Partenza e arrivo: Piazza antistante la Chiesa della Santissima Annunziata, Casperia
L’itinerario si sviluppa ad anello per una lunghezza complessiva di 10 km, su fondo misto composto da strade comunali asfaltate, tratti cementati e carrarecce. L’area di partenza è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, in auto oppure con i mezzi pubblici: è infatti attiva una connessione autobus Cotral dalla stazione di Poggio Mirteto Scalo fino al centro di Casperia.
🗺️ Descrizione del percorso
L’itinerario attraversa un paesaggio collinare tipico della Sabina, alternando tratti pianeggianti, salite dolci e discese. Si parte dal borgo medievale di Casperia, adagiato su un poggio, e si percorre un anello che tocca il comune limitrofo di Cantalupo in Sabina.
Durante il tragitto si susseguono campi coltivati, uliveti e scorci panoramici sui borghi circostanti, offrendo un’esperienza di immersione autentica nel paesaggio rurale.
Uno dei punti di maggiore interesse è il Parco Comunale Camuccini di Cantalupo, un’area verde tranquilla e inusuale dove è possibile sostare, rilassarsi e godere della quiete del luogo.

Il percorso include anche una tappa al Monte Fiolo, luogo suggestivo e carico di spiritualità. Qui è possibile visitare il convento, ammirare ampie vedute sulla valle, e approfittare di un’area attrezzata per picnic e attività all’aria aperta.

Partendo da Susa, questo emozionante giro in E-Bike ti condurrà verso il Moncenisio, attraversando un percorso immerso nella natura selvaggia.

Il tour autoguidato in ebike al Monte Tuscolo e del monte salomone è un itinerario intenso e appagante, ricco di panorami mozzafiato dei Castelli Romani e della città di Roma. È possibile visitare il parco archelogico del Tuscolo. L'area archelogica è visitabile con gli orari che troverai nella descrizione del punto di interesse. Nelle vicinanze dell'area archeologica ci sono delle zone pic-nic attrezzate. Proseguendo il percorso si prima alla splendida fattoria La Collina degli asinelli dove poter fare un pic nic tra la natura incontaminata e delgi spendidi animale .A seguire si arriva alla chiesa di San Silvestro . Scendendo di livello attraverso numerosi tornanti si attraversa la tuscolana e tra i boschi di Rocca di Papa tornando al punto di partenza dell'itinerario .
Irpinia is an area full of contradictions, but if you love quality wine and pedalling in total tranquillity on an ebike, perhaps a rented one, on traffic-free roads to discover small extraordinary villages with an agricultural vocation, you cannot help but love it.
We are in the province of Avellino, and it will take just a few pedal cycles to grasp the first contradiction. The metropolitan hustle and bustle of nearby Naples (the airport and station are less than 50 km from Avellino, very convenient and quick to reach) and Salerno is just around the corner, yet you are immediately struck by the peace and serenity that pervades these places.
The second great contradiction, on the other hand, you will begin to smell it - but it would be more correct to say 'taste it' - on arriving in Lapio, starting with tasting the Fiano di Avellino, one of the incredible wines produced in this territory which, more unique than rare, can boast no less than 3 Denominazioni di Origine Controllata Garantita (Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin).
Although the low mileage and the not-impossible altimetry could allow this Grand Tour to be completed in a single day (there are continuous ups and downs and a few challenging climbs), we recommend that you consider splitting the trip into two stages, so that you can enjoy the winery visits, a stop at an agritourism and a few chats with the inhabitants of the villages you pass through without the anxiety of time running out.
At the end of the tour - the third contradiction - it will be natural for you, as it is for those who live and for anyone who passes through these parts, to ask yourself: how is it that such an exceptional territory is still so little known in terms of tourism?
This route is a loop tour that starts and finishes at the e-bike rental point in Chiusano San Domenico.

