Si parte dal punto di noleggio Bike Square di Mongiardino e si seguono le indicazioni per Roccaforte e Grondona. Il percorso è interamente su strada asfaltata di basso traffico. Raggiunto il punto panoramico di Roccaforte e S. Martino si inizia una lunga discesa fino al caratteristico borgo di Grondona, attraverso un territorio verdeggiante e profumato ricco di numerose essenze arboree. Il borgo ricorda quelli medievali dell'entroterra Genovese, con edifici costruiti in pietra locale.Tra le numerose atrattive storiche vi sono la Chiesa dell'Annunziata e la Chiesa di S. Maria dell'Assunta, entrambe romaniche, la torre cinquecentesca superstite del Castello Doria e l'antico ponte in pietra.Ci si può fermare per assaporare i prodotti tipici locali della valle Spinti tra cui spicca l'aromatico miele.
Trascorsa una rinfrescante pausa nella quiete e nel verde si ritorna a Sisola per la riconsegna delle ebike.

A ride on your ebike will take you to discover the lands north-west of Cremona up to the Oglio river.
From the Cremona camping you cross the city center with its beautiful Duomo square and using the via Persico cycle path you enter the countryside towards Vescovato on secondary roads and separate cycle paths. The only attention is the overpass after Persichello where you continue on the road.
You will meet a beautiful square in Pescarolo, and a Linen Museum to be contacted for opening only on request. In Gabbioneta a Special Protection Area awaits you consisting of an old oxbow lake, habitat for birds and finally on the banks of the Oglio.
What to see in Ostiano
As soon as you pass the entrance bridge to Ostiano, a nice dirt track path will take you to the parish curch of Torricella, to the Castle of Ostiano Castle of Ostiano and to the Barca Bridge exit with its ancient history although now in steel.
The next stops will be the Pieve di Cornella, the town of Seniga and the Castle of Scandolara Ripa d'Oglio surrounded by a water moat.
Take the road back to Villa Manna Roncadelli and then return to the city with the Brescia Cremona regional cycle path

Si parte dal punto di noleggio BikeSquare di Casaleggio Boiro e si raggiunge il Borgo di Lerma. Si prosegue in direzione di Tagliolo Monferrato e prima del ponte sul Piota si svolta a sinistra, in direzione Località Cirimilla. Superata Cascina Cirimilla si prosegue sulla sterrata detta “della Cirimilla” di altissivo valore ambientale e paesaggistico in quanto attraversa interamente il Parco, fino ad arrivare alle Capanne di Marcarolo. Raggiunto il Centro del Parco si può fare una sosta golosa e poi riprendere la strada di ritorno. Il primo tratto è lo stesso dell'andata ma al bivio (siamo nel tratto boscoso) anzichè proseguire a sinistra si mantiene la destra per raggiungere i laghi della Lavagnina, costeggiare il grande lago e poi ritornare sulla sterrata fino a riprendere la strada asfaltata per raggiugere il borgo di Casaleggio Boiro, dove è possibile vedere il Castello utilizzato in mumerore scenografie cinematografiche.

Sport have always been very important in Barcelona, even in Roman times. Much later, at the beginning of the 20th Century, football became the major sport in Barcelona. Barça was its main team, and it became a symbol, the national team of Catalonia. That’s why we built el Camp Nou, the biggest Football Stadium in Europe.
But the most important transformation of the city took place during the 80’ and 90’ with the 1992 Olympics: new beaches and harbours, awesome buildings, great opportunities. The main Olympic sites were the Ring at Montjuïc, and the Vila Olimpica and its harbour, both reachable with our e-bikes.
Along our tour we will see all these famous places, giving you a fully understanding of the recent history of Barcelona, that made it so famous all over.

the itinerary covers the most authentic stretch of Parco dei Castelli Romani. you will start with your e-bikes from the vineyards at the base of Frascati, with it's famous wine variety full of history, that's perfect example of beauty and simplicity, you will continue your trip going up towards Monteporzio, approacching Monte tuscolo and it' s archeological site, and the Camaldoli's hermitage. From the top of the mountian you will have a terrific panorama. Thereafter you will come back to your strarting point, going through Frascati and it's historic villas and the Cocciano' s vineyards.

