Description
The rental point, managed by BikeHello, is located in the heart of the historic center of Petriolo (via Marco Martello 1), the area is still marked by the 2016 earthquake. From here Piazza San Martino branches off with views of the Sibillini and Gran Sasso of Italy to the Adriatic Sea, and where the gaze is lost in a myriad of landscapes on the hills.
Near the rental point, inside the castle, it is possible to visit the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Misericordia, the church of SS. Marco and Martino, or the magnificent museum of processional woods - Monsignor Marcello Manfroni and the Diego de Minicis Museum, dedicated to the local sculptor of the same name.
The museums can be visited by reservation (also specifying this when booking the bike, in order to anticipate your request).
To reach the e-bike rental point, for those who arrive by car, we recommend to park along the medieval walls of the village or along the provincial road 36 (near the Centrale bar), and then continue on foot for a few meters to Marco Martello.
