Splendid restaurant in the heart of the Mombaruzzo vineyards: the kitchen, which serves traditional Piedmontese dishes, 
is home cooking with attention to detail. The vegetables and fruit we serve come from our garden and orchard.
Where we don't produce ourselves, we source from small farmers and establish collaborative relationships with companies that 
share our philosophy.
Furthermore, all the products present in our aperitif come from agri-salumerie and dairies in the area, some of these 
seasoned directly in our company in a dedicated cellar.
