Description
Sacromonte is a traditional neighbourhood of the eastern area of the city of Granada.
It's the historical gypsy district, with its typical culture and houses - cuevas - which sometimes host traditional flamenco shows.
The district is famous for the Sacromonte Abbey, located on the top of the hill, close to the Albaycin.
It's also possible visiting the Sacromonte etnographic Cuevas Museum, aimed to preserve and testimony the culture and traditions of the area.
