Description
This is the main square in Ljubljana enriched by the the coloured Franciscan Church and the statue of the poet Francis Preseren.
It's the heart of Ljubljana, and hosts the city events, like the summer food festival.
Preseren Square connects through with the triple bridge to the Town Hall and the Market Square and offers a view of Ljubljana Castle on the hill.
Along the bridge and the Ljubljanica river, you can find a lot of restaurants and bars where spending the night.
You can also enjoy Ljubljana from the river, taking a boat tour from Preseren Square.
