Deviando poi a sinistra salirai sulla emozionante via del paradiso, per arrivare poi a i resti della antica e affascinante Abbazia di Santa Maria di Vallegloria, dove potrai ammirare il suggestivo panorama e godere della tranquillità del luogo.
Continuando a salire verso la sommità del Monte Subasio scorgeremo splendidi punti di vista di tutta la valle circostante, per poi ridiscendere verso l'antico borgo e castello di Collepino.
Da qui proseguiremo sulla panoramica strada provinciale di Spello che rimanendo in quota ci porterà fino all'antico castello di San Giovanni di Collepino. Una sosta nel "paradiso di pietra rosa" è ripagata dalla tranquillità e dalla bellezza dell'antico borgo.
Si riprende la via tornando e ridiscendendo un tratto della stessa strada, per poi virare a sinistra sull'antica via della Chiona che tra boschi e paesaggi mozzafiato ci farà ridiscendere verso la valle lungo l'itinerario dei prodotti tipici del territorio. Non mancheranno infatti opportunità di vedere e di visitare alcuni dei luoghi dove si producono le eccellenze enogastronomiche del territorio, fino al rientro verso Spello.

Questo percorso è un giro ad anello che prevede la partenza e l’arrivo presso il punto di noleggio e-Bike di Atripalda CICLOSTAZIONE in contrada San Lorenzo 18.

Si parte dalla Ciclostazione in direzione Villa San Nicola dove affronterete il primo km in pianura, percorso urbano, fino ai giardini Biagio Venezia dove comincia un leggero dislivello che vi porta fino a Villa San Nicola.
Dopo questi 3 km di salita troverete, a pochi metri di distanza, due punti di ristoro Masseria Piano e Agriturismo da Baffone dove potrete sostare e fare le attività più svariate, dal PicNic al giro nelle fattorie didattiche, degustare prodotti tipici e rilassarvi, insomma a voi la scelta.
Da qui si parte per Sorbo Serpico, sempre con un leggero dislivello, che durerà per 4 km e vi perderete per il resto del percorso nella natura assoluta. Ma prima vi consigliamo di allungarvi a Santo Stefano del Sole dove potrete visitare il Belvedere della Giovinezza e sostare per godere di un panorama mozzafiato che affaccia su tutto il partenio e rinfrescarvi nella piazzetta, dove potete riempire le vostre borracce.
Usciti da Santo Stefano del Sole si prosegue verso Sorbo Serpico, dove godrete di panorami incantevoli, costeggerete la montagna di Volturara, immensi boschi e potrete ammirare i vigneti autoctoni dei Feudi di San Gregorio.
Qui ai Feudi, storica cantina Irpina, potete perdervi tra degustazioni di vini, percorsi esperienziali e visite nella struttura, dalla bottaia agli immensi giardini. Per descrivere i Feudi, le parole non bastano, una sosta è d’obbligo per scoprire i veri valori dell’Irpinia. Sarete seguiti e accompagnati da uno staff preparato che saprà soddisfare tutte le vostre esigenze e le vostre richieste.
Qui siete sul punto più alto del vostro giro, da qui in poi saranno 5 km di discesa. Proseguite costeggiando sulla vostra destra l’immensa e incantevole struttura dei Feudi e scendete verso contrada San Gregorio, dove costeggerete una fantastica pineta fino ad arrivare all’ingresso del Parco San Gregorio. Si estende per circa 20 ettari il verde lussureggiante del Parco di S. Gregorio-Pietramara e domina tutta la valle del Sabato. Lassù, secondo un´ antica tradizione, c’era un tempio romano, il leggendario Atrio di Pallade, da cui sarebbe derivato il nome di Atripalda.
Entrate, pedalate e immergetevi nella natura. Qui c’è la possibilità di sostare, fare un picnic o semplicemente e godersi il silenzio o in alternativa fare un giro all’interno seguendo i vari sentieri che ci sono. All’interno è possibile anche visitare il Parco Avventura Pettirosso, ideale per i più piccoli.
Si prosegue, dopo aver attraversato il parco, per una lunga discesa che vi porterà ad Atripalda, dove potete fare una visita al centro storico e visitare gli scavi dell’antica Abellinum. Testimonianza ancora viva e tangibile dell'influenza della civiltà romana in Irpinia, i reperti dell'antica Abellinum costituiscono uno dei principali siti storico-archeologici dell'intera provincia.
Da qui, pochi km e si rientra alla Ciclostazione, attraversando la piazza di Atripalda.