The Grand Tour dei Vini Irpini is an itinerary that does not present any particular difficulties and can therefore be tackled with all types of e-bike available for hire: city, trekking and full suspension e-MTB.
This route lends itself well to being lengthened or shortened as required. So, feel free to contact us to let us know your time and/or fitness requirements: we will be happy to customise this track to perfectly suit your needs.
And now... let's go!
After refilling your water bottles with spring water from the Fontana Vecchia (a few hundred metres from the Chiusano San Domenico ebike rental point), ride back for a very short distance and, at the roundabout, follow the road to the right in the direction of Lapio. From now on, as far as Lapio, the road will always be downhill, but you will not get bored. Magnificent panoramas will keep you company and there will be no lack of views to photograph. On your right you will have the majesty of Monte Tuoro to keep you company, with the villages of Luogosano, Gesualdo and Fontanarosa in the distance. To your left, on the other hand, you can admire the Partenio Park, with Montevergine and other inhabited places. You will soon find yourself immersed in olive groves and long stretches of vineyards.
When you arrive in Lapio, take a tour of the village. In this area, thanks to the peculiarities of the soil and the specific environmental conditions, some of the best Fiano di Avellino wines of the entire province are produced. If you feel like tasting some of them, you will be spoilt for choice. Along your way you will encounter many wineries of this prized Fiano DOCG wine.
Follow the GPS track and continue your descent. The houses give way to vegetation and the road becomes winding in places, so be careful. After a couple of good kilometres, immediately after a bend, an imposing iron bridge towers above the road. Stop your ebike: you have arrived at Ponte Principe di Lapio. This bridge, built to allow trains to cross the River Calore, is a jewel of modern architecture. Learn more about its history in the fact sheet and don't forget to take a few photos before setting off again.
Once the wheels of your rented ebike have crossed the bridge under which the Calore River flows (not a bad view here, is it?), a wild ascent of about 2 km will begin. Some magnificent vineyards serve as a prelude to the entrance to the village of Taurasi, famous for the DOCG wine of the same name. An elegant wine that takes time to produce (minimum 2 years of barrel ageing, according to the production discipline) and time to appreciate and enjoy. Even in Taurasi, there is no shortage of wine cellars to visit and opportunities for tasting.
After having explored the production sites of Fiano di Avellino (Lapio) and Taurasi, all that remains is to reach Tufo, the production village of Greco di Tufo on your ebike.
From Taurasi to Calore (hamlet of Mirabella Eclano) the effort for you and your e-bike will be decidedly limited. The road continues almost always downhill and the pedal strokes required by your ebike will be few and far between. When you arrive in Calore, take a few minutes to walk around the small lake and to look at the bridge on which the road you have just travelled rests.
From here to the junction for Ventinticano, pay attention! You will be cycling for about 1.5 km on the Via Appia, an often busy road, also used by heavy vehicles. Although the road is uphill, in a few minutes, after turning right at the fork for Venticano, you will be back on a low-traffic road.
After passing the village of Venticano, you will be faced with the most challenging climb. 6 km of real climbing awaits you, with some stretches that exceed 10% gradient, so be sure to arrive here with your ebike's battery still charged. This road, after passing through the village of Pietradefusi, will lead you into the historic centre of Montefusco.
The town, located at the top of a hill, was an important political centre until 1816, when the role of provincial capital was taken from it by the city of Avellino. As well as enjoying breathtaking views, excellent Fiano di Avellino and splendid Greco di Tufo wines are produced here, thanks to its proximity to Tufo. The historic prison (for information on opening hours, ask at the Proloco) and the Monastery of Sant'Egidio (on the slopes of the town), where Padre Pio stayed during his novitiate, are of great importance.
Leaving the old town centre, you will come across a beautiful fountain where you can take a break after the strenuous climb and where you can refill your water bottles, before taking to the road again and leading your e-bike downhill towards Tufo.
When you arrive in Tufo you will have covered 40 km by now since you picked up your rented ebike in Chiusano San Domenico. When you stop at the beautiful fountain in the centre of the village square, you cannot help but agree with us: we are not exaggerating at all if we say that for at least 80% of the way here you have cycled through vineyards!
This is where the famous Greco di Tufo is produced, a DOCG white wine that has an ancient history and had the distinction of being the first wine that was able to bring Irpinian oenology into the national and international limelight. Many small and large farms produce wines of the highest quality. Ask for advice in the village or set out on your own to discover the cellars where you can taste some: you will be pleasantly surprised.
After Tufo, the loop begins to bend towards Chiusano San Domenico, where the Grand Tour of Irpinia wines by ebike will end. Not before, however, having passed through Pratola Serra and tackled the last long climb of the day. Conserve some battery power because you still have 10 km left almost entirely uphill! Just outside the town of Pratola Serra, TAKE GREAT CARE: THERE IS A VERY DANGEROUS CROSS-ROAD TO BE CROSSED!
You will pass through the small villages of San Michele di Pratola and San Fele, before arriving at the entrance to Montefalcione and, without crossing the village, finally joining the provincial road that will lead you to Chiusano. Since, in order to avoid busy roads, the itinerary includes passing on minor roads, keep an eye on your GPS track and navigator so as not to miss turning at the right crossroads.

