC (Sito di Importanza Comunitaria) e del ZPS (Zona di Protezione Speciale).
Attraversando il bosco si possono ammirare pregiate testimonianze storiche e archeologiche, oltre alle bellissime cascate naturali: quella del Salabrone e quella del Pelicotonno.
Pedalando si attraversa anche Farnese dove è possibile pedalare nel borgo di Pinocchio dove sono state giratae delle scene del film di Comencini.

Loop cycloescursion in ebike between boroughs and hills surrounding the Abbadia di Fiastra that begins and ends in Petriolo (MC), the borgo uncasted between the valley of Fiastra and the Cremone Valley, one of the jewels of the Marca Maceratese.
From the plaque of Petriolo borgo, where the view ranges from the sights of the Sibillini and the Gran Sasso d' Italia to the Adriatic sea and the gaze is lost on a myriad landscapes on the necks, are part of the e-bike to immerse yourself in the experience of the sweet marchigian hills, in the saliva between olive groves, vines and colors that the seasons know to give away from these parts.

Tour Guidato in ebike da Roma ai Castelli Romani .Si parte dal centro di Roma da Porta Capena, dove un tempo iniziava l’Appia Antica ,da li si percorre “la Regina Viarum “con i suoi basolati sconnessi e ricchi di storia lungo la Ciclabile Eurovelo 7.Si arriva così al Mausoleo di Cecilia Metella per poi procedere verso i Castelli Romani ammirando lungo il tragitto la Villa Dei Quintili, S.Maria Nova, ecc. Si sale lentamente verso Albano attraversando parti di campagna romana per poi scoprire le antiche vestigia di Albalonga con Il suo Museo diocesano e il Cisterneone .Sempre seguendo l’antico tracciato si arriva al Sepolcro degli Orazi e dei Curiazi ad Ariccia . Attraversando la valle Aricia ,si risale nell’antico centro storico si può ammirare l’imponente Palazzo Chigi e la meravigliosa Locanda Martorelli .Luoghi come questi hanno accolto viaggiatori da tutta Europa , luoghi dai quali oggi possiamo rivivere lo spirito e il fascino del “ Grand Tour “ .Qui ad Ariccia ci fermiamo per una splendida degustazione della celeberrima Porchetta con un bel bicchiere di vino .Si prosegue poi verso Castel Gandolfo il pittoresco paese con il suo Palazzo Pontificio e i suoi meravigliosi Giardini .Dopo avere completato il giro si procede poi verso la Stazione dei treni ad Albano e comodamente si ritorna a Roma.Tour di circa 40 Km con una difficoltà intermedia .

It starts from the rental point BikeSquare Delta del Po, headquarters and along the embankment that runs along the Po di Tolle you arrive in Scardovari, a fishing village home to a large fish market, followed by the tourist village of Barricate with its beaches with crystal clear waters and the Seashells Beach. The itinerary continues on the road that runs alongside the Sacca degli Scardovari, here the fishermen carry out their work based mainly on the breeding of mussels, of which the mussel is one of the products of excellence. The route runs along the entire perimeter of the pocket until it meets the mouth of the Po della Donzella, from here you go up the river to Cà Tiepolo where you return to the Po of Venice.

It is proceeding in Pari, small medieval borgo, beautifully preserved : we recommend a stroll along its circular road that, between stone houses with the characteristic porticates to arch, rises to the Palace of the Prior, from whose terrace you enjoy a magnificent panorama on the valley below.
Shortly out l 'inhabited, continues downhill in the direction of the Mulino di Pari, a visitor with a small detour from the path, which through meadows, centuries-old olive trees and costing the characteristic poderi in stone, reaches on a white road the valley of the 'Ombrone.
Here you can leave the bicycles and continue on foot for about 50 m to reach a beachfront on the river : you deserve a refreshing soak.
The road continues uphill through the woods and rejoinds to the provincial road : from this point, with a detour of a few hundred metres, it is possible to reach the Terms of Petriolo, historical thermal site, all 'open and on the bank of the Farma River, where it is possible to stop this time for a relaxing bath in the hot thermal waters.
Back on the route, you proceed in the direction of the 'abated of Casale di Pari, small and characteristic medieval borgo, home country of Aurelio Galeppini, the creator of Tex Willer.

Mongiana Between Nature and History
Mongiana was established during the Bourbon period as an ironworks center where smelting activities and the production of artifacts and weapons took place.

Thanks to our electric bikes this cycling tour is suitable for everybody, also those not particularly fit or families with kids.
We meet at our bike centre in Filattiera and start the tour from the beautiful Sorano Romanesque Church, crucial landmark along the pilgrimage route Via Francigea.
We cycle along secondary roads towards the hilltop Malgrate Castle, that commands the valley with its 25m tall tower.
We continue cycling across the Middle Ages passing by picturesque medieval villages and castles of Lunigiana, at the foot of the Apennine National Park and Mab Unesco Reserve.
Tasting-lunch with local products at: Locanda Gavarini a Mocrone, Agriturismo Il Picchio Verde or Agriturismo Montagna Verde according to the itinerary.
Meeting: 09.30 Tourist Information Point in Filattiera, next to the Sorano Romanesque Church. Tour ends approx. 16:30.
