Description
In the centre of Frascaro (Alexandria) the Osteria del Gallo Martino welcomes you in a refined environment and at the same time rustic by uniting memories of the past with touches of modernity. The local, very bright for the extensive glazed windows that perk it, can accommodate up to 35-40 covered. The quality of the raw materials, selected by local producers of proven experience and reliability, is the order word of the chef Andrea and Edward, who love to produce "in the house" bread, focaccia, pasta and even the typical Piemonthesis agnolotti. The menu is seasonal and varies according to the availability of the products and the fantasy of chefs who carry out traditional typical dishes with personal creative interpretations.