Ricaldone
Population 650, the church of the Saints Simon and Jude the Apostle is worth a visit. You can find an observation platform to enjoy the surrounding vineyards. The grave of Luigi Tenco is buried in the cemetery of Ricaldone, he was a famous singer and songwriter who died in the night of 26th January 1967, during the Sanremo Music Festival. A Museum and Documentation centre in Ricaldone is dedicated to Luigi Tengo. The economy of the village is mostly based on wine and vineyards.
Maranzana
At the border of the village there is a park called "Bosco delle Sorti" (Wood of Fates), where you can find trails, paths and routes with signs. All of them are suitable for walking, cycling and horse-riding. The heart of the village, on the top of a spectacular hill, is dominated by the Castle, built in 1300 A.D. and well preserved, likewise the towers and the walls. In the village you can find the house-museum of Giacomo Bove, an important Italian explorer who lived since 1852 to 1887.

LAKE TURANO
Once on the border with Abruzzo, the GTL route turns north and heads to Sabina, towards the fourth provincial capital of the region: after Rome, Latina and Frosinone, this stage takes us to Rieti, the "geographical center of Italy". To do so, he chooses the gentler and less harsh route through the mountains, continuing to follow the Way of St. Benedict as already happened in stage 6. We climb in altitude passing through villages set in the green of the Apennine woods, Riofreddo, Vallinfreda, Orvinio, and then enter the Turano valley, where the lake of the same name was formed in 1939, following the construction of a huge dam. In fact, the track follows a flat pace and even slightly downhill as a whole, with only two small uphill climbs, offering the pleasure of pedaling through the mountains without pedaling too much. This valley is not served by train or highways, and has remained relatively quiet and safe from the large tourist flows. The river we skirt, also called Turano, gradually swells until it becomes a fjord, the southern branch of the lake: its contours are often foggy, humid and disturbing. We thus arrive at the two villages of Castel di Tora and Colle di Tora, which look at each other from the two shores of the lake, and the ruins of the castle of Antuni, piled up on a small island near the bridge that joins the two sides. After Colle di Tora there are the only slopes to face to get to the Turano dam: a few hairpin bends in the woods, and we are at the gigantic concrete wall that holds back the course of the river. It is worth a small detour to the villages of Rocca Sinibalda, where the impressive Sforza Cesarini Castle stands, originally from the eleventh century, and Posticciola, an original Roman outpost and transhumance passage. From here on it is all downhill: we lose the altitude gained on a road snubbed by traffic, to easily cover the last flat kilometers towards the Sabine capital.

What to see and do in Terracina
The e-bike route along the Ancient Appian Way has reached the penultimate stage, starting again from Terracina. Here, pedaling along scenic roads, you will find multiple points with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding hills. During the e-bike ride, there are many opportunities to visit ancient Roman ruins, such as the Temple of Jupiter Anxur, and admire the picturesque rural landscapes dotted with olive groves and vineyards.
Recommended for a stop are the many agritourisms in the area, excellent for tasting local typical products. You can enjoy fresh cheeses, artisan cured meats, high-quality extra virgin olive oil, fine wines, and traditional sweets. Often, it is possible to combine these agricultural products with specialties based on freshly caught fish from the crystal-clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
What to see and do in Monte San Biagio
Today's e-bike tour continues on a lesser-known stretch of the Ancient Appian Way, with breathtaking views of the sea and the beautiful gulf overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. We are near Monte San Biagio, a picturesque village located on the slopes of the Ausoni Mountains, a few kilometers from the sea. If time allows, a visit to the village is recommended, easily reachable by e-bike.
The narrow and winding streets of the historic center of Monte San Biagio lead to ancient palaces, churches, and breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding hills. The village is located within the Natural Park of the Ausoni Mountains, a protected area rich in flora and wildlife. Along the trails, the most attentive can spot bird species such as birds of prey and woodpeckers while enjoying the tranquility of the countryside.
What to see and do in Fonti
The e-bike tour concludes in Fonti, highly recommended is a stop at the beach to enjoy a well-deserved rest after the ride. Once refreshed, on your e-bike or on foot, you can visit the historic center of Fonti. Getting lost in the narrow streets and cobblestone alleys allows you to admire ancient palaces, stone houses, inner courtyards, and panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. A visit to the Church of San Giovanni Battista di Fonti is suggested, one of the main attractions of the city. This sacred building dating back to the 18th century features a baroque facade and an interior rich in decorations and works of art. Inside, you can admire frescoes, sculptures, and the historical architecture of the place. A great way to end the day is dinner with local typical dishes, perhaps accompanied by a glass of fresh local white wine.

