This panoramic spot can be reached by following the GPS track that connects the two ebike rental points in Avellino and Chiusano San Domenico, Irpinia.
From here, it is possible to admire the entire Sabato valley, Avellino, Montevergine and the Partenio Park. The view of the vineyards and olive groves is particularly impressive. In this area there are some farms that produce wine and oil of considerable value.
In particular, from the vineyards located in this exact spot, grapes are harvested and transformed into Fiano di Avellino, a DOCG white wine renowned in Italy and the world.
If you have the time and inclination, instead of continuing straight down the descent that leads to Sorbo Serpico, you can turn left and enjoy wonderful views of the vineyards of Irpinia.
The landscape changes considerably from season to season, but always remains of unchanged beauty.