Neive
Neive, annoverato tra i Borghi più Belli d'Italia, vi stupirà con il suo fascino medievale perfettamente conservato. Perdetevi tra i vicoli acciottolati del centro storico, ammirando i palazzi nobiliari e le chiese antiche. Fate una sosta in Piazza Italia, cuore pulsante del paese, e visitate la Torre dell'Orologio per una vista panoramica mozzafiato. Neive è anche famosa per la produzione del Barbaresco: non mancate di visitare una delle storiche cantine del borgo per una degustazione.
Treiso
Treiso, arroccato su una collina, offre alcuni dei panorami più suggestivi della Langa. Fate una sosta alla chiesa parrocchiale di San Lorenzo, esempio di architettura barocca piemontese. Da qui, potrete ammirare una vista che spazia dalle colline del Barbaresco fino alle Alpi in lontananza. Part from Torre Lapillo, in the shadow of the historic tower, the fifth stage of the Cyclovia of the Ionian Salento. After a fresco on a fantastic spunnulata (a resurgence), it pedal between the woods of Arneo and the coast with its naturalistic jewels : the paths in the perfumed stain of the Palude of the Count, the pink fenicacles in flight on the lake mirror of Salina dei Monaci, the freezing and crystalline water of the mouth of the Chidro River. And then straight into the interior, beyond the woods there is first Manduria, with its millennial history, and finally the borgo of Avetrana.

By choosing this itinerary, you will use your rented ebike to explore the natural beauty and villages of the Partenio Regional Park in the province of Avellino.
You will be amazed by the magnificence of nature and these small villages, but since Irpinia is a land famous for the quality of its wines, the first part of the ebike excursion will be dedicated to exploring vineyards and some villages with a strong wine vocation, with excellent productions of Fiano di Avellino and Greco di Tufo, the two great DOCG white wines of the province of Avellino.
The second part of the itinerary, which you will cover on your rented ebike, takes you to the foothills of the Partenio Regional Park, a protected area established in 1993. Here, nature takes centre stage. The great thing about ebike tours is that, whenever you want, you can stop to admire a landscape and visit the villages on the slopes of Monte Vallatrone and Montevergine in more detail.
This route is a loop tour starting and finishing at the e-bike rental point located at Ciclostazione Avellino, not far from the station and halfway between the towns of Atripalda and Avellino.
However, if you prefer to start from the Chiusano San Domenico e-bike rental point, add the AB/BA route (16.5 km) to this track to reach the Avellino bike rental point.
You will face an itinerary that does not present any particular difficulties and can therefore be tackled with all types of e-bike hire available: city, trekking and full suspension e-MTB.

The first four kilometres will not be exactly unforgettable, but once you have passed those, we promise you that your e-bike ride will become decidedly more interesting. Once past the village of Picarelli, a tiny hamlet in the municipality of Avellino, the road begins to climb, the traffic noticeably decreases, and the industrial atmosphere gradually gives way to rural landscapes and rolling hills.
The road continues placidly uphill, amid hazelnut groves and vineyards, to the fork for Montefredane. Arriving in the central square of this beautiful village, home of Fiano di Avellino, you will be amazed by the enormity of the space. Here you will easily spot the Town Hall and the Church of Santa Maria del Carmine. Just to the left of the church, you will notice the archway that allows passage under the bell tower. Take that passage to get to the ruins of the Caracciolo Castle, whose construction dates back to the 10th century. If you are lucky and find the gate open, you can admire a spectacular view of the Sabato Valley.
A beautiful downhill country road, with no traffic at all, will delight your legs and your e-bike, leading you without any difficulty to the village of Tufo, the birthplace of the famous DOCG Greco di Tufo white wine, the pride of the entire province of Avellino. The town will reveal itself to your eyes after crossing a small bridge over the Sabato River. When you reach the end of the road, turn right to reach the main square of the village, refill your water bottles at the fountain, and learn more about Tufo by reading the fact sheet.
Continuing your itinerary by pedal-assisted bicycle, you will pass by the ancient sulphur mines, fundamental to the development of Tufo's economy in past centuries (although they are undergoing restoration, at the time of writing this information sheet they are a site that cannot be visited) and return to cross the River Sabato. At the crossroads, turn left and, after 1 km, turn right towards Pannarano / Roccabascerana / Cervinara.
From here on, the second part of your ebike tour in Irpinia begins. In front of you towers the Partenio Regional Park with its wooded mountains. Approximately 15 km almost entirely uphill await you, so be sure to start this section with a good energy reserve in the battery of your rented ebike.
As you grind your way with your pedal-assisted bike, Monte Vallatrone and Montevergine will get closer and closer and nature will become more and more lush. Once you reach the hamlet of Ciardelli, at the crossroads continue on towards Pietrastornina. From now on, the landscape becomes more and more beautiful and you will enjoy beautiful views of the Parthenio Park, but not only... At a certain point, a marvellous panorama will open up on your right, allowing you to see Rocca Bascerana, the Sannio and the majesty of Mount Taburno. Passing here at sunset time, especially in summer, will give you a light and colours that are worth all the effort and effort put in on an ebike.
After getting onto the state road, pedal 3 km more on your e-bike to reach Pietrastornina. The stone spur from which it takes its name and on whose summit the town's castle was located, will be clearly visible to your eyes well before you enter the town. This place is teeming with stories and legends, all to be discovered, perhaps by chatting with the locals.
The next village you will cross on your ebike is Sant'Angelo a Scala, also known as 'the village of the two popes'. Here, in fact, Pope Paul IV was born, and there is a strong cult for Pope Silvester (who is celebrated on 31 December), to whom a small church is dedicated that can be reached via a footpath from which a miraculous water gushes out. According to legend, Pope Silvetro convinced Emperor Constantine to go to Sant'Angelo a Scala to bathe in the miraculous water and thus be cured of leprosy.
From Sant'Angelo a Scala to Summonte you will be right at the foot of the mountain and, in some places, you will almost feel as if you can touch it. The chestnut groves will keep you good company along this 3 km ascent, which is also the last you will face today on your ebike tour.
The Angioina Tower will welcome you to Summonte, recognised as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. So, if you have time, take the opportunity to visit its narrow streets on an e-bike or on foot. From here, numerous trails allow you to explore the Partenio Park by hiking/trekking.
Here the ascent ends and you will quickly reach Ospedaletto d'Alpinolo, famous for its nougat production and for being an obligatory crossing point for the many pilgrims who decide to go to the Montevergine Sanctuary (1,300 metres above sea level) on foot.
A long descent will take you to Mercogliano, with its beautiful avenue lined with centuries-old plane trees, and then down to the city of Avellino, passing completely along Corso Vittorio Emanuele (a pedestrian street where bicycles and ebikes are allowed). After passing through the Manganelli Urban Park, by the time you reach the mural of the famous artist Millo, you will have arrived at Avellino Station, and then in just a few minutes you will reach the ebike rental point located at the Avellino Ciclostazione.
This is where you will end your day in the saddle of the rented pedelecs.