The itinerary goes out Verona following a safe bike path and approach the moraine hills that surround the lake. On the route, we can enjoy great view over Valpolicella and then, riding among vineyards and olive trees, over Lake Garda. After climbing a few easy hills, the road is all the way down to Bardolino, a nice village on the lakeside, the perfect spot for a ice-cream!
We ride on a bike path that flanks Lake Garda until Lazise, another typical village surrounded by medieval walls and overlooked by a castle. After visiting Lazise, we head inland again, we ride on nice panoramic hills and finally we get to Peschiera del Garda.
It’s time to say goodbye to Lake Garda: from Peschiera del Garda train station is just a 20 minutes train ride to Verona.

What to taste in the Food Valley
A short distance from Cremona there is an area dotted with excellent gastronomic products: cold cuts, preserves, cheeses to accompany with typical wines, honey.
We are talking about the south bank of the Po, in the provinces of Piacenza and Parma, at the beginning of that food valley that leads from Cremona to Parma. Piacenza salami, Culatello di Zibello, Fried cake, Spongata di Busseto, Parmesan, sparkling red wines such as Lambrusco to drink in the ancient “Pauline” bowls.

Unique ad unrepeatable tour along the the regina viarum, the ancient appia. It starts from Cestius Pyramid near Porta San Paolo, you can reach the Circus Maximus pedaling comfortably along the cycle path of viale Aventino.
From there you will skirt the Baths of Caracalla reaching Porta San Sebastiano. Here we are along the Appian Way pedaling on cobblestones admiring catacombs, tombs, tombs, churches, villas, milestones: an authentic open-air museum that can be visited by e-bike. The great beauty of Rome takes shape in its most hidden places, along the Caffarella valley with its Egeria spring and its sacred wood and then in the large Aqueduct Park along the ancient Via Latina with its numerous aqueducts, partly still working. You pedal between "pajare" and dry stone walls, peasant architectures that have defined the very identity of the Salento countryside, protecting vegetable gardens and olive trees.
The inland on the hills, just a little above sea level, gives way to Gallipoli for a long ride along the seaside to Torre dell'Alto, a stage for magical sunsets on the cliff between the green of Porto Selvaggio Park and the blue of the Ionian Sea.
The starting point of this route is Nardò. Pedaling, you pass through the municipalities of: Galatone, Sannicola, Chiesanuova, Alezio, Gallipoli, Rivabella, Lido Conchiglie, Santa Maria al Bagno, Santa Caterina di Nardò, Cenate.
The route mainly develops on asphalt roads (about 90%) with low traffic; in the summer months of July and August, the coastal road is instead characterized by heavy traffic.
What are 'pajare'?
Pajare are ancient rural buildings typical of the Apulia region. These structures, dating back to prehistoric times and used until the 19th century, represent a unique example of traditional rural architecture.
Pajare are entirely built in dry stone, without the use of mortar, and have a conical or trullo-shaped structure, with a dome roof resembling a beehive. This particular shape was designed to ensure better resistance to the weather and greater durability over time.
Originally used as temporary shelters for farmers during working hours in the fields, pajare have often been restored and transformed into accommodations for tourists who want to experience a unique stay immersed in nature and the history of Apulia.

The road from Albaretto to Pedaggera and Roddino offers some of the most suggestive landscapes of the route. Pedal among hazelnut groves and the first high-altitude vineyards, enjoying the silence and unspoilt beauty of these highlands.
Roddino
Roddino, a border village between Lower and Upper Langa, is the ideal place for a refreshing break. Don't miss the chance to taste the local cheeses and the typical "Murazzano DOP", which is produced a short distance from here.
Monforte d'Alba