Andiamo alla scoperta della Valle d'Itria con un semplice tour guidato in ebike di circa 2 ore.
Si parte a piedi dal Frantoio l'Acropoli di Puglia di Martina Franca alle 9,15.
Qui l'olio si continua a fare come lo facevano i nonni e potrai scoprire con una visita di 1 ora circa, tutto su questo prodotto insostituibile per la dieta mediterranea.
Verso le 11, conclusa la visita al frantoio, ci si sposta presso il punto di noleggio ebike BikeSquare di Martina Franca dove sarà possibile noleggiare le ebike.
In sella alle nostre ebike e accompagnati dalla guida esperta della zona, si raggiungiono le Cantine Di Marco a Locorotondo dove faremo insieme una degustazione di vini tipici della Valle d'Itria accompagnata da assaggi di prelibatezze locali.

Dalla frazione di Brengon (dove noleggiate le bici) seguire la strada asfaltata sino ad incontrare il bivio per Chamois: trascurarlo e proseguire lungo la stradina fino a raggiungere un parcheggio che si trova dopo un ampio tornante a sinistra. Risalire la strada che porta al Col Pilaz nell’abetaia che ogni tanto regala interessanti scorci sul Monte Zerbion e sul Mont Tantané. Superato un tratto di strada leggermente più ripido il tracciato prosegue in un tratto quasi rettilineo, siamo sullo spartiacque con il comune di Chamois ed ogni tanto, tra i rami degli abeti, si intravede l’inconfondibile sagoma del di sua Maestà il CERVINO.
Proseguire sulla poderale che propone una breve discesa sino ad incontrare un bivio: si trascura la strada che prosegue diritta davanti a noi e si svolta a destra continuando la discesa sino al Col Pilaz (1975m).
Riprendere la strada a ritroso e al bivio (che abbiamo incontrato prima) seguire a destra le indicazioni per Chamois. La discesa è bella e pedalabile e si ricongiunge con la pista poderale che porta al caratteristico paese di Chamois (circa un venti minuti).
Il rientro si sviluppa tutto sulla famosa passeggiata La Magdeleine - Chamois e non presenta particolari difficoltà.

This ebike tour south-east of Cremona allows you to immerse yourself in nature. A ring that starts and ends in Cremona where you can rent your e-bikes at the camping.

Partendo da Armonie in Corte, a Buronzo, dopo una colazione/merenda a base di prodotti del territorio, si segue la Strada Buronzina, si costeggia il Nuovo Canale della Baraggia fino a incrociare il Rio Versa e il Cavo Alemanno.
Tra Buronzo e Rovasenda
Si giunge quindi all'incastrone della Mapetta, che prende il nome dalla vicina cascina e che rappresenta un punto suggestivo dove ben si comprende la gestione delle acque e l'opera di ingegneria idraulica che fa capo al Consorzio di Bonifica della Baraggia Vercellese e Biellese. Qui dopo aver pedalato accanto ai laghetti di pesca sportiva e di popolamento di anatre e uccelli tipici degli ambienti umidi e dopo l'attraversamento della ferrovia Biella-Novara, si potrebbe far rientro lungo la Buronzina, ma proseguiamo sulla strada che collega Rovasenda a San Giacomo, attraversando le risaie del riso solidale biologico della famiglia nobile Di Rovasenda Biandrate e giungendo a Rovasenda.
Escursione al ponte canale
Qui, proseguendo lungo il cavo Piantalino, una traversa d'imbocco e una presa d'acqua, oltrepassando un pioppeto suggestivo si può fare un'escursione fino al torrente Rovasenda, in un punto con un bel salto d'acqua della Roggia Marchionale, che passa sopra al torrente in un ponte canale e salta nel sottocanale Fasoli (lo chiamano il "trovone", questo angolo).
Rientrando dall'escursione si continua tra le risaie attraversando la ferrovia Novara-Biella, incontrando il naviletto di Villarboit e, attraversando la strada che collega Ghislarengo a Rovasenda, ci si dirige verso San Giacomo Vercellese per rientrare a Buronzo.

