Neive

Neive's historical centre keeps it medieval map, made of cobblestones streets climbing up to the Watch Tower and elegant buildings made of cotto tiles. It has been awarded in the club of The Most Beautiful Villages in Italy by the Tourism Council of the Italian Municipalities Association (ANCI). It is the home village of one of the most important Italian farmers-epic writers, Franco Piccinelli. He is the author of more than 40 books, both novels and poetry, mostly set in the Langhe.

From the top of the village you can enjoy a wide vista on the surrounding hills, cultivated with grapes. In this area lots of the best wines in Piedmont are produced.