Starting from the BikeSquare Delta del Po headquarters, you travel along internal roads that cross the countryside of the Donzella Island and arrive in Cà Mello where the Lavender Field is cultivated, the cultivation was planted for the production of essential oil of lavender but soon became a tourist attraction in the flowering period, a show of colors and scents, flowering goes from the first / second weekend of June to the second week of July and varies according to the climatic conditions. The itinerary continues on the Sacca degli Scardovari famous for the breeding of mussels, in particular the mussel, along the sacca to the mouth of the Po della Donzella or Gnocca from where you go up the river and cross it in Santa Giulia on the typical Ponte di Barche and then head towards the other Ponte di Barche that of Gorino which crosses the Po di Goro, you arrive in Gorino overlooking the Sacca di Goro famous for clam farming. The Aniene river is the constant of the entire stage: squeezed between the motorway and the state road, in fact, our route winds up and down in the valley carved by this tributary of the Tiber, once sacred to the Romans, in a humid and shady setting.We leave Tivoli by crossing the city gates and climbing imperceptibly towards the mountains: on the right the Lucretili complex and the Monte Catillo Nature Reserve, on the left the Simbruini. From the various villages on the Tiburtina there are countless hiking trails and detours to the peaks.Thus pass the villages and hamlets, built in white stone and increasingly similar to those of Abruzzo: Castel Madama, Vicovaro, Mandela, Pereto, and finally Roviano and Arsoli with their respective castles, a residue of a noble past. But the real tourist attraction of these areas is Nature, with its unspoiled woods and mountains.The difference in height is fluctuating but easy, the vegetation gradually becomes thicker, you gradually gain altitude and the Rome / Avezzano railway line is always there next to you for any problem. Questo spettacolare itinerario consente di pedalare attraverso gli splendidi paesaggi della Valle d'Itria e delle Murge Orientali; si parte dal punto noleggio ebike di Martina Franca e superato Locorotondo ci si immette sul lungo percorso sterrato della ciclovia dell'acquedotto attraversando il panoramico Canale di Pirro; al termine si attraversa la frazione di Coreggia e dopo pochi chilometri di giunge ad Alberobello "patrimonio Unesco"; si riparte attraversando altri tratti sterrati si giunge nuovamente a Locorotondo dove è possibile apprezzare uno splendido panorama sulla Valle d'Itria. Al termine dell'escursione ci si ferma in una tipica masseria per assaporare prodotti tipici a km zero.

L’itinerario ci porterà nella splendida riserva naturale del Bosco delle Pianelle, un’area boschiva caratterizzata da una ricca vegetazione e dalla presenza di fauna avicola. Il bosco che si estende per circa 600 ettari si raggiunge dopo una pedalata panoramica nelle campagne della murgia; giunti nella riserva si percorreranno diversi sentieri alcuni dei quali davvero spettacolari. L’escursione prevede la sosta in masseria situata all’interno dell’area boschiva con degustazione di prodotti tipici. Si conclude con il rientro a Martina Franca.