THE PARK OF MONSTERS, THE CALANQUES AND THE VITERBO AREA
Another not exactly light stage, 1200 meters of total elevation gain for 65 km of distance: the ups and downs of Tuscia relax and engage at the same time, with pristine and green views, narrow streets secluded from heavy traffic, unexpected rock formations and villages set in the landscape. The GTL 13 route uses sections of Eurovelo 5 and Eurovelo 7, as well as Via Francigena. From Orte we cross the Tiber again to cross into Umbria for a short stretch up to Attigliano, and immediately return to one of the most curious attractions of the area, the Park of the Monsters of Bomarzo: in this village lost between valleys and crevasses, in fact, Prince Pier Francesco Orsini had the architect Pirro Ligorio build a garden of "monsters", in the etymological sense of the term wonder, or oddities and fantastic sculptures to distract him from the pain of losing his wife. The route continues in a fluctuating manner through the hills of Tuscia, rows of vineyards and farmhouses, woods and wheat fields, crossing only tiny villages and hamlets such as Santarello or Pallone. Thus we arrive in Bagnaia, a handful of tuff houses close to the Cimini Mountains, made even more fascinating by the sixteenth-century Villa Lante, one of the most beautiful Mannerist gardens in Italy signed by Vignola. From here to Viterbo the few kilometers are all downhill, and you can relax by visiting the wonderful medieval center of the capital, and then conclude the stage between shady roads to Vetralla along stretches of the Via Francigena

What to see, Riale [ Chärbäch-in Walser ]
Located at 1730 mslm, Riale is among the first settlements created by the Walsers that reached Ossola from nearby Canton Valais through the Gries Pass, is the northernmost fraction of the Piedmont and is a small jewel of montane architecture.
In the past, Riale and the Val Formazza represented an important trade route that put Valais (CH) in communication with neighboring Lombardy through the Gries Pass.
What to see, Oratorio di Sant' Anna
Built by the Edison company in remembrance of the chiesque of the submerged Morasco borgate and the workers who lost their lives during the construction of the dam. Sant' Anna was, with the Madonna della Neve, patron of the oratorio of the village of Morasco, abandoned definitively in 1938.
The cloth of Formazza, of ancient construction, "covered inside with lumber," preserved an icon with an icon with the wooden sculptures of the Virgin, Saint Anne and St. Bartholomew. After the destruction of the oratorio, the devotion of the valligians made the sculptures transport the nearby Riale oratory, from which they were pierted in the Seventies of the twentieth century.
What to see, The source of the Toce River
Nasce in the Piana of Riale from the joining of the torrents Morasco, Gries and Roni. Little further downstream forms the waterfall of the Toce, also called La Frua, which forms a jump of about 143 m. After passing through the Antigory and Formazza valleys, the Toce enters the plain and ends its course in the Lake Beetle, browsing in the Borromeo Gulf, its waters thus flowing into those of the Ticino, the sole emissary of Lake Maggiore.
Focus, the Cascade of the Toce
Situated in Frua fraction is considered one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the alps. On the days our waters are regimented by the Morasco hydroelectric basin, it is therefore possible to see it in the full of its beauty only for a few days a year in the months between June and September.

Si parte dal punto di noleggio Bike Square di Faenza e si attraversa il centro abitato caratterizzato dalla bella piazza e dai molti edifici neoclassici. Adagiata ai piedi dell'Appennino, Faenza si presta benissimo come base per escursioni sulle prime colline. Una bella strada subito fuori l'abitiato di Faenza porta nella valle del Senio con le sue viste sui vigneti e i coltivi. Iniziamo a salire lungo le pendici di Monte Rontana godendo appieno delle vedute spettacolari sui calanchi pliocenici del Parco della Vena del Gesso Romagnola. Il percorso continua in quota fino alle vecchie cave di gesso di Brisighella, ora parco attrezzato, e alla Rocca dei Veneziani, fortificazione del 1310 voluta dai Manfredi signori di Faenza. Una breve discesa ci porta a Brisighella, uno dei borghi piu' belli d'Italia, ideale per una sosta e una visita alla rinomata strada degli asini. Una breve deviazione porta alla Pieve del Tho, spendido esempio di architettura romanica. Una facile pedalata tra i vigneti della valle del Lamone ci riporta in vista di Faenza dove, tempo permettendo, si puo' visitare il Museo Internazionale della Ceramica.

