Surprise architecture realized, in 1930, by the eclectic architect Piero Portaluppi. The structure was carried out by two rail cars, resting on piles, carrying a dining carriage and the other to rooms for the night. In the original project a central chalet was planned, to unite the two wagons, which was never realized. To date only the piles of support of this extravagant structure remain, in that it was destroyed during World War II.
Merita a mention the Portaluppi as a designer and realist of numerous hydroelectric power stations, well seven, in val of Ossola oltra at the restaurant of the Toce waterfall and numerous other sparse architectures between vareunder and Milan.