Dal borgo di Oneta si percorre un sentiero che passa sotto a volte porticate e ridiscende fino a Predavalle per poi risalire verso il crinale che separa San Giovanni Bianco da Cornello dei Tasso. Da lì si può poi ridiscendere verso il borgo di Cornello dei Tasso passando per la Chiesa affrescata di San Ludovico di Tolosa.

Partendo da Brisighella saliamo la carrozzabile che porta alla Rocca e sale verso Monte Rontana. Da subito il panorama si apre sulle colline circostanti, i vigneti del Sangiovese e sui calanchi che caratterizzano la Vena del Gesso Romagnola. Continuiamo su un falsopiano alla base degli affioramenti rocciosi del gesso per scollinare e portarci nella valle del Senio. Spettacolare la vista lungo la discesa che porta in localita' Zattaglia, continuando poi lungo il fondovalle raggiungendo le prime colline in vista della citta' di Faenza. Arrivati in Piazza del Popolo, s'impone una sosta per la visita alla citta' o per un pranzo a base di piadina romagnola. Per chi lo desidera molto interessante la visita al Museo Internazionale della Ceramica che espone pregiati pezzi dell'arte maiolicara faentina e non solo. Riprendendo l'itinerario si risale la valle del Lamone, sempre pedalando tra i vitigni locali, fino ad arrivare a Brisighella.

It starts in Frascati and so you will go through Rocca di Papa's wood. Going up you can see the Castel Gandolfo lake from the Villa Palazzola's terrace. After the wood you will reach the little and joyful city of Nemi. How to visit Nizza Monferrato
Nizza is the most important agricultural and commercial center located in the heart of Monferrato, one of the most famous Italian places of wine production in the world, especially as regards red wines. UNESCO World Heritage Site for its landscape assets and for the Barbera and Nizza DOCG wines, it is the most important center of the province and of the Belbo Valley.
In Nizza, it is worth taking a stroll through the streets of the center and stopping to admire the Campanon tower, in the town square, the oldest civic tower in the city, incorporated into the Town Hall.
The historic center is beautiful, full of typical bars and restaurants where you can taste the specialties of “Nicese” and “Piedmontese” cuisine based on Cardo Gobbo, a renowned local product.
There will certainly be the possibility of some amazing tasting of red wine at the Enoteca Regionale di Nizza, located near the splendid Palazzo Crova, an admirable example of an 18th century noble town residence.
At the end of the tour, the more "daring" will be able to reach the Chiesa di Madonna della Neve, better known as "Chiesetta del Bricco di Nizza", one of the highest points in the town.
It can be reached via a very steep climb but the view over the city and the surrounding municipalities is certainly worth the effort.

Vaglio Serra is a splendid town in the Monferrato area surrounded by the luxuriant natural park of Val Sarmassa.
In this reserve there are many trails for trekking and mountain biking and these woods are certainly worth a careful visit.
The route will take you near the Cantina di Vinchio e Vaglio, a prestigious company that produces high quality wines famous all over the world.
Here it is possible to organize a tasting of excellent red wines and more.
Continuing along the track, you will cross, on asphalt, part of the Val Sarmassa Natural Park, until you reach Incisa Scapaccino.
How to visit Incisa Scapaccino
The track will take you through the lower part of the town, until it becomes a dirt road, along the embankment of the Belbo River, a tributary of the Tanaro and has always been a great resource for the Monferrato lands.
If you want, you can leave the main track to pay a visit to the ancient village of Incisa Scapaccino, the ancient seat of the Marquisate of Incisa.
Here, in addition to walking through the ancient streets of the center, you will have the opportunity to visit the Church of San Giovanni Battista, a historic building that stands out in the main square of the ancient village.
Resuming the main track you will return to Nizza Monferrato, covering a final stretch through the streets of the center.