Castello di Torrechiara
Partendo in e-bike da Parma dal punto di noleggio di ParmaBike Experience si arriverà, percorrendo ciclabili e strade di campagna a basso traffico, all’affascinante Castello di Torrechiara regno dell'amore tra il Conte Pier Maria Rossi e Bianca Pellegrini.
Utilizzato in passato come set del celebre film Lady Hawke, il Castello di Torrechiara sorge sulle prime colline e domina tutta la pianura sottostante, nelle giornate limpide potrete ammirare le Prealpi e la pianura sino al Po. Potrete visitare il castello e passeggiare lungo gli stretti vicoli del borgo protetto dalle alte mura e tornare con la mente a epiche battaglie e travolgenti storie d’amore. Nel borgo potrete sostare in una gastronomia e degustare i salumi tipici di questa zona tra cui il sublime Prosciutto di Parma DOP
Langhirano
Dal castello, in sella alla vostra ebike con un facile sterrato tra le vigne arriverete al Paese di Langhirano famoso nel mondo per la produzione del Prosciutto di Parma. Parte del tragitto si sviluppa lungo il Sentiero dell’Arte dove potrete ammirare opere di arte moderna disseminate lungo la strada che costeggia il Canal San Michele. A Langhirano vedrete gli imponenti edifici di stagionatura del Prosciutto di Parma con le loro gigantesche finestre che nelle giornate soleggiate vengono aperte per permettere al vento Marino di accarezzare i prosciutti e renderli unici e inimitabili. A Langhirano potrete visitare uno dei Musei del Cibo dedicato al Prosciutto di Parma DOP. Nei primi due week-end di Settembre da non perdere il Festival del Prosciutto.

Il percorso si sviluppa su un’area geografica ti notevole importanza per le eccellenze gastronomiche. Sulle colline circostanti il Castello di Torrechiara si trova l’area più vocata per la coltivazione della vite e sorgono numerose cantine dove potrete degustare i vini dei Colli di Parma Doc, non dovrete mancare di assaggiare l'inimitabile Malvasia di Candia Frizzante unica nel suo genere per le fragranze e per la sua leggera aromaticità. Lungo il percorso potrete degustare in gastronomie o piccole trattorie il Prosciutto di Parma e altri salumi unici prodotti in queste terre. The Path Pasolini is a cycle-pedestrian path that from Rome leads to Ostia along the left bank of the Tiber River.
This path has been created, and is unraveled and maintained, by volunteers. Our tour starts at the Casal Bernocchi station just 15 with the trench from Pyramid.
You can choose to move with both the traditional bike and the ebike. The route takes place predominantly on the embankments of the Tiber and therefore in plain plain, with the exception of two small packages to be overcome midway.
This round must be considered easy. It takes place on stilled roads and trails of clay courts that do not present particular difficulties. The sights are idyllic with the river Tevere slowly flowing to the right, fields and pasture blossoms to the left and a regoglish vegetation full of life along the Tevere's embankments. Particularly evocative of the views from the two packages on the whole of the Tiber Valley and towards the Eternal City with the tops of the Apennines in the background in the clear days.
During the 17 Km from Casal Bernocchi to Ostia Antica we will be completely immersed in the countryside green without practically cross-checking motorized vehicles. Arriving after about 2 and a half hours of quiet pedalds at the picturesque medieval village of Ostia Antica with the Renaissance castle of Julius II and behind the enormous excavations of the ancient port city.
After the brief visit to the archaeological park we will continue through the beautiful Ostia pineta in the direction of the waterfront to finally approve the modern Porto di Ostia at the mouth of the Tiber. Here you can have lunch in one of the many restaurantines. Return to Rome in the early afternoon with the trench from the Lido Centre station that takes about half an hour.

The route passes through the joyful Frascati, the volcanic lakes in Nemi and Castel Gandolfo, crossing Lanuvio, Genzano, Ariccia and finally Marino and Frascati. The itinerary has an easy practicability and during the trip you will enjoy fantastic panoramas. Each town has its own peculiarity: Rocca di Papa with its fortress, Nemi with its lake and its misterious town, Lanuvio is full of history with its walls and its temples, Ariccia is famous thanks to its "fraschette", Genzano has fantastic boulevards, Albano with its joyful main avenue. Finally you can taste the characteristic wine of Marino and Frascati in the most famous villas of Grottaferrata and Frascati.
